It will be more convenient for you as well as for applicants if you explain here about what kind of work you want from participants instead of redirecting them to another website or blog.
List out your services and eligibility criteria for the participants so you don't have to go through ineligible requests.

I've looked on the first page of your blog and I didn't find any articles about hiring - I was expecting details there.
As others said, the best is to describe here what's what you expect people do, especially if it's not some secret ingredient your "business" relies onto.
Then the "hiring" criteria should be clear.
Another thing is the payout: the payout amount should be clearly stated and all the funds for the next payout should be at a trusted escrow (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2439910.0). This will add credibility to your offer.

It seems to me that you are from India, so you are looking for people from India or from any country?


You should try to be more transparent, and for this you should mention what people will do, how much money people will receive for the work they are going to do and you need show proof that you have money to pay, preferably it would be better for you to use escrow.

Im not sure if you are finding for workers or do just simply give out that blogspot of yours just to gain clicks?

Sorry, but i do feel clickbaited on this one.If you are really seeking out workers then posting relevant information without the need of sending you out some personal message shows
transparency and legitimacy.

Probably it's the latter, I don't like clicking links as well. It's not even a high level domain, just a simple blogspot that any one can create.

Anyways, just to answer the OP, yes you can hire but the deal is between you and the person who wants to work under you. Might be good to include escrow though, in my opinion.

OP is not very active here in the forum and is not responding in this thread, which is very strange for someone who wants to hire people, maybe he is a very busy person who can only communicate if he receives some PM from the forum. whoever is accepted for this work must use escrow

To be honest you won't find many people here that are highly skilled, a lot of people will try to convince you but I would try to find a site that is solely used for freelancing like upwork or fiverr if you want the best results.

You are just making yourself on hassle things.PM'ming you wont really give out genuine people will be interested on what you are seeking.
Better to disclose it on public so that people will able to see directly on what you are trying to say here.Your blogspot site isnt really that attractive at all.
You are seeking people who do have the time to work on fridays? then what work? Funds or payouts should be escrowed.

Explain the task and the experience you are looking to work with you! Explain the payment plan you have.

These things are must need to disclose here while you want to hire the people. If they does not know what is your requirement even that area skilled person also unable to reach you better.

Have escrow in any kind of payment you are doing with the users or the same you are receiving from someone else.

Honestly, i find no information related to the subject you've written here. As a whole, your website is not very bad because personally it's not too complicated and it's clear enough for me to follow. However, it is lack of attaction. I advise you to write directly on this forum about your detailed desire. Often people tend to be lazy to click to your website. Besides, i think you've immagined what kind of skill that you want the member in your team have, it's substantial necessary to connect qualified people together so that you can better lead your strategy.

Why don't you try to be specific and state the kind of job you want these people to work on and how they will be able to make from it, so that people with interest can apply. The kind of job posting I see in this forum is really annoying sometimes, I don't know why people are fond of keeping their jobs like a secret and when you pm them at last you just get to find out that the job is just a penny job and a total waste of time. Try to be open next time you're posting a job so that people will know what kind of job it is and that also shows that you're being honest and not just some kind of scammers that needs free work done for him.

Of course you can hire people from here but can you please indicate the requirements of the possible team member you're looking, number of participants you needed, the average amount of the payment and lastly the detailed things they need to accomplish.

It's also much better if you're going to hire an escrow in order for them to trust you... Most of the people want a secured profit and didn't want their efforts and time to waste.
