I know a little bit about SegWit eligible BTC Address but want to more about it. please share your knowledge here.
Recently I have seen in the service section in this forum that some signature campaign asking as a BTC wallet address " SegWit eligible BTC Address " which are starting with bc1. But when I scan the address which starting with bc1 in blockchain.info I can not find any transaction and the page shows an error. So my questions are:
1. Why it is not visible on blockchain.info despite a BTC address? / how it does work really?
2. What are the wallets BTC address are SegWit eligible BTC Address? Edited / which wallet can I use for segwit eligible btc address? Any example, please.

Many services and block explorers don't support Native Segwit addresses (bech32 addresses starting with bc1). They will show up as invalid when using those explorers. Simple use one that supports it (e.g blockchair) and they will show up.

Segwit addresses may start with a 3 or bc1. But, not all 3 addresses are Segwit.

Yea I knew that Segwit address starts also with 3 . But I did not mention it in the OP because all 3 are not Segwit. Anyway, can you kindly tell me, sir! which wallet can I use for Segwit eligible BTC address?

Electrum and Coinomi (not recommended as they are not open source) both gives you addresses that start with bc1. For block explorer's, you have BTC.com and Blockonomics.

There are a few others that use Segwit

- Trezor hardware
- Ledger hardware
- Bitcoin Knots BTC client
- Greenaddress Desktop and mobile wallet
- Segwitaddress for paper wallets
- Samourai Wallet for Android (Open Source)
- mSIGNA

and maybe Armory
