Bitcoin (BTC) Gaining Interest From Investors, VCs and Tech Companies
https://sludgefeed.com/bitcoin-continues-to-gain-interest-from-investors-vcs-tech-companies/
Here is an interesting article. With all the recent activity in the Bitcoin space its starting to gain a attention from investors, Venture Capitalists, publicly traded companies, tech giants, investment banks, hedge funds and even stock traders. Bitcoin is also hitting the same volume levels of you know when. Im trying to think are we in front of the next bull market? I wasnt expecting so soon, am i being overoptimistic or is something big going to happen soon?

It was good overall. It will really create an optimistic view.

As bitcoin progress, really expects that some new innovations will happen on the way. Just look how bitcoin performance this year erased all the negative thoughts and view during it's year long bearish dominance on 2018.

Something big going to happen soon? We all don't know but you have lots of reasons to believed on that.

when I read the title I expected to see some proof of the things that are in this article, I expected to see how much money these investment banks, venture capitalists, hedge funds and even retail investors. Partnerships, acquisitions are investing in bitcoin

Im trying to think are we in front of the next bull market?

I believe it is too early to know this, the price has stagnated in  $5000

I wasnt expecting so soon, am i being overoptimistic or is something big going to happen soon?

You are being too optimistic.

It depends on whenever "soon" you are talking about. If you are talking about that soon to be tomorrow, next week, next month probably you are being overoptimistic. We need time and observation in order for us to see what will happen next.

So many companies have expressed interest in the past and never invested a single penny which is why I would be a lot more interested in this news if these companies actually did something about it. For example:

This is what I am talking about.

The market is about to experience another face of it face lift and the bull is about to start running again, a lot of institutions and financial agents are coming into bitcoin like PayPal have pick interest in investing in the blockchain and bitcoin and Facebook is about to launch it own token soon. So the market is about to see a new rise again.

2019 is a solid year for bitcoin and I also share your optimistic outlook for the future of bitcoin. I believe we are now on the way to a bull market. The market is slowly moving up and maybe soon the bull run will start.

Sometimes being too optimistic would really just give out stress if you do eager to see some another bull run on bitcoins price.Im already done on guessing and hoping on where
would price do go and yes we are seeing some recovery came from 3k price but we wont able to hit up some big pumps soon.Adoption and interest is there but we wont know on when
those funds would come in to crypto. Most of them are just waiting and still observing.

Yes I would say you are been over optimistic although it's not a bad thing.
But I think bitcoin is not new to activities such as bitcoin gain interest from some particular sect. There are factors that can affect bull run some of this factors could be very little thing than thought. But either ways we hope for the best

There are some great VC funds like the a16 that are changing their designation to have a regulation that allows investing much more in cryptocurrency projects. That is, they prefer to have a higher cost with the company. Have lower legal security. To be able to invest much more than they can today. And their investment already exceeds 300 million dollars today.

We are already entering the second phase where the supposed "bubble" burst. Where value was only speculative. We will enter the services phase, for use by a wider public.

There will be a new bubble. Prices will skyrocket, but new services will also emerge creating the foundation for global and unrestricted use.

It's great to see how Bitcoin is being used in various areas. However, I don't think we need stock traders here. Surely, it could boost the price, but it would more harm than good in the long run. Bitcoin is supposed to be money, and obtain the price based on the products and services one can purchase with it. The demand for trading is not the demand this market needs, because it's very speculative and unstable. As for companies accepting it as payment - that's the kind of thing we need to happen more often.

That might be the reason why Bitcoin has gained much value lately. But, people are still uncertain about the price as many of them waiting for a downtrend even we had a long down trend for a year. I think BTC will be on bull run soon. Anyway, I have been accumulating in the past months and really hoping to get some good returns in the next bull run.

This doesn't come as a surprise to me as I expected it right from time despite the heavy criticism it has been facing especially last year. I knew at a point in time people from all works of life will see the benefits and uniqueness of bitcoin and will have no choice but to accept and adopt its use. Soon we will bitcoin gain more interest than we anticipate.

There are lots of development and adoption in cryptocurrency these days and as we can see, it affects the value of bitcoin as well. It's fine to be optimistic though we all know that expecting too much is quite unrealistic during this market situation but bitcoin is unpredictable. It could exceed our speculations.

I don't know if anyone noticed but these kind of pumps since 3 weeks ago was kinda linked to Government statements on accepting that they do in fact need to start using Crypto for their own actions.
That gave away a very green flag to every kind of investor company in which opened up a chain reaction for new investors to invest into Bitcoin. Where the price grown suddently.
And this is a good thing, seeing these new investors and tech companies looking for bitcoin investments.

Overall it's good news for smaller scale tech companies to start integrating blockchain in their solutions, but nothing helps when giant tech like Facebook venturing as they are simply adopting the tokenisation and monetary system cryptocurrency inspires, as for the pumps these it's really difficult to justify when there's no sight of catalyst

Bitcoin has been around for 10 years, its popularity peaked in 2017 thanks to the bull run, I feel like any smart investor or company that's interested in crypto has already invested in Bitcoin or in blockchain related projects, whether they want to make it public or not is a different story, but I have no doubt that hedge funds or investors have been in the crypto market for a very long time. The ones entering the market today are either naysayers that finally gave up and started embracing new technologies, or people that have been living under a rock for the past 3 years.

we must be optimistic. some of important note that some large exchange markets. including the U.S., South Korea, China and Japan, experiencing a drasticaly increase in demand for bitcoin. Many countries that adopt Bitcoin such as Japan, South Korea, Venezuela, Argentina, and even Nick Szabo say that BTC can be used as a reserve for the central bank. in the future, crypto adoption is seen as more massive as a solution to the conflict. Large companies such as the Internet GMO Group adopt BTC and pay employees with BTC.

So far, Bakkt has raised  funds from venture capitalist, but for me this is a still a far cry from what we are expecting. Anyways, it hasn't yet been approved, but once it's going to be a given a go signal from CFTC, we might see institutional money, VC, or top tech companies started to pour their cash on the ecosystem.

I am pleased to confirm that we have completed our first round of funding of $182.5 million from 12 partners and investors who, like us, believe in the future of digital assets.

The partners and investors in the first round include Boston Consulting Group, CMT Digital, Eagle Seven, Galaxy Digital, Goldfinch Partners, Alan Howard, Horizons Ventures, Intercontinental Exchange, Microsoft’s venture capital arm, M12, Pantera Capital, PayU, the fintech arm of Naspers, and Protocol Ventures.

Wow, I didn't expect to see moves like this being made so soon! I guess the big guys really want in now, lol. I think we're edging closer and closer to seeing a bull run. I don't want to get my Hope's up, but I'll try to remain optimistic.  8)

They are inching ever closer to the cryptospace, and while they are slowly creeping up to the space by means of VC funding, investors and institutionalists, they are still quite far away from the actual space and are just trying to test the waters by using indirect means of association with the actual market (futures market, etc.) Bakkt is one thing that's most sought after by the whole space, but even that is still far away from reality.

all i see is the same growth in bitcoin and the interest among "investors" that is increasing. then we have this newly found phenomenon that new "fund manager" companies are popping up where they encourage newbie investors to pour their money into cryptocurrencies (all not just bitcoin) and they themselves have no interest in bitcoin and not just that, they only want to make money by being that "middle man" where they make money even if the real newbie investor lost money!

Well but that is a lot. Why? Because a big business won't do things suddenly and recklessly.

They need to analyze and test and test and test again to see if it would be good for whatever they want to achievement by doing it. Right now due to the really unstable nature of Bitcoin it's not really that attractive more than to invest and it's still a great risk for them. Because they might need capital later.

Capital is to a business what air is to us.
