And on may 11, 2018 on the account the password changed and there were continuous messages in Russian. Apparently the account was either hacked or sold. Previously, the account belonged Ties.DB team: Hello, our token-sale price was 0.24 USD with bonus up to 20%. I tagged the account as being either bought or hacked. The merit issue is separate and members generally aren't getting tagged for that unless the abuse is flagrant.

He probably spent them all to help Averaged (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1943300) rank up to member and doesn't have any smerits left. I hope @kuverty, can post here, state the truth about who is now holding the @kuverty account. There are two possibilities: 1.
