You have been permanently banned because you go against the rules, when you did something wrong just face it, spam or plagiarism should not be tolerated so you're facing the consequences now. to recover you're banned account you need to talk to the Mod respectfully for they are the only one can get you back you're account going against them will only make your comeback in jeopardy.

Indeed the bitcointalk forum has power 🔄🔄(attractiveness)🔃🔃, people cannot sleep and are satisfied with what they get.
Your emotions rise again, do you invite to reconcile or fight again.
Why don't you think of one positive thing going forward for your mistakes.

Appeal, which you submit according to your error rate, to your banned account.
If you believe you are innocent and show valid evidence, your account may return.

but if this happens:

Thin hope your account can return.

You will need to provide your account details too. As you already stated that you spammed, I think there is no chance you will get your account back.

I never saw anyone unbanned after spamming. You should forget your old account & lock this topic.

"You have been permanently banned by a forum moderator, probably due to spam or plagiarism"
The message you received shows you everything. There are two possible reasons for your permanent ban:
- Plagiarism: only one time your plagiarised posts found, you will get permanently banned.
- Spam: you will have three chances with temporary bans, then with the fourth time (last time) you will get permamently banned.
Campaign Participants:

Staff do not want to hand out bans for unconstructive posts but if we feel that you as a user are continually making very poor or unsubstantial posts due to your paid signature the following bans will be issued:

First offence: 7 days
Second offence: 14 days
Third offence: 30 days
Fourth: Permanent ban

Your first ban is your first warning. If you have to be banned for a fourth time it is permanent and you will no longer be allowed to participate on the forum under any accounts. Note: If you are banned on one account then you are not allowed to post under any accounts you own for the duration of your ban. The only exception to this rule is Meta where you can discuss the circumstances of your ban if you wish to do so but anywhere outside of that sub will be considered ban evasion and will get your ban doubled, but it is generally best to just patiently wait out your ban and improve your posts on return and hopefully no further bans will be needed.

Warning: Anyone caught copying other users' posts or plagiarising content from elsewhere on the web will be immediately permabanned. You shouldn't need a warning to know that this isn't acceptable under any circumstances.

Your account name is a GREAT start to becoming unbanned let me tell ya. Theymos/Mods/Staff are very fair and no one can blame them for being banned for breaking the rules. Only one to blame is yourself! I know this very well.

You’re also ban evading atm, so you’re continuing to break the rules. Here’s an idea, read the rules! You’re not allowed to post here on this forum outside of a Meta appeal. Looking at your account you seem to provide absolutely nothing positive,  so you’ve got no chance to be welcomed back. Smh.

Have you heard about Newton's Third Law of Motion? It states that "in every action there is an equal and opposite reaction." Same thing applies in this forum. If you post something unique, interesting, and contributes to everyone here, then chances are, you will be able to get merits for that. On the other hand, if you did anything that is against this forum's rules and regulations, then of course, you will get what you deserve. In your case, the moderators either found you spamming or plagiarizing. Appealing may give you the chance to lift the ban but with what happened to you, you may have committed something that led to the permanent ban of your account. And there is nothing more you can do about it.

My advice? Don't waste this chance you have. Just start again bearing in mind that you will not commit the mistake you did before. You already know what will happen.

My advice, you give bad advice. Read the rules would be my second suggestion. You yourself aren’t doing anything other than reading topic headlines and then spouting mostly nonsense to hit your post count.

Just looking at the name from your ALT account shows what kind of person you are.
You don't deserve to be in this forum and i hope this account you posted through gets banned too for evasion of ban.

I never saw anyone unbanned after spamming. You should forget your old account & lock this topic.
I think they are usually given a chance of redemption with a few temporary bans but once they continue their habits and a permanent ban happens, there is no coming back

And I think user might be in the forum evading ban with at least dozens of account and almost same or more accounts got banned.
Might be feeling frustrated after seeing so many account banned so just venting out may be. I highly doubt that OP is really looking for advice.

If it is plagiarism, no any round of temp ban, perm ban immediately, instead.

Obviously there is proper reason in mods hand where they feel it necessary to ban your account. Honestly i can imagine after seeing your profile name that how much respect you got about forum moderators and breaking forum rules could be relatively easier for you. Already many of our community users has given enough information about account ban issue and i hope you will find your answer there. Although put everything aside i want to let you know that there is no way to think that someones account got banned without proper reason.

Doesn’t matter you’re just trolling at this point. I’m not sure if mods will delete posts like this, but sure wouldn’t blame them.

Restricted account recovery is possible. Your account will be banned when you copy a post or copy paste from any site. Or if you post additional you are likely to be banned. But in the meantime, you can appeal against the account being banned from your e-mail. Follow their instructions and get back your account with a statement.

Thank You

"You have been permanently banned by a forum moderator, probably due to spam or plagiarism"

Spam and plagiarism is a mortal sin in this forum and once you get banned, theres nothing more you can do about it. As far as i know, If you have negative trust, you can appeal it to the person who gave it to you. If he can consider it then lucky for you. I know you know by yourself why you get banned though.

A simple advice: dont make the forum like a chatbox. Nonsense posts are annoying and subject for moderation.
