Hello friends 31 December 316337100 BTC transfer to my account and I received a veros coin with all of them I have waited to be valued now e mailm address my password, or my password was already the same correctly registered, but I can not log in with my email address says it is not registered and forgot my password also does not recognize
  I've been writing to the support for 2 weeks.
officially my money is not logged in my account I've zeroed out my balance in the balance of my wallet I do not know what to do in this case, what can I help you ban?

There are an extensive thread's reports of this exchange here. I don't know where are you people found this exchange and why you're using this exchange instead of this reputed one where there's no need of KYC thing and etc.

There are really people who are really fan on using up exchangers which arent popular or even havent heard out into crypto space.You will have the question on your mind
on how the hell these people find these stuffs yet searching for the popular ones thru google doesnt really break or cost you a leg.You do only realize when its too late.
For op, you wont have any choice but to wait up for that exchange support to answer but i doubt they dont really care at all.

People are shilling these exchanges on social media, so it doesn't surprise me that newbies fall for it with how they don't yet know how crappy exchanges can really be. Another thing is that most popular exchanges haven't every crap coin listed, which exchanges like bitebtc have, and let these crap coins be what newbies are interested in.

Thats still a large sum amount for such carelessness. You should stay away from that site and always make a research before sending/deposit your funds on any exchange. By searching on google as for site_name reviews will give you a hint if the site is trustworthy enough to make a deposits.
