If you are asking the community which one is better, IEO or ICO?
From my end, in the current scenario, it is better to hold IEO on a reputable exchange.
ICOs have been ignored lately, as most of the potential investors found out that after ICO, they can buy the coins in exchanges at a very cheap price.
However, if you want to tie up with a known exchange, make sure that your platform has solid foundation also.
Otherwise, people are now smart on checking a project. If it is only because of the hype or not.

I see on the team's website only 3 people, is it possible that the HorseChain project is held by 3 people? I see that this concept is pretty good.

Choose IEO and you will get an instant pump and dump or just instant dump. Choose ICO and you will get a series of pump and dumps (or just permanent dump  ;D). Choose to develop the product firstly. I can bet you don't need a token.

I think and we are sure we need to toknized this industry.
Simply the industry needs to token to fix the eco system which is has too many failures.

So, what exchange u want to choose for ur token sale, Also,did u have already all of requirement to get listed to your desire exchange.

yes, if horsechain project will do an IEO, thats good
but, its depends on what exchange ?
if thus project do their IEO on best exchange maybe binance or bittrex, thats will be great  ;)

if I suggest, you better try registering the IEO but only on a large exchanger, not a small one, at least Kucoin max huobi or binance,
but if you have other recommendations it's not a problem, just why I suggest to famous exchangers because HYPE will also affect the sale of your project in the IEO.

I think horsechain would wanted to find some best trading platform first in order to execute efficient IEO program. Not just adopting the mass improvement and movement by other projects that implements IEOs, good to be attached to the best exchange platform in order to make the best and the effective marketing they can.

I do not appreciate the IEO because it needs to co-operate with good exchanges to fulfill the goals set forth earlier. With that, the development team needs to spend a large amount of money on the exchange before releasing the IEO.
ICO is not as hot as before but still attract investors because there are many potential ICOs and you cannot buy cheap tokens when listed on the exchange.

Op, are you seeking community support here with your brand new account?? Where are the policy makers of your team. All investment dont come from bitcointalk and most probably even 1 percent dont come, you need to tight your marketing and listen if your project has some features no matter what route you take as a fund raising you will be in success.

You are trying to push the blockchain to where it is not needed. For example, take such a project as Herosphere(PLAY token) - online betting in the game industry. If you now look at the activity on their website, you will see that only a few dozen people are using this project. Expectations did not materialize at all, no one is interested. Their token has dropped in price ten times. And all because the blockchain is not necessary to apply where there is no need for it.
Such projects do not bring money to investors, only to ICO organizers.

We can bring money to investors absolutely yes. As HorseChain is one of the successful projects that going to change an industry are facing real issues can be solved by blockchain

If you are asking us of which one to run among ICO and IEO many here will prefer you guys to run IEO. It's more effective this time but the team must run it on credible and widely known exchange in order to meet your funding goals within some minutes as it has happened in such platforms before.

Too many questions and too little information: What problems exactly will you do with the blockchain? How much money will you bring to investors? Where will the money come from? How does your system work?

To implement IEO we need a large sum of money or cooperation of exchange to issue it. I believe that for a potential project we should choose an IEO, but before that, do the Pre-ICO. After obtaining the soft hat and then contacting the exchange to gain support for an IEO. Hope your project can achieve hard-cap through IEO or ICO.

If you read more about Equine Industry you will know why we need blockchain. Equine industry still use the traditional way. We still have no one E commerce site that include all the products. Meanwhile how much money we can bring to investors i think we cant answer that. But its depends on how our products going to have impact in long-term.

What I saw on your site: you have very big plans and a very large coverage of ideas. I do not know how you decided to cope with all this.
While I see that you need a large database, but you do not need decentralization.
Can you give 1-2 examples where the blockchain is really necessary for you?

Our streaming dapp people would be able to vote for horses they like. So there will not be cheating on the championship.

Also horses are equally to gold we want to back them by currency.

3rd ID card or passport for horses it going to use a wallet so all payments will be recorded and its going to be easy to trace. However we can implement this on other pets too.

4rth incentives. All people on equine industry would love to shift to new economic system. We are working for that we want to help people to get involved more with horses on the world.

I haven't heard of this project before, but if it's an IEO, then I will be glad to invest with them, though I haven't fully understood how IEO works,  one thing I check for in a platform is if I am being told to carry out KYC, I will always pass because I believe that the idea of ICO in crowdfunding is totally against collecting the personal details of users in the Crypto space, I believe that only the team in charge of the project should carry out KYC so that the exchanges can know them.

I am agree, its better doing IEO right now. For investor, its more convenient because exchanger already analysis your project legit or not and the developers team behind the project. Beside that, for developers team its giving certainity in listing on exchanger and dont have doing big marketing
