I would like to ask a question. You wrote that your platform will not be managed by anyone specific. Then, who will decide in what volume, in what capacity will be placed advertising and who will solve this issue?

The Ledder advertising platform is open source and fully decentralized. In the Ledder Network, there is no operating center. Ledder Network nodes will be owned by hundreds of different companies. Once connected to the network, a billboard will become available to advertisers worldwide.

An ad for display will be selected by the controller located near the billboard. Since the network nodes operate independently of each other, there is no way a outsider company can interfere with the network and ad selection process. This makes the network safe and transparent for big advertising operators.

Is it still advisable to run ICO these days? Everybody seems to turn down any investment opportunity to this crowdfunding campaign because we all know that we can always get a better deal once you hit in exchanges. What is your opinion on this matter?

According to ICO Bench analytics, hundreds of millions are invested monthly in STO and ICO. And competing projects collect several times more than our first goal.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, you offer a crypto powered billboard advertising worldwide? Or being a middleman between the company that owns billboard and the buyers of service?

We will develop our products consistently, we will start with simple technologies (software), as the company develops we will move on to more complex technologies (hardware).

• Launch the network through connecting the existing big size billboards to the Ledder Network via NeuroEye controllers. At this stage, we'll create a virtual advertising operator for making transactions in ULD between market players. Also, we'll build an online service for placing ads on ledder.net
• By using a franchise model, we'll create an affiliate network consisting of virtual advertising operators in the targeted countries. Plus, we'll be expanding our network through installing the Ledder Network software on small-size billboards owned by advertising operators.

Umm... So in the beginning you'll sell your software to a billboard owner so they can offer a shared-billboard-for-rent to buyers or you'll be renting the billboard and sell your service to end users?

Interesting part about anyone can post any ads anywhere in the world, wouldn't it be counterproductive to geographic element of STP?

We will not sell advertising and digital billboards. Ledder is a technology company. We provide free software and  technology for the production of screens. Any company can use both. But the commission of 5% will be taken from the global advertising turnover in Ledder Network, and 10% royalties will be taken from any screen made using our technology.

This approach will allow you to grow quickly by using the resources of partner companies.

The network has a secure and attack-resistant architecture.

INTEFRACE LAYER - franchisees' servers that ensure communication with the blockchain network.  These servers are the gateways to the network level.  All external data requests go through these gateways. This way, the network level is protected from web attacks. DDOS attack is blocked at this level. The servers are located near the franchisee, which allows to improve the transmission capacity of the gateways and avoid the firewalls of some countries, e.g. China.

COMPUTING LEVEL consists of dozens of nodes located in the data centers of big companies (advertising operators and advertising platforms). At early stages of Ledder Network growth, servers of this level will be owned by franchisees. The network nodes contain blockchain registers and make financial transactions between market players.At this level, there is control over macro financial transactions. With all the companies that control the settlement sites legal contracts will be concluded.

NETWORK LEVEL can include up to a million of individual nodes located near the billboards. Between the network nodes, there is a custom UDP-like exchange protocol; each packet is digitally signed and stored in the blockchain. No ordinary package can be distributed on the network; any external attack will be installed on the 1st node. Nodes of this level are grouped in a block cell, each cell consists of at least 3 nodes. Thus, the confirmation of financial microtransactions comes from different owners of the equipment, which eliminates counterfeiting.


Content moderation
Each jurisdiction has its advertising laws. To comply with local legislations, Ledder will introduce a two-level moderation system consisting of freelance moderators and government officials.

Premoderation
Ledder will reward moderators with ULD tokens. Moderators will make sure the advertising content complies with the local legislation. After the content has been approved for placement, a company is allowed to place its ads at the specific locations.

Each moderator has a reputation rating. Each video ad is checked by several moderators. In case of a dispute between the moderators, new moderators are assigned to check the ad.

If a moderator makes a mistake, their rating drops. As a result, the moderator receives fewer opportunities to moderate the content. This way, we’ll establish a self-regulating moderator community.

Final moderation
Final moderation by government officials will follow premoderation and take place in the countries where outdoor ads have to be approved by the authorities.

After a successful moderation, a video ad is given a digital signature and can be displayed during several months without additional moderation. That will reduce ad placement time to just 1 minute.

Account verification
In some countries, to place an ad, you need to verify your identity. Complying with this requirement, we’ll design an optional verification system. If an advertiser hasn’t performed the required verification actions, they won’t be able to place their ads on the specific billboards.

Also, we’ll introduce different verification levels. The higher the level, the bigger coverage an advertising campaign will have. The verification process will be performed by our partners.

How do they provide fast and secured data collection?

I see two different tokens, SLED and ULED, if in your sales ULED can't reach softcap and SLED without softcap,
what will you do to investors, this is a bit confusing where you have two different tokens

SLED - This token is intended for venture capital funds. If he cannot reach softcap, nothing terrible will happen, because there resources are attracted for the development of DigitalBlade screening technology and patenting. At the first stage, the existing screens will be connected to the Ledder network. There will be connected immediately hundreds of screens in Russia. After debugging technology, we will connect the whole world through franchising.
