I'd like to ask Theymos to check my lucky number too, as killyou72 :)
I'm also above the maximum legendary limit in activity now, and since I've become a Hero I was alway curious what my number could be.
I know my merits are not enough now to rank up, it's not a problem for me, but I'm very curious what was my lucky number...
Theymos, please please pretty please :D
(of course if it's not a problem, I don't want to start a flood of similar topics in Meta...)

Is it possible to know the number where you could be a Legendary? If so, then I'm also interested to know that. Theymos please count me also.  :P

Killyou72 is already over the max (1030) activity limit, so he has asked what was the lucky number, and not what will be, because as I can see, you are still below the max. activity yet

Ooh that threads interesting. Do we have any idea as to the algorithm. Employed? I'm guessing it's not based on linear time but something like modulo time would be quite interesting... I didn't realise it was predetermined on registration, mine was pretty low (in the 800s).

Upon checking the thread and reading all the posts again, I can say it is predetermined upon registration and it is confirmed by Theymos.

As it is predetermined then Theymos can tell the number and it is not necessarily needed to cross 1030 activity limit I guess.

OK, I understand, but I guess you have to reach 1030 to get the info (if Theymos will have time / wants to reply to this kind of questions).

@bitart that's interesting... Shame it uses a secretSeed too otherwise it'll be much easier.

@theymos, you could start charging people in grin to find out what their number is 😂 (I don't think thats too unreasonable to charge 0.001mbtc, otherwise you're just going to have to dump the entire list like. With merit and trust).

Damn it! I'm really unlucky person lol. Actually, I signed up on Bitcointalk long time enough to become Legendary. But I was inactive for some months, missed some activity periods and it cost me Legendary status. Merit system ruined my life :D

Same here. I was inactive for 4-6 months in 2017 afair, and then in 2018 my account got hacked, got back my account after 6 months and 20 days.

That's almost a year of inactivity and it prevented me to become Legendary. No matter, I'll fight for my Legendary status...  :D

I'm really happy that it was not even close to the minimum 775, because I was just a few activity periods away from the legendary minimum at the time of the introduction of the merit system :)
