Title: "25th James Bond" who's looking forward and love those classic movies
Post by: El duderino_ on April 26, 2019, 09:59:39 AM
I'm a big movie fan and loved to hear that the new Bond movie is coming "April 2020" hopefully in a FULL BULLBTC-market :)

What do you guys think of the cast?

-Daniel craig, as Bond of-course
-Rami Malek, probably new villain
-Ana Da Armas, probably new Bond girl
-Ralph Fiennes, as M, Bonds boss
-Ben Wishaw, as Q, head of gadget department
-Léa Seydoux,as Madeleine Swann, returning Bond girl from Spectre
-David Dencik ??
-Lashana Lynch ??
-Dali Benssalah ??
-Jeffrey Wright, as Felix Leiter, Bonds friend in CIA from Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace
-Billy Magnussen
-Naomie Harris, as Miss Moneypenny, M's secretaresse
-Rory Kinnear ??

-director, Bond "25"  Cary Joji Fukunaga

-Bond song nothing known so far

-Locations, Norway, Italy, Jamaica

-story line still very vague, Bond left his active duty, his rest period is from short time when his old friend elix Leiter asks him for help, it brings Bond to a mysterious villain armored with a new tech. weapon......

So some questions, who's your favorite Bond, who was the best villain, which one is your favorite Bond movie and who should be the next bond in your guys opinions....

For me maybe strange but I loved pierce brosnan as Bond (NP with Craig Daniel as well he's probably best acting one) but Brosnan have a classic Bond look IMO,
for movie I did loved many, but Skyfall was maybe my favorite one, also i'm mid 30's so maybe my generation likes the newer Bonds more as the previous ones....
Also Bardem was an excellent villain IMO, but then again Sean Bean always is good, and many others were good.....

I someone has to say something about Bond, I would love to read some thought, stuff etc

Roger Moore and The Spy Who Loved Me is probably my favorite Bond actor and film, it used to be a treat when ABC would show the latest Bond film on tv (this was back before there was cable tv and you were lucky if you had four channels) and I can still remember watching that one when it premiered on tv. Moonraker, For Your Eyes Only, and View To A Kill were all favorites way back when - Never Say Never Again with Connery was great, also. Haven't seen too many of the newer Bond films, I do think Daniel Craig has done a good job as the latest Bond, no idea who I'd pick to follow him, though.

Massive Bond fan too. When I was growing up, my father would always take us to the latest Bond film in the Cinema. I’m in my forties now so my choices reflect the early 80s films.

Best Bond- Very close between Daniel Craig and Roger Moore - but Roger Moore takes it, just for a bit of camp humour !
Best Song - No contest - Live and Let Die- by Wings I think.
Best Film - Soectre , just because it brings all of Daniel Craig’s films together and Blofeld is back !!
Best Baddie - Oddjob
Best Car- Citroen 2CV - For Your Eyes Only , great chase and comedy .
Best random Character- John W Pepper - Sheriff trying to catch Bond in Live and Let Die and appears again in Man with the Golden Gun

OP - look up Rory Kinnears father - Roy Kinnear - funny as fuck British Comedy actor - he’s in some of the old Musketeers films from the 80s

I’m looking forward to it.  I really Daniel Craig as Bond.  He made Bond into a tougher agent and more authentic.

I can't wait to see new Bond movie :)
A lot of times the new episodes of a big movie hit disappoint but not Bond movies.
Each new Bond is better than the previous one.

Will look that up :)

I do think as well Daniel Craig makes it a bit rougher as well, I also just notice with Craig they just went total different, not to many gadgets as they were getting very over the top....

I can't wait to see new Bond movie :)

yeah, can't wait as well and its very true, they won't get boring.... Its always a good movie

I'm a fan of James Bond movies, so news about another new James Bond movie is great to hear. Roger Moore was also my favorite Bond. The best bond girl was Halle Berry from Die Another Day

Maybe she is, but Halle Berry just is a very good actress as well ....
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I could see and already topped him before critics mentioned his name, Henry Cavil as a worthy Bond (Only minor is he's a little young), I just don't want a black man or Chinese or red-haired as Damian Lewis (no racist, just has to be a English looking as always)

I liked the Z8 as car I think :)

I'm not really much of a Bond fan but I did enjoy Casino Royale with Daniel Craig.

The product placement in movies has gotten excessive and I wonder what car manufacturer will pay to have their cars featured in the next James bond movie.

I am a fan of the James Bond movie franchise specially Pierce Brosnan as the leading man though I also find  Daniel Craig to be perfect for the role. One thing for sure is that in all of its movies, the story is wonderful, the plot is mesmerizing and the actions with special effects are superb. Truly satisfying to the senses of the viewing public, it is no wonder why James Bond is one of the most popular and most successful series of movies. I am looking for the next James Bond run in our local theaters soon in April 2020...wow that could have been the time when bitcoin can reach $15,000 or more.

Well roger Moore is the longest Bond actor I guess after Sean Connery and I also like he’s acting style,on the other hand Halle Berry is very sympathetic and seductive so I think we both like here on being James Bond Girl

About the next bond movie 25th will be much awaited and looking forward to be in advance screening

Man, how many times did they postpone that movie. It is so sad - I am waiting for ever to watch the movie. Daniel Craig was a great Bond, enjoyed every film with him. Understand that some people find it is too much action with him and the gentlemen aspect is being a bit lost with him, but still great movies. No idea what is going to happen afterwards. I am afraid that the next Bond is really going to be a woman. It would make sense to make a spin off with a female lead, but taking over the whole franchise? Need to wait for the trailer but I is probably not a movie to watch in cinema and just at home.

Isn't the next "James" Bond going to be a black female, or will it be a transperson. I look forward to "it" saving the world by hitting the baddies with its handbag. :)

Damn I hope not. I’m sick of all this political correctness & desperation to please minority groups. James Bond is a British institution, it should be a crime to think of casting anything other than a middle aged white man.

Sorry not sorry.

I personally like Daniel Craig as 007. I don’t know what I would bet on in the first place on the appearance or on the acting style but .. His James Bond looks like a living and real person. Casino Royale will forever be that romantic movie for my first date with my wife)  We reviewed all the Bond films during the time I was courting her)) Sean Connery is also quite good, even though I don't really like old movies. By the way, if anyone needs movie advice for a romantic date then you should go to my review here (https://www.canyon-news.com/timeless-romantic-movies-for-a-perfect-date/142851). I've always chosen something compromise for a romantic evening.

It turns out that we have the same tastes, because in my opinion Daniel Craig is the best actor to be James Bond compared to the other actors.
Maybe since Daniel Craig became James Bond, I saw the character of James Bond has changed a little bit, looks more violent and temperamental.
I am also looking forward to No Time to Die which is the latest James Bond movie, I hope the release schedule won't be delayed again. Regarding
the romantic movie recommendations that you provide, I will check it, who knows the movies you recommend are according to my taste.

Bumping this very old topic

But what do we think about Aaron taylor becoming the new 007

from all of the actors I had 2 top favorites and Aaron was one of them so i'm pretty excited, when I saw him in bullet train I just knew he got that Bond expression, looks, good acting in multiple movies ....
