Title: Electrum Won't Run on Mac Post by: iceworld4 on April 27, 2019, 05:10:03 AM Downloaded Electrum-3.3.4 for Mac to update my existing wallet as old version was no longer syncing with servers however now I cannot access Electrum at all, it just doesn't open. Receive the below when trying to open; i'm a bit useless so would appreciate any advice.

Try to update your OS and to install/update PyQT5 and Python3 again.

I had similar problem due to corrupt wallet save. Move your wallet files to a temp folded and reopen electrum. It will default to creating a default wallet, which you can do or direct it to a known good wallet.
