In addition to filecoin,I can't find new one, I have 3tb hard drive

Are you talking about POC mining which is related to HDD mining? POC means proof of capacity and you mention about 3tb hard drive so I think you want is to mine with HDD?

Also following projects can be mentioned: Storj, SiaCoin, Swarm.
But all these projects are also quite old.

Not really an expert on that field but is a 3 TB harddrive really big enough so that it's even worth thinking about IPFS 'mining' in the first place?
