Are there any campaigns in the forum accept the novice or must wait Hatta become jr member

No. Newbies can't use signatures.

And if you cant wait, you can purchase a copper member rank instead(pretty much buying yourself into a member rank). As far as I know, some campaigns that accepts member ranks, also accepts Copper members.

You must not only wait, but also earn some merits (by making good forum contributions). You already earned some and you can become a Jr Member already. You need 10 merits to become a member, where you will get better signature.

You can't join signature campaigns until reaching the next rank (you don't need to buy a copper membership because you just need few activities to reach Junior member), as many campaigns accept Juniors in their campaigns.
However, you can join other campaigns (social media/articles/translation...) with your actual rank; those other campaigns will let you monetize your social media profiles if they are crypto-oriented or you can use your other skills, if any, by joining Translation/videos and article campaigns.

Try to contribute yourself for this forum community which will help you to gain proper knowledge and its the first way to achieve next rank. Currently you will not get the opportunity to participate on any signature campaign. So its better to concentrate on buliding your own account first. After Achieving next rank you will be eligible for signature campaign. Honestly if you just joined the forum for earning from signature campaign then it will be hard to achieve your rank IMO. I always prefer to learn first before starting to earn. 

You already have 2 merits sent by the same person, you only need to make a few more posts then wait to become a Jr. member. For social media campaigns, I guess there are those that allows newbies.
