I read e news that Binance will add Rawcoin (XRC) about June or July. How can I buy Rawcoin before binance list it?

As of now there is no ico or other exchange listing of the coin. As XRC is mineable, the only possible way to get XRC is through the mining process. Rawcoin has a current supply of 704,882 XRC, you could find user who have mined it and willing to sell. Other than this it is possible when it gets listed to Binance or some other exchanges.

If a miner is found be careful as many scams are likely to take place if there is no escrow for the transaction. Advise, is advisable that you wait for the coin to be listed on Binance or any other exchange before proceed to buy from them.

Well I don't know if that is the rawcoin last 2014 but I don't know where is the exchange of it I've just asking for my friend on how I can mine the rawcoin, I tried to search the rawcoin and according to coingecko it was listed on the livecoin I don't know if it was the same that you are reffering rawcoin you can check it there.

yes I looked to livecoin and it is same Rawcoin that i looked for. But I didn't see livecoin before. is it a good idea to send money or btc to livecoin? I don't know.

Where did you got that news? Don't fall for it. Binance can't just list any coins. Only coins that have a good volume of trading already, a large community and passes the quality check would get listed.
As of Rawcoin, it seems like any other mineable coin which is having a hard time getting listed in any exchange because it doesn't even have a fund to get listed on a paid to list site.

I didn't heard about this coin. It can still be mined? With what equipment can be mined? And you read the news that will be listed on Binance from Binance social media or?

yes maybe it is wrong news but now i learned there is only 704000 Rawcoin and it can be expensive one day. because of it i want to buy now.

One thing about binance that I have learnt is that they do not permit pre listing announcement and are totally against it;

I think it was credible. I sent btc to livecoin and buy 1366 XRC from 0.00000037 btc. Now i will wait.

After the new creation of BinanceDEX, many projects share incorrect news. First, be careful about it. Then, if you are sure that this is true, you can get it from the exchanges that are listed in the cmc.

Hey, from my knowledge, any coin that will listed in Binance exchange is prohibited to be informed prior listing.
Just be careful about the news, it could be just only a news to pump the coin price in the market.

I'm quite familiar with this coin, but when I saw its price value it was 33 satoshi which is I think its good to buy.
Then, if ever it get listed on Binance it is a good privilege to hold it, because for sure it will bounce on BNB in the future,
especially when bull run comes. 

Check their website to see if they are carrying out any public sale, or better still send a message to the admin of the project to find out if they are carrying out any private sale, if yes then you can make purchase immediately before it closes, but if not then you have no choice than to enter the market early when trading just begin in order to make profit, though with this techniques you don't need to stay so much in the trading exchange, because it can dump at anytime and you don't want to experience that.
