Don't have any names though, but it looks like you are just promoting this so called crypto exchange service. We have seen lots of newbies trying to attempt the same, so I do hope that you are sincere though. Maybe you can post in Project Development (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=12.0) board.

this is already very good and I am happy with this launch, and I hope that it will always be successful in the future, and I will participate in it.

My opinion: if you actually want to release a great exchange, you're probably not going to reach that goal by simply buying software and simply using it straight-off. You're still going to need to hire coders to actually make it better. It's not a buy one time and use forever thing.

The portfolio of nineheartz quite looks good. They already did many projects and had many clients around the world. I think you can contact them and ask if you want to create an exchange. I guess that they can help you because they have an experienced team inside the website.
I cannot suggest another website like them.

Did you read what the OP says? It's not yet live, he/she is looking for developers.

As @mjglqw, you need to find good developers and you should customized it according to what you really wanted to see in your exchange. And it involves huge capital to begin with so I hope you are really ready. Not just money but the time as well. Best of luck !!!

Not so much suitable names I can suggest. What do you think about *coinasotra" , "trade here" , "cointra"...
The choice is almost difficult, a group of people can find good results in brainstorming. Doing exercises in brand is also a good option.
What are you aiming to do?

I think it is coinsotra as coinsutra is being used by other site already although coinsutra is not an exchange. Looking for a name for your project is not something easy thing to decide. I can only suggest that you choose short name only which is common used word in this industry, easy to remember, easy to type, so people will be more aware about your site.

If you are sincere of not be the owner of this platforms or software then my advice to you is becareful about trading software as most time there lose money? From my experience it is better you learn about trade and trade manually as there are many things that software or platforms will not do for you.

If you are planning to launch a crypto exchange without having huge funding or adequate insurance cover against hacking and theft, just drop the idea! Don't even think of having one unless you have got at least a million USD funding! This is not an ICO market so try to understand if you need more exchanges or not! At this point, we have enough echanges in the market catering our needs! Don't jump into this competition!

I second this. What do you want to achieve OP? Your exchange will always be as good as the underlying software. If you have to buy this software due to lack of coding skills you are already lost. Keep in mind that you know nothing about the software you are going to buy, eg. the developers may introduce security holes and you will never get aware of them.

Just as have been suggested above that you need coders etc. I don't know for sure if you are a total novice in the whole of this. If you are ! then I would suggest that you need some training on it so you can also follow up and not get lost and be cheated out. If you bring the idea and don't know anything about coding or programming, your project may eventually be injected from you. I wish you good.

Oh my goodness, is exchange the only business that we have in this cryptocurrency, everyone is busy here and there creating cryptocurrency exchange that we already have lots of them in the market and yet to even be patronized.

The other exchanges closing down, do you think that they don’t have full features too that can compete with the ones at the top, they have, but no matter the feature they have, volume is the problem, we need more projects that will create adoption of cryptocurrency than exchange, if you develop you own exchange now, which project do you want to get listed in it, now that we have few upcoming ones.

If you are asking our opinion and there's the answer. that exchange site seems legit based on its UI. i never used it and i have no experience on its UX i can't say anything about that. I have not gotten any good reviews about that and i prefer to avoid that site and you can try to visit another section to search a competence person and working together to create your exchange site. There was a lot of site with good user interface but they are fake.

It's not really hard actually to create exchange platform if you compare this to "how to get volume?" question. Yeah, getting much volume in short-time is not really easy, even harder than just creating exchange website. Marketing is the most important than everything at early stage.

My advice will be it would be good if you are not just helping people to develop their platform but also help them to gain users. That's all.

It does seem like op is shilling the exchange seems he seems to know everything as you said. This is a creative way of diverting attention towards exchanges, but it won't retain users unless the exchange has proven itself in all areas(security, volume etc) over time.

I agree with your thought but every individual is coming from zero level and became the hero in any particular industry. In order to prove the capability of any service provider you must have to atleast trust in him. If you donot trust him then why did he prove himself in all the areas as you mentioned.
