Your 2 psu's would only be rated at 3200W combined. Even if you downclocked the miners you would be pushing max capacity on the PSU's. We try to help people here with the questions they ask. There is tons of info for them to see and figure out if they want something more efficient. We provided them with the info they needed to make what they are using work. Normally at the end of reply I may have asked them why they are running old gear, but I reviewed their trust and saw they've owned one for more than a year which is more than enough time to figure out if it's worth it for them to run.
Overall I found your replies incomplete and confusing, with out trying to be helpful; so I don't get the point. Even taking efficiency into account, I ran 4 741's up until about 3 weeks ago. My assumption was he had cheap power or free power so I told him buy a psu for about 40-50 bucks. |
