1.95% of asian people use skrill or neteller.
2.Europe credit card or bank or skrill net.
3.America almost like this but the prority of bank goes to them as far my knowledge.

Note: depositing like bet365.betfair  or globally recognized..specially i am writing this post behalf of asian people.not talking about crypto depositing .and no local betting site.
 
My point is to view of monopoly marketting of skrill and neteller. As i mentioned specially my talk based on asian people .
Nowdays both site doing wtv they want.neteller and skrill update new rules for verification yes its good. But dont know why neteller closed the account after opening this immediatly they close without saying any reason.

 Skrill increase a new rule of first tranjaction.below countries.    Bangladesh, Bolivia, Costa Rica
El Salvador, India, Nigeria, South Korea, Tunesia.if  you do  a first tranjaction u will charge like 20 to 30 euro between this.
And below countries
Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia,
Bulgaria, Ecuador, Honduras, Montenegro,
Morocco, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay
10 euro in first tranjaction.
 This is not shit.?

And many other things that manybody affected .let us know everyone.
In asia we used  almost bet365 .so we need skrill or neteller. So why they(bet365) not including like perfect money , bitcoin, web money .
Skrill and neteller got the monopoly market.so there is no compitition for them so thats why they do wtv they want.

I don't think there's any such large fees skrill takes on depositing or doing a transaction.
I use skrill and I haven't had any such problems. Even the first transaction and first withdrawal to my bank were done without a charge from skrill.
I don't live in the mentioned countries but I have friends there, and they too are not facing any such problems.
You may be confused with bankwire fees as the bank charges you a large amount  for making a deposit to skrill through wire.

No men for new account and first tranjaction form skrill only in first tranjaction they are taking 10 ta 30 euro.and bank system is not so used in those countries.

Maybe Skrill or Neteller are charging differently in other countries Because of different exchange, All countries have a different currency and I think that is the reason why there are so many fees involved in Asian Countries, This is what I can mostly think of I don't really mind the fees because in my part I really think that is of fair use in different parts of the country, But well we all have different experience regarding the use of this money transfer sites or maybe because these applications are base on that part of the continent and regarding Asia that is of different content that is Skrill and Neteller are not base from, This is what I can think of and like I said I don't have any problem using their site at all, And as long as I can play gambling using cryptocurrency and exchanging that if far enough for me.

They are not providing BTC as a payment option since they probably don't have any incentive to do so. This is why we need to push adoption rates upwards slowly and steadily so that companies like Skrill will see how lucrative it would be to offer BTC as a payment option.

Or, or or just use crypto coins like Bitcoin to avoid all those fees!
This is a crypto site so to suggest a site that doesnt even accept BITCOIN doesnt seem right.
It is of no big surprise that fiat sites are now starting to accept BITCOIN in order to compete.

Where did you find this number? I'm Asian but I do not even use skrill or neteller, if the number is true then I believe the number is decreased already since the existence of crypto gambling sites. If it is related to bet365 then I have to agree that it is one of the most used betting site in Asian countries but since there are many crypto betting site then I think some sports bettor are moved to crypto betting sites already because it is easier to use crypto/bitcoin for betting purpose.

Skrill does not charge very little fees when you deposit there from credit card, bank account or bitcoin, the fees are like 1.9% or something like that because it is a long time I don't use Skrill.I always deposit with my debit card to minimize risks even if my card data get stolen , I think this will never happen as I work as an It but just to be sure.

I don't know what fees are you talking about but I'm pretty sure you misunderstood some things because Skrill would never ask for such high fees even from low tier countries only for doing a transaction. The fee for sending money to another skrill wallet is 1.9% and it could go to maximum 20$(i think this is what you misunderstood). The fee is not 20$, it's 1.9% of the total amount your are sending so only for transactions bigger than 1000$ you will have to pay 20$.

I can't understand why people want to use Skrill, the fees are very high and most if of the gambling site that accepts Skrill deposit are excluding Skrill deposit from the signup bonus campaigns.
If skrill is the only way to deposit then get some crypto and find and a crypto gambling site instead.

The reason why many people use Skrill for gambling and betting is because it is very convenient. Deposits are instant and withdrawals take a few hours to be processed instead of waiting 2-3 days or more until their money arrive in their bank accounts. Skrill is also available in many countries and it is accepted on almost every gambling website existing. Also the fees are acceptable in my opinion. This are some of the reasons why people use Skrill or Neteller for gambling.

my experience with Neteller and Skrill was very bad, they charged me 3% + $5 of fees for me to transfer funds from my neteller account to my Krill account and they charged me 3% + $20 fee to withdraw money from My Skrill account to my bank. Then they start ask me source income and more documents when I had verified my account for years ago and always made withdrawals below  $350 which is a very small amount of money. so I was really shocked when Neteller and Skrill blocked my account and started asking me for a lot of documents

I've only dealt with Neteller and Skrill once or twice and it ended up with my account getting limited eventually with not even that much of a transaction volume. So it does speak a lot about how privacy unfriendly they are.

I never had to pay a fee in order to use their service or to start my first transaction though, probably because I'm not in an asian country.

But the thing is that Bet365 is their own entity and they have the power to make their own decisions to accept whatever payment processors they deem fit. There is simply nothing you can do as the consumer to change that, apart from perhaps writing support letters to pressure them. It might also come from a security/regulatory standpoint as to why BTC and Perfectmoney isn't accepted. Perfectmoney is definitely not the most legit payment processor out there, in fact, it's extremely shady.

Am from Tunisia, here we don't have the right to own an international paycard or even a multicurrency bank account, as we don't have any possibility to make a money transfer for outside the country. With most of online banks, it is unlikely impossible to use an account has been verified with a Tunisian address. Neteller and Skill are still the main option in order to use gambling websites (planetwin365,bet365...) despite they suspended their cards in Tunisia since more than a year. Users exchange their funds in Neteller for local currency. Am sure Neteller has a significant big market in all countries in my neighborhood because we almost have the same situation with online payment.
Sadly, bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not supported in the gamble platforms, so everybody here use Neteller or Skrill or both of them. I used Neteller for two successive years without issues. Recently I heard from someone that his account got frozen after receiving a large amount and he is blocked with lack of documents they ask.

Are you talking about the verification thing which needs a deposit of $/€10+ ??
I don't actually remember all details but there's a need of a deposit before verification as far as I remember.

To start with your account, you need a first deposit of 10+ $/€ or you can also receive it from another user. You need to do this before to start with the identity & residence verification process. First amount deposited will not be deducted from your balance.
I don't know what does op mean but I don't think a deposit fund limited between 2 near values, like between 10 & 30.

I stopped using both Skrill and Neteller a while ago for two reasons and I don't know anything of the recent updates...
My Neteller was verified and I tried to verify Skrill with the same docs but they rejected, secondly when I heard that they block any account, any time, for any reason and I may lose my balance.

But what OP is trying to say is just impossible (what I've understood so far).
€10-€30 transaction fee is not a joke I believe and both Neteller & Skrill are large companies and I don't think they will do such stupid things.

I think OP is missing something or someone from Asian countries may want to confirm the fact.
