Our coin is called TurtleNetwork and TurtleNode (Waves), no confusion there.

I know the existence of Turtlecoin, turtlecoin is more a coin for payments etcetera. They have a nice community.
The Turtlenetwork coin is more like an utility token as feul for the platform.

I think for turtlecoin it's also a good suggestion to watch turtlenetwork, it's possible to develop a gateway to TurtleNetwork and crowdfund their projects on the platform.

As platform looks like now, this is totally user-unfriendly (first version of Waves). Will it be updated? I got a little trutle coins from bounty. I do not know what to do with it)

$TN coins can be leased to any node on the network for passive income, you could also setup a node yourself. Trade it on the DEX to BTC, ETH, Litecoin or whatever token is on your list. Tip it to someone else using the @TNTippingBot on telegram. Your choice really because you are in full control of your wallet and choices on Turtle Network.

Thanks for the answer, maybe I was wrong, I meant turtlenetwork client (DEX), Waves have improved his version very much, that's also planned for turtle? At the moment you can not really buy and sell anything, it's totally uncomfortable.

You are incorrect, you can trade on the DEX within the wallet, send and receive, create aliases, create assets with no problems.

Being uncomfortable doesnt mean you cant do things, as mentioned previously an upgraded client is in the roadmap.

Big buywall on the TN/WAVES pair, seems to somebody wants to buy a lot of TN.

I am a bit fuzzy about the Turtlenetwork thing - I understand there is some kind of DEX and that it is based on the Waves codebase, but how many nodes are there?
What are the mechanics?

Just forking a POS coin and then launching a few nodes does not really make a robust network, so what is the edge over Waves?

TurtleNetwork is a fork of waves with identical exchange, wallet, explorer and transfers but there are some benefits compared to waves:

1. Market cap is 1/800th of waves but node power and userbase is 40%/10% of waves which means that it is undervalued by a factor of 50 or more, or that waves is overvalued

2. Month on month active wallet growth is 9%, 200 users (waves is 19%)

3. Staking rewards are derived from real user generated platform activity compared to waves inflation policy which is not backed by real activity

5. Because market cap is this low startups can secure a good share of max supply early on which in itself can become a primary revenue generator for your business in the future if this takes off

The reason for low market cap is because WCT voting stopped working 6 months ago and TN rating is stuck at 1.7/5 which causes traders to bypass it. The new dex was launched in June so people have not yet put 1+1 together here obviously it is undervalued at the moment compared to waves by a factor of 50

TN achieved qualified issuer status from Bettertokens which is hard to get.

It is EU based which is a benefit for capital access compared to waves which is russian based and subject to sanctions in certain geographic areas especially high level VCs in EU/US.

Risk profile:

1. There are 6 million TN for sale at 0.0035/waves interval
2. P/E valuation is $40k compared to $600k cap. Waves is $15m on $350m cap. This means that both can decline alot in price if market crashes. But there are alternative projections for both TN and Waves aswell at x200 price growth which is mostly founded in tx growth and dollar valuation per tx combined with market capture of merchant economy.

I also took $3000 in losses during 2018 super cycle bear market which was the worst bear market of any asset class in 200 years of industrial history.

Biggest risk in TN is team failure. Invest max 1% of portfolio or $10k. I have seen many blockchain projects come and go over the years and this is no different but waves is in demand right now and Turtlenetwork is 100% overlooked for the reasons I explained.

Buy 500k-1m between 0.001-0.004/waves, all in below 0.00075.

Swedish investment firm ALMI did not proceed with $300 000 allocation into TN, motivation: not innovative enough (it's a fork of waves).

12 month Price prediction remains 20-90 cents considering functional utility vis a vis waves and current state of development which is polished w smooth user experience.

After corrective move price is expected to stabilize and trail waves market cap evolution on a 10x20 lower multiple regardless if waves $5bn or $5m.

WAVES is too, not innovative enough (it's a fork of NXT), and moreover, this is a SCAM.

TN is cheap, because matcher and gateways is not open-source. They have their own private matcher, and trusted gateways.
So, this is not a DEX (Decentralized Exchange), and this all centralized services, can be shut down at any time.

And while the blockchain height is growing,
the interest in these features decreases,
even if they are open souce, in the future.
Because it's more easier to make a new fork of this,
and easier than to invest real money here,
or moreover than invest - into that scam, rat's waves.

But even when these functions are not open-source, writing and re-writting of this from scratch -
this is not a such problem, even in the short term.

The goal is to create a win/win/win outcome for Core devs who own 10m TN / ICO sellers who gain xx paper profit / Marquise $Museum who gains 5% conversion fee and distribution of the art to new collectors which will enable opportunity for gallery and Museum exhibitions and industry partnerships with proof of traction.

These are the conditions for system implementation:

5b. It is believed that this system implementation will increase market cap of TurtleNetwork from $0.008 to $0.1. And there is buyside liquidity to sustain this price, and the new market cap of $10m is also backed by M2 tokenized assets which are real assets.

6. When TurtleNetwork cap is 10 cents or more, your TN collateral can be refunded against 5% fee. It can only be refunded in full if you did not opt to convert M2 into real assets for home delivery. Conversion requires KYC.

6b. This will enable paper profit of your TN stack of x10, and up to 50% of the 5% refund fee is reserved for liquidity according to 5. This means, that you will be able to actually realize some profit at this price because Marquise $Museum is providing liquidity here.

7. If price goes below 7 cents, it is more profitable to convert back into M2 because you always get $3k per 40k TN which beats any TN price below 7 cents with the downside that it is delivered in the form of product and not cash.

How is this $7 000 000 financed?

1. Production asset cost is lower than retail price
2. External company revenue is $1500/month
3. It is expected that only a minority of collateral traders will actually redeem
4. Most traders will convert back to TN when 10 cents
5. 5% fee is partially used to cover production cost
6. 50% of staking liquidity from a share of this 5% fee is converted into fiat to cover share of production cost
7. If TN implementation demonstrates demand and proof of traction, there can be VC or Private Equity interest
8. Conversion limit of 1 panel per 6 months per trader
9. If a trader locks 3m TN and want x1 Cryptobook for $30k, 300k is sold in brackets over 5 cents to cover cost, 300k is then removed from refund amount because it was redeemed into asset

Based on these variables, $7 000 000 lifetime value is compartmentalized into $1500 per month or less.
It is similar to fractional reserve banking, if everyone takes money out at same time, system collapses.
Everyone cannot convert into M1 assets all at once because there is not $7m to cover it.
