Maybe she offers a cashback/discount on a specific website that he has the codes like there is a website to buy a phone and has 1% cashback so by using her promo codes we will get 5% cashback. Stuff like that are better developed as side chain or dApp than on main chain. Blockchain core ideals should remain unchanged.
