To be clear, you need to earn at least one merit and 30 activity  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2766177.0)in order to wear signature on your profile. If you want to skip this stage then you have to buy copper membership (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2385104.0) as suggested by above user. O will encourage you to earn merit by contributing yourself. It will better to growth your account. Don't buy copper membership just for join signature. It's a symptom of spammer. If you want to post images then you can buy copper membership.

Yes, Jr. Member and above can have a signature. Brand new and newbies can not have a signature.

And for bonus you should focus on being productive and constructive that the only way you can rise in rank

You need to rank up to Jr Member to add signature in your profile.
But you can buy Cooper Member to add signature and make your benefit same as rank Member.

The ops is not launching a signature campaign but asking the reason his newbie account is not allow to wear signature and that have been answered by other members, I see he already got himself a Cooper member and can now wear signature.

I guess it's wise to lock this thread since OP already got what he wants to know.
