As you know PundiX team is trying to promote new coin names FX. So for this process, they've created Xwallet.

We are staking NPXS and NPXSXEM because getting FX for a while. I've sent my NPXS to my Xwallet first time when staking started. But I've verified my NEM wallet for my NPXSXEM tokens. So staking was going well. There was no problem here.

But 20 days ago I sent my NPXSXEM tokens from my NEM wallet to Xwallet (Cloud) because make a conversion to FX token. But I've mistakenly forgotten to write message code which wants from Xwallet. The transaction has successfully completed. But it didn't credit to my X wallet account as ordinary. I submitted ticket NPXS team. They wanted from me hash and transaction detail. I've sent them as a text and image from my NEM wallet. But then never respond again. I can not reach to anyone! Telegram channel doesn't solve it.

I am missing conversation advantage, %11 airdrop, and FX staking at the same time. But I can not find anyone who can help me. So have you any recommendation for me?

You do not have to worry about all these issues can be solved. The only thing you need to do is write in support and I think they will help you solve this problem. I have noticed that many people face such a problem, but support solves them.

I think you need to send the support ticket once again as sometimes the ticket does not goes through or is somehow skipped by the team mistakenly, if your new ticket also does not get you any response then you should also contact them on their social media channels to resolve your issue.

I've already sent 2 tickets. But no one responding over 2 weeks. Telegram admins say always the same thing. Submit a ticket... There is no solution yet!

Maybe support not work on weekend, how long you wait after you se d your first ticket to get an answer? I think they will watch next week and they should credit your coins, but from now on take care when send and send as they ask.

They don't know exact solution for you , I think perfect message code some time hacking in this world so you miss some update for you. If you want to contact compulsory you can analyse all the director and staff this project then you can prove your self and return to you. Many persons are must active in any one social media so better you find completely then start the next time.
