•   DECENTRALIZED

Built completely on blockchain, FundChain’s decentralized backbone minimizes the risks.
FundChain application is running on blockchain without users having to interact with blockchain directly. Every circle or crowdfunding creates a new and unique smart contract using AZ Token as the fuel. The rules, conditions, and participants are immutably stamped on the blockchain as soon as the contract is created.

•   TRANSPARENT

Every funding will be accessible to anyone through public Ethereum blockchain.
Every participant will be able to track the status of the circle of the funding transparently with the help of blockchain. The circle organizer will not be able to charge hidden fees to participants and crowdfunded business owners will have to spend the funding transparently.

•   ACCESSIBLE

FundChain will be a mobile software accessible to anyone with a smartphone.
Although FundChain will run on public Ethereum blockchain through smart contracts on the background, end users will not have to be educated about using blockchain thus everyone will be able to use the platform without entry barriers. Users will enjoy the safety and transparency provided by smart contracts without having to deal with learning how to use them.

•   AZ TOKEN

Native AZ Token will be the fuel of every sub smart contract built on original AZ token smart contract.
Every single circle and funding will run through a unique smart contact. To create this smart contract, or to participate in these smart contracts either by funding or joining circles, will require AZ Token as the fee payment. Again, users won’t have to actually buy AZ Token as fees cut from their payments will automatically buy AZ Tokens from the open market.

are you serious with your buy back even dev ?
and when you will do this even ? after 1, 2 or 3 years, after the IEO on stex ended ?
anyway is this buyback only for the investors who buy this AZ Token in the IEO stage ?

IEO idea for AZ Fundchain is logical. I want to see it in action and IEO will give a pretty clear idea.

How to make Azfundchain IEO on Stex? Does Stex Exchange support? Will there be a minimum and maximum limit in IEO? Do you have detailed information on these issues?

I have involved a lot of money circles many times. Of course, they are not big as you are, just with my friends. Nice to see a project about money circle and with the buyback gurantee.

I had the chance to invest with many money circle projects. but it is very nice to have a project in interaction with the blockchain system.

Thanks to all for your kind words and support. We have a few announcements for you.

* We have decided to divide our token sale into smaller sessions with price increasing by $0.01 in each session to provide a first mover advantage for those who invest faster.
* We also removed the concept of soft cap completely as our app is about to launch publicly and we will be moving on with the project regardless of the outcome of the token sale.

* The current session will end as announced before on 20th May.
* The second session begins on 21st May 7 am UTC time.
* Each session will last for 3 days or whenever they are sold out.
* The IEO will be finished with all the sessions & the token sale will end on May 30th.

On a designated date, the stability fund smart contract will automatically organize a buyback event to buy AZ tokens at $1 each. Each USDC token will be buying back 1 AZ token. The buyback process will end when all the USDC dry out. Users and investors from the open market will participate in this buyback by sending AZT tokens to the stability fund smart contract.

The first buyback event will happen after the IEO. Certain date to be announced.

Phase 1 IEO for BTC sessions sold 17,431,93518802 AZT
Phase 1 IEO for ETH session was sold 3,853.92909809 AZT
that means IEO phase sold 21284 AZT around 13148.8877 USD while softcap 800 000 USD
What if at the next stage you don't reach softcap? Are you going to run IEO on another market?

Yes we are. We have already conducted our first Buyback event on the Stex exchange from 14th June 2019 and it was completed successfully.
Yes only the investors who hold the AZT token will be able to participate in the buyback.
The next buyback will happen after our app is out of the beta the dates and details will be announced on our official channels.
