I have ongoing problem with Betlake.com

For the last last 2 weeks I was trying to solve some unsettled bets problem with this sportsbook
When they finally did that, new problem occurred with my withdrawal attempt.
Since there is no option for a withdrawal on the website, I sent an email and also wrote on their official topic to advise me how to withdraw my money


Today, an answer was given:

Problem is that it is impossible to create ticket on support page!
At the same time, they locked their official topic   https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5115493.0   so no reply can be made


Anyone got any idea what is to be done here?

Looking at their thread of bitcointalk, it seems like you are not the only one to have faced such issue! I tried to find in gogle about their reputation and found absolutely nothing! They have not been reviewed by the gambling review websites yet and they don't have their thread in majority of the gambling related forums.

Please open a thred in the scam acquisition section. I see the admin was online today and modified the main thread. You may gt some help!

You can send them a support request on Skype where they could reach out on you 24/7. Try to send them another screenshot of your withdrawal request with your ticket Id and username. I hope they'll help you fix the problem soon.

2) their 24/7 support is not as they tell it is... No one is answering on Skype for days and my emails are all but one unanswered

I had the same trouble before and it took days before I got their response. It was an agony that I don't want to experience again. I guess it's the right time for them to add withdrawal options and improve their support system.

¹⁾ This topic should belong to scam accusation board already imho, why do you try to avoid it while it can help you to solve the problem as well as help other members to avoid the site because of their bad service?
²⁾ This is the other proof that their service is shady, so you do not need to wait for something else before creating a scam accusation thread. The representative was online few hours ago, but looking at his last answer on their thread. I do not think that sending him a pm will give any different answer.

Opening in thread in scam accusations may not grantee that your problem will be resolved because BETLAKE.COM are not bound to reply here and resolve your issue. The only think is that you keep on contacting their support with a hope that they will listen. In case, they ignore you, you can do nothing about it.

Just as nauane says, Betlake is not associated in any way with Bitcointalk therefore not bound by any rules herein. The only way you can push through that withdrawal is to contact Betlake support and hope to resolve the issue.

I will keep trying to contact them, but they were strict that i should apply for support only through "relevant department" and doing so is simple impossible, because ticket can not be made

Op states that he was unable to contact the support team as well, because right now something has been changed and was unable to open a new ticket. Why these people are falling to such sportsbook without analyzing much about the legitimacy of the sportsbook when we've got lots and lots of trusted sportsbook with cryptocurrency acceptance.

Don't hesitate to post open a thread in a scam accusation because you have done your part already and you have been trying to reach out on them. This will catch their attention for sure and they will do their actions.
You can also do this so that people would be more aware of the hassle the Betlake might cause.

This is a paradox. This could have a reverse effect here. He may receive the support he needs by moving this topic to the scam accusation board which is my preference or he may not receive any support in the future since he would be causing problems for them.

That is why i always suggest to invest and play in trusted sites only. Do not invest anywhere unless and until you have seen good feedback about it.
If they do not respond you then it would means that you have lost your money. From the current situation i think you will be very lucky if you are able to sort out this issue with them.

Yeah there is tons of trusted and well known sites in the industry .
But there is always a room for those new ones and this is why you shouldn't invest or gamble what you couldn't afford to lose.
And to put only a small amount on those new sites.

I don’t know about this betting site but from what you have posted , they said you should you seek for help from the relevant department , and seems like the you have there is the link to contact the right department for the issue you having with the withdrawal. So try to go through the support page again and see if there is a different section for those that are having issues with withdrawal and contact for support directly to the right department. Or maybe you can still reply this mail they sent you and tell them to link you to the right department. If they refuse to do so, then something is wrong.

by following URL they sent (https://support.betlake.com/register) , you get to make a ticket, but it cant be done because "select item you need help with" is not operational, thus making a ticket is impossible

ofc, i sent additional email, tried Skype again...

actually, I would ask for a favor one of forum members to send PM to "betlake" user and inform him/her about this problem

Hi, I have just left a negative trust so maybe other users could avoid to register/deposit money on this site, at least until you get reply/funds back. I hope a moderator/DT1 read this topic and could red tag betlake account.

Were coins stolen from the site itself, or directly from user accounts in this case? How much was stolen? Are there any more information that can be provided to prove that this hack actually did take place?

Are you also vowing to return all customer funds despite this hack?

Also, I don't think that merely sending an email is a professional move in this case if your intentions are to actually refund everyone that are affected. You should have at the very least been active on multiple platforms, actively trying to answer questions, instead of answering accusations like this one some two weeks after. After all, the user here is not in any shape or form responsible.

2) my balance seems to be intact, yet there is one unsettled bet (ticked ID 67) from 11.05
3) it is still impossible to make a ticket on your support page
4) how to ask for withdrawal?

interesting thing is that minimum amount for withdrawal is 2 BTC :)

on may 21st betlake promised in this thread that things will be settled in 30 days range...

or i misunderstood them...
