There is one big difference between an aff program paying per bet and another program paying based on revenue, in the first one (like ours), it is pretty clear for the affiliate that the payout is fair, but in the second case the affiliate can never be sure about the real revenue share he's begin paid for. How is that so?, ok, is obvious that being paid for a free signup is easy, however is mostly dust compared to begin paid commissions over bets, IMO it is best to work harder but have a much better reward Title: Re: Highest paying Bitcoin affiliate program? We are currently offering an extra dollar for every sale for the next 200 orders, and after you reach 20% we offer a monthly revenue stream. We have for months now ran a sig campaign and paid out successful every month also. Cheap cash out out once $30 is reached.
