Title: Permanently banned account
Post by: Helpbtt on May 07, 2019, 11:57:11 AM
Hello, I have been permanently banned by a forum moderator on bitcointalk forum, but I dont spam and not use plagiarism in my comments. I maked 10-11 post in a week, 2 post in one day with own text in russian local forum.
Never tried deliberately to violate the rules of the forum, always tried to comply with them.

In search I found that the beginning of the sentence in my post
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5053596.msg50588345#msg50588345
is similar to the text in this post
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3123719.msg41659667#msg41659667
but I did not copy it and I did not even see it. If the reason is this.

Honestly, I don't understand the language but I think you will not be banned for no reason. Plagiarism are the common reason why users got banned, try to ask the moderator about this one.
You probably see the reason why you got banned, it might be the reason.

But honestly, the rate of getting back your account is very low.

I am sorry this happened to you OP. If we have to many copy messages it will look like bots. I am not saying this is the reason for the rule, just my observation.

Maybe for other reasons, your account is banned basically you have an account that has been banned,
I guess your account is banned because it avoids the ban. And create a new account.

And also connected with shipping (sMerit).

The above proves your account is connected to your ALt account and also the account that has been banned.

There is no rule that account will be banned (temp or perm) due to they are alts. I only see farm accounts get tagged with neutral or negative trust and feedback only (some DT members prefer to tag such cases with neutral trust, whilst others prefer to leave negative trust). The OP was likely get this ban due to plagiarism. We all know that plagiarism will lead to permanent ban when proof found, and this is the most common reason of permanent bans in the forum.
Plagiarism: If you copy some text from somewhere, then you should have a good reason for it, and you must link to the source. Doing otherwise is plagiarism. Changing a few words around doesn't matter. If we find that you plagiarized, then you absolutely will be permanently banned, even if we find it years after you did it.

You are wrong,
If you are banned, then all of your alts are banned.
I do not have the quote handy but it is somewhere

Maybe you meant Ban Evasion? I could be wrong but it seems that only when Ban Evasion made, all related accounts will be banned. I read that the person get banned, not account get banned. However, I saw some projects' account get permanently banned, then they create new account and create new ANN topics to have control of those new topics. For example: Deep Onion team's new account: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2565496
25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.[e]

Well, if ban evasion is forbidden then you can't create or use any alt.

If you are banned, you are banned forever using any account (new/old/ future).

Yeah, it was stated clearly in the forum rules about perm ban.

Unfortunately, the OP has out of his luck. If I were the OP, I will lock this post and be gone forever.

Anyway, there are many crypto corums nowadays that are also good for crypto discussions.
