Those who are still skeptical of crypto, I am not going to comment on them.
But as a technology front it is well recognized and accepted by even Industry leaders. Latest Microsoft launched the Azure Blockchain Development Kit for Ethereum (https://www.coindesk.com/microsoft-releases-ethereum-app-development-kit-for-azure-cloud)

This is great news. I think this news will have a good impact on the blockchain technology and cryptocurrency sphere. I would like to see the result of Microsoft work.

The eyes of so many persons are blinded towards crypto that they are not seeing this good things happening in the crypto space, though I am not surprised a bit because this was same thing that happened during the existence of the internet whereby a lot of persons never believed in the internet saying that it's a place for porn and thieves, but now this people who were against the technology are the same people who embraced it now.

Microsoft has already been working with cryptocurrency for long now, but they don't accept it fully. Those that makes use of their Xbox stores can make use of crypto in making payments thus time around. So they have been making use of it, and there are also other bigger tech companies that are making use of crypto as well. I won't be surprised if Amazon has been running a secret study on it, but let's all wait and see what happens. And BTW, crypto is not meant for everyone, just that you' like it and you're making use of it doesn't mean that others should also make use of it.
