There is a chance that someone is trying to exploit Bitcoin protocols, it might have a security flaw which is currently unknown by devolopers and community. We should take this issue serious. I don't need to confirm anything, it was obviously a blockchain.info bug. You can't send 10 billion bitcoins. Maybe the node that sent this transaction was one hop away from the blockchain.info node and their custom node does not follow bitcoin protocol and displayed and relayed this fraudulent transaction when it was supose to ban the node that sent this transaction to it ?
