Today Bitcoin is almost touching $ 6000, even though it is currently down slightly at around $ 5900. Under current market conditions, what do you think? Is this a momentary pump or is this a real change in condition? I think this is a change in conditions towards the start of the bull.

Bitcoin will reach over 8000$ this year if not happen a bull run, is not just a pump, is someone who buy and hold for long and i think a bull run will start next year before halving.

Sure, bitcoin would definitely increase way beyond $8k in the near future and when the bitcoin halving finallly takes place we would surely go way above $10k. This is the cheapest price you can afford to buy bitcoin people don't miss this opportunity to hold some bitcons.

I predict the price of bitcoin will rise above $ 8000 in the middle of Quarter -3. Because for now there are no bulls coming in the near future. It isn't too impossiblenfor bitcoin to run that price because it even reached the higher value before. Bitcoin is always surprising. There are lots of predictions yet it will always remain unpredictable. The current price is actually a good state of the market, things are getting even better.

From my personal point of view and my understanding of technical analysis. I have the opposite idea a bit. At the moment I think 6k is a big resistance. And it can turn head anytime when above 6k

I mean I know its psychologically a big number but considering we have managed to go from 3 thousands to nearly 6 thousand dollars it means the price would definitely get to 8 thousand dollars with this type of run one more time. Yes, Bitcoin price has crossed 8000$ but that doesn't mean necessary it will stay on that way. Corrections are always possible and to my opinion different speculations will continue. Currently it looks like Bitcoin price is heading towards 10000$ but this could be a long way and despite current relatively fast growth it might take a while.

At present on CMC the price of bitcoin is found low to $8000 which will surely grow above $8000. As in the above quote price corrections were always a possible thing whenever there is growth. Right, it goes as high as $8200 yesterday and but today it looks like the price is at steady $8k. So definitely $10k is in site but I don't know how long are we going to reach that price. Theres alot more air in the price above 8000 basically.   I chopped off the rest to show the price action going back to November 2018 and forwards weekly.   So the price moved fast, someone posted something like 49 days after price pass **** we reach 20,000 and thats basically how it went last time.
So people expect some repeat of that now I suppose but I think it will not do the same exactly but theres space in the chart history, much easier then previous pricing.


The break above 6000 is significant enough to make alot of people think we can now run to the old range of 2018 which would probably include ideas of 10 or 12,000

Put a chart on weekly bars and it'll show up longer term objectives like this and I think that 6000 area is pivotal though I'm not sure we go straight up higher, I always thought it should take the entire term of 2019 but perhaps time is speeding up as we enter a next phase.   I'd like to hear more about news and volume behind this latest rise to really be more sure of apparent confidence in the market and if it might last longer

People are not willing to sell their bitcoins right now because they saw that its going up and it was about 3500 dollars just couple months ago so there are fewer people willing to sell their bitcoins and they are looking to hold it and make even more profits. That results with new people or even people who had bitcoins to go buy even more to profit as well, which all comes down to less sales whereas more buys and that keeps increasing the price and will continue to do so until the hype is over.

It would have been nice if you had shared those positive developments that you had seen, so that some of us can also compare it to what we have in order to arrive at a conclusion, and know if this surge in price is as a result of FOMO, WHALES or those positive developments.

Yes, I see it that it's already on $8000 and playing with that price range. It just shows that it's trying to break higher price and that's very possible in few more weeks. The recovery is already on the go and we can see that on bitcoin side and with altcoins, most of the well known coins are also doing well. With that move, most of the coins now are into recovery and that can't be ignored anymore because like what everyone says and speculates that we're in the bull run.

Going through the chart also I found the price to be similar to that of the price during the days of 2017 same month. Last two days the growth seems to be getting some corrective measures for a continued price rallying. It hasn't grown above $8100, most of the time we can watch the price between $7900-$8050.

Yes the price had retraced or correcting to $78++ obviously prepatory for a bullish runs I believed the price will surpassed $8100 mark in the next run,  the price has shown a promising momentum and volatility in the past few days every cryptos enthusiast are anticipating for a replica of bitcoin reaching ATH in 2017 to repeat again this year.

Yes, we are surpassing $8k last week but prices seems to be at halt, it sometimes will drop below $8k. Not really that bad cause we are not dropping again into $6k IMO.

Every rally requires correction so correction is very obvious. I'm noticing the rallys that happened however I am not expecting it gets anywhere close 6k during the correction. It actually did but it did not last for long. I've read that a whale dump 5k of bitcoin hard on bitfinex and it goes to $6k but it still manage to recover to $7k shortly. This people who wants to stop btc success is really giving us a hard time everytime we are on the middle of a bull run.

Whales may stop the growth of bitcoins but whales is also the reason on why we see pumps and bull runs because whales are the only one that can buy at a verry large volumes   .
