We are about to start a contest at Livecoin Exchange on 13th of May.
A little shifted the dates. Originally was 10th of May.

Dear clients, TIB (Tibnioc) developers welcome everybody to participate in a contest with valuable awards. The contest starts on May, 13, 2019

The traders will get their awards in the form of TIB coins paid into their accounts at Livecoin exchange. Equal prizes will be awarded to top-50 traders with the largest TIB balances at LIvecoin exchange accounts. The prizes will be determined depending on the buy-out price of tokens sell wall, offered at the contest start.

The contest is organized into 3 stages, each stage has its own terms; to proceed to a next stage of the contest, the previous stage should be completed, otherwise the contest closes at an unfinished stage.

Stage 1: Soft Cap. Duration - 3 days. This stage is held from 10 a.m. 13.05.2019 till 10 a.m. 16.05.19, UTC. At this stage the traders are required to buy out a sell wall of 10,000,000 tokens for 0.00000015 BTC each.

In case the first wall wouldn't be bought out within 3 days, the contest closes at that piont, the top-50 traders with the largest TIB amounts at LIvecoin exchange accounts get equal shares of the total 100,000 tokens. The tokens amounts will be fixed at 10 a.m. 16.05.19, UTC.

If the the first wall is successfully bought out, the contest proceeds to the 2d stage.

Stage 2: Hard Cap. Duration - 5 days. From 10 a.m. 16.05.2019 till 10 a.m. 21.05.19, UTC. The traders should buy out a sell wall of 10,000,000 tokens for 0.00000020 BTC each.

In case the second wall wouldn't be bought out within 5 days, the contest closes, and top-50 traders with the largest TIB amounts at LIvecoin exchange accounts get equal shares of the total 1,000,000 tokens. The tokens amounts will be fixed at 10 a.m. 21.05.19, UTC.

If the second wall is bought out, the contest goes to the 3d stage.

Stage 3: Trader Cap. Duration - 7 days. From 10 a.m. 21.05.2019 till 10 a.m. 28.05.19, UTC. The traders should buy out a sell wall of 10,000,000 tokens for 0.00000025 BTC each. If that wall wouldn't be bought out within 7 days, the contest closes, the top-50 traders with the largest TIB amounts at LIvecoin exchange accounts get equal shares of the total 5,000,000 tokens + equal shares of the total profit of the third wall sales.

If the third wall is sold out, the top-50 traders with the largest TIB amounts at LIvecoin exchange accounts get equal shares of the total 10,000,000 tokens + equal shares of the total profit of the third wall sales.

Good luck with your project, wish you for a great startup and have so many investors on your project. I have 1 question for you, what is the use of your tokens if there are tokens left which are not sold in your ico?

Umm... Question here, in case of a softcap failed to be reached (which will initiate 100,000 token to be distributed to 50 holders), what then? What can those 50 holders do with the token that didn't reach soft cap? A trophy coin?

The purpose of the token is initial distrubution with futher trading by holders. The Current contest at Livecoin has been held by the Exchange thus devs neither have oppotunity to manipulate with price nor addon more tokens.
As a result, market with holders are the drivers for the price.
Pretty fair, isn't it?

I'm... actually not talking about the price, or the token offering mechanism. I wondered about what'll happen if softcap didn't reached. Basically, softcap is an indicator of the minimum funds has to be raised for team to run the project, correct? So if it's not reached, why bother distributing free tokens to top holders?

With this growth of bitcoin, it looks like a good asset for investment.

As long as we consider our offer quite attractive and unique for the market, we strongly believe the softcap minimum will be broken through. Anyway, the tokens were issued and had to be distributed since development of the project and listing is not for free, and this is the Contest rules, which can't be amended.
Shall the market fail to accept our current offer we will create more thrilling option. Let's consider it as plan B which should exclude pure dumping but longer term development.

Actually, the number of tokens (40M) is not really much volume comparing with current price. Assuming TIB can't be emitted additionnaly, Market will decide for itself what the final price is going to be.
So it is pretty cheap, so far, to get into Top Holders list.

No one buys this asset, but it looks interesting to me. Why?

To be blunt, every project think they're quite attractive and unique, and strongly believe they'll reqch softcap. Yet, there are lots failed. And to be fair, in case market failed to accept your current offer (or in other words, failed to reach softcap), then the ethical steps would be to conclude offering, declqre failure, and return the funds to the respective investors. But as we're trying to entertain the idea here, what's the plan B?

Well, we can't but agree with your way of thinking. We consider it as a pessimistic approach. In case of this pessimistic approach is in place we will disclose plan B. Not much time left to wait.

However, our realistic approach include softcap breakthrough. Our internal overview shows we follow at least realistic approach now and there is high probability for optimistic one implementation, as well.

Total number of tokens is known. There was a contest. conditions of the contest were not fulfilled. pay outs made accordin to rules. pump followed. All tokens available were quoted.
There is a current quote of 3sat. buy it all and manipulate the price as you want....

What do you expect to happen with useless token anyway? Although I'm surprised that you claimed you suffered loss, as it means you play your board wrongly.
