As I've posted previously, we purchase signatures, as we determine one to be valuable, and we pay for a specific period of time upfront. Once this time is up, you are free to send us info on your posting history and request that we renew it, but we are under no obligation to renew it and may choose not to renew it if we feel the value of your account or your post history was not worth the cost. If this occurs, please do not pester us about it, create drama, post new threads about it, or post in our threads. If you don't receive a reply, or we tell you we are no longer interested in your signature space, you are free to remove it or change to someone else. The more you pester us about it, the less likely we are going to renew it. If you don't like the time it takes for us to reply to you about a signature, then you are free to remove it! Some people who have claimed we owe them money for signature space are beyond ridiculous - we paid for a specific period of time upfront. We don't owe you anything if you do not remove it after that period. We have to focus on pressing issues, like customer service, tech support, and supporting our players, so if you don't get a reply about your sig, just remove it or you can feel free to wait for us to get back to you as time allows, when we are not busy with other things. Still, it's interesting to see how CoinBet considers those who are working for them and asking for clarifications to be pests. It says a lot about the type of people you're dealing with.
