Cryptocurrencies are illegal in mostly poor authoritarian countries(Saudi Arabia isn't poor, but it's definitely authoritarian). We don't need the support of such countries(maybe except China) and let's hope that no country form the green area will move to the red area. ;D

But we need to be patient, and we need to wait for the time to answer.
Meanwhile, we don't have to think about where bitcoin can be accepted because as long as we can use bitcoin for the transaction on the internet, then we don't have to worry or afraid.
Soon, the other country which is not accepting bitcoin will start to learn about bitcoin, and they will accept bitcoin like the other country.

Don't rush. that will not happen until all of the major countries declared crypto as a legal payment system or give it a legal framework. Most of the red countries are coming from 3rd countries. They are still feeling worried about the risk in the cryptocurrency. that's fine to see that happen.
They will be changed into the green after almost the whole of countries will be adopting crypto.

This rating is such a crap. Bitcoin is legal literally everywhere because it could only be considered as illegal if you can be arrested for holding cryptocurrencies. If there is no legal support or someone from the top politicians in the country said something against BTC then it doesn't mean that cryptocurrencies are illegal.

Saudi has banned it because their whole economy is based on the petrodollar. Their thinking is probably, "crypto undermines the dollar which undermines the petrodollar which would be bad for saudi".

In principle, I agree with you! But this will not happen quite soon, as some countries are decades ahead of the country with great technological progress! But I suppose no one will wait for them, it will come to them later!

I do agree that it is impossible to ban crypto completely no matter how hard governments try, but the diagram represents how majority of the countries are willing to regulate it while minority are trying to ban it. 3rd world countries like India, China are scared that crypto could undermine their power which is why they outright banned it.

It's a long and skeptical process for Bitcoin to reach most countries but it isn't impossible. If we'll see the continuous development of Bitcoin, bigger countries are now willing to adopt and regulate it. If that will happen, it will influence other countries even those who are banning it. There are just developing countries which can't adopt it this early but that's acceptable.

In general, the distribution map of cryptocurrency around the world looks good. Of the 130 countries in only ten, circulation of cryptocurrency is prohibited. At a time when a cryptocurrency is not only a “foreign” currency for all states, but also not supported by any state with its assets, this is very good for it for the first ten years of its existence.
In the future, the situation with the legalization of cryptocurrency will still change. In many ways, its further legalization will depend on the position of world states. In the meantime, the European Union and the G-20 countries are quite sympathetic to cryptocurrency, although they recognize that it must be regulated to avoid the undesirable consequences of its malicious use.

many countries that are green do not legalize bitcoin only allow the use of bitcoin and that is something that maybe these countries are doing just to give them time to observe bitcoin so that in the future they can decide whether to legalize or not legalize bitcoin. We have to be happy only on the day that the richest countries of the world legalize bitcoin because with this the poorer countries will follow the same path. Of course we should not expect anything good coming from countries like china, russia, bolivia and vietnam

This looks good, and it will look better as soon as some of those greyed-out countries turn green. I bet that this would get kicktstarted by promoting cryptocurencies from the countries that already recognize crypto as something good and something that can be used alongside fiat and other assets. It'll have a domino effect once the majority of the world starts using/recognizing bitcoin, and we're slowly inching towards just that.

@Slow death is right, some countries that are in green doesn't mean they have legalized crypto in general. Mostly they don't have clear laws or regulations that's why crypto is flowing and being enjoyed by their population. But as far as those countries that are against crypto, I doubt that they will change their hard line stance, unless their is a chance in their government. Let them do that anyways, we all know that crypto is unstoppable and it's their loss if they want to join this revolution.

Wish, down the line in three to five years, countries who have betrayed crypto, should reconsider getting into crypto giving green signal by looking into the benefits they would receive out of crypto. Though the countries ave denied Bitcoin, its corporate have adapted / integrated Blockchain into their systems. I am sure, this adaption would slowly cover the government into crypto as majority of a nation's growth is dependent on it corporate companies.

But governments will not stop unless they receive money from this

Here's a fresh reminder of the savagery that still exists in our world, the need for sound money, the need for privacy/anonymity, and the need for a non-physical store of value that can be hidden in plain sight (Bitcoin)

So it's time to talk now as they begin to follow in the footsteps of the country that first took a positive step towards developing crypto currencies, it is true that everything becomes green in the future with all processes being passed, surely the government will always pay attention because they might want to secure their inhabitants from risk or indeed there must be something to pay for, this is positive all for the sake of progress don't let crypto die in the middle of the road but I assume that it won't happen.

When I see that China and Indonesia are part of the countries who says Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies are illegal I instantly know that this map is inaccurate. You see this os what you get when you are basing your information based on Wikipedia or from any other misleading news out there. China has been open in cryptocurrencies for a long time noew they even have two popular exchanges namely Huobit and OKEX whoch has one of the top daily traded volumes they even have their own misleading crypto ratings up for discussion. Indonesia on the other hand have classofied cryptocurrencies as a commodity and therefore can now be traded like stocks in their country.

While I agree that general attitude of the countries and the world are expressed correctly, I often notice how such maps are not really fair. They are too pro-crypto. They treat countries that don't have an official stance on cryptocurrencies as those that legalized it. For instance, Ukraine is green on the map, even though no law has been passed on the matter yet. Yes, Ukraine actively uses cryptocurrencies and has businesses, related to them. But it would be more objective to mark it in yellow (neutral) rather than green, since cryptos are not legal yet.

Anytime it would turn from green to red depending if some countries would really switch up depending with their jurisdiction either on independent or being
influenced by other counties as well. Its good to look at on that map where majority is on green. Is there any legend on seeing which country are still on Neutral phase? Showing up some gray color would be
appropriate.

Let's just accept the fact that not all countries would join the bandwagon of Bitcoin it is because their government has their own principles about the fiat and crypto. But it doesn't mean that people from that country would not use cryptocurrency just because it is illegal. We are in an era which is the internet is the essence of all lifestyle on earth.

I found this information last year and it is true that many countries legalize cryptocurrency, therefore when the bear market is very dominant I am not too worried because cryptocurrency has other potential with a lot of support from big countries. In the future it is very possible to evenly green which means legal, but if there are still countries that cannot accept cryptocurrency, maybe they are just worried and don't want any other currency that will affect their financial and economic systems, but as time goes by I'm sure they will be open to something good like cryptocurrency.

I hope that it will no need to wait for a long to see every big country will approve bitcoin like what the other country already did.
For regulation, I think it will depend on each country situation on how they will allow their citizen to use bitcoin because I think some country will want to take a tax from their citizen because they use bitcoin.
The developing country will follow the big country to approve bitcoin if they could see how big the impact for their citizen if they use bitcoin and if bitcoin can help their citizen to get a better life, then I think the government with an open mind will give their permission for their people to use bitcoin.
So it will back to the government itself, and if they can see what is going on with bitcoin journey, then I think they will approve and make some regulation for their people.

According to the map, it show that there are only few countries that banned cryptocurrencies for some reasons and they might afraid of negative impact on their economy. The majority of countries in the map are in green colors but I believe that some of them had imposed strict regulations on cryptocurrency transactions toorotect their local economies. And also there is no assurance that cryptocurrency will remain legal in some countries when a new leader comes to power.

I think the regulations in this world is like trying to limit progress, because due to all the technology that hides and that makes the blockchain look at the world, it has a lot to take advantage of, obviously governments want to take their own slice in front of the movements of Crypto.

In my personal opinion, I do not agree with taxes or regulations for people who use cryptocurrencies, because the main reason when all this was created is that there is decentralization, the non-dependence of a third party to operate with bitcoin or with altcoins, and if people start accepting it, it will be like leaving the power again in the hands of third parties, and that is exactly what Satoshi Nakamoto does not want or want.

The regulations seem to me to be just ways to introduce diplomatic transactions in bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. In particular, I always look for a way to not leave the government anything in terms of money coming from cryptocurrencies or bitcoin, and there are many ways that it can be done without breaking any law.

This is a clear sign of the upcoming victory of when blockchain technology and cryptocurrency would be accepted. Payment with digital currencies are surely the future y'all, stick around for a while and you would see the vision of Satoshi been materialized.

As far as regulation and acceptance especially with connection to the governments, I would say that we are moving steadily though not on a trailblazing pace but still considering that Bitcoin is not that really old this is already satisfying and inspiring. There can be more positive developments coming in the coming months and years for Bitcoin as changes are slowly trek in. Working with the government and convincing them of the many advantages of regulating cryptocurrency is the name of the game...hopefully more will be joining the bandwagon soon. I am expecting that eventually India and Russia will pass laws regulating Bitcoin...these are two big markets and can be influential on how Bitcoin moves in the market.

Very true, the existence of bitcoin as well as other altcoins is considerably young. Such achievement according to the map is already outstanding. Sooner or later, those countries treating crypto as illegal will change their stance as they can see that first world countries are accepting it wholeheartedly. So what's in them not to see the benefits of crypto?

You can find a list of 130 countries in this document.
Regulation of Cryptocurrency

There are some countries that doesn't have any law on cryptocurrency, just like my.country (no need to mention), there is no law that has to do with cryptocurrency, and is all about choice whether you want to make use of it or not. I think the reason government in my country does not look into cryptocurrency yet is because there isn't anyone that is making use of it. I have never seen anyone talk about cryptocurrency where I live, even when I tell people, they act like they don't know about it and after explaining they don't show any interest.

In the image it shows majority being legal, but it isn't the reality. Majority hasn't took any stance on the cryptocurrency adoption or usage. Very few countries have officially banned the usage of bitcoin within the country. Probably most of the countries with a neutral stance is added to the list of countries where cryptocurrency is legal. Whatever maybe the present scenario, in future we can see the entire world considering it legal realizing the need of cryptocurrency.

That looks a wrong information for me. i believe most of them are not yet decided about the lagalization of crypto. They are should be on the gray area rather than put it into the green. I agree with you if that was not a reality but a lot of countries are still feeling doubt to ban or accept crypto.
They can't even decide it and that's why they don't give any confirmation regarding it. A lot of areas should be market as neutral.

This shows more information about the laws than I know of my own country. That means either of two things, either I do not know my own countries law (which I doubt) or it doesn't have full information on some of the countries. What you have to understand is that there are case by case countries even with the biggest countries on that list, including USA.

Sometimes depending on what you do with crypto its totally legal, you think if you give out bitcoins into a charity someone would say where did you find it? No. However, lets assume you bought drugs with bitcoin, not only you will be jailed for that drug dealing case, but that bitcoin transaction will be seen illegal as well, so in one case you sending bitcoin is fine in other case you sending bitcoin is illegal. That is what I mean by case by case, it depends on what you do with bitcoin that decides on what type of consequences you will face. Most of the countries on that list is doing the same, its still a gray area in almost any country.

Even though I know this as same as China, it always makes an issue that the use of bitcoin in their country is prohibited, and in some ICO or IEO projects Chinese citizens also cannot participate, or do they want to use their own crypto currency?

I agree, the existence of a law that regulates cryptocurrency will make peace to invest in it. of course after that it becomes the government's duty to make a policy about taxes for the prosperity of a country. and this can trigger other countries to do the same

In my opinion, the big reason that blinded many governments not to accept and make Bitcoin legal by passing regulatory framework is the fact that they feel that with Bitcoin they are losing the control. So many governments are indeed control freaks, sad to say! Remember that governments usually have their central banks wielding so much power on the financial and economic matters affecting the country. They think that Bitcoin there is nothing they can do. However, this is a very myopic viewpoint because this is precisely they should pass regulations so that they can indirectly influence the Bitcoin marketplace. They should really see Bitcoin the same way they are viewing the physical gold. Of course, Bitcoin is much more than being the digital gold as we know that Bitcoin is also representing innovations and changes that can affect a country's economy and even politics by returning the power to the people and many governments do not like that idea.

crypto can develop and progress with or without regulations but regulations can make or break the momentum because some dislike regulations as they think this brings alot of disadvantages , one xample for that would be taxation for cryptos  while others are willing to embrace regulations because they think that regulations can bring advantages like for example , price stability  .

Those countries who have marked cryptocurrency illegal will soon be consumed in shame when it becomes something that is unavoidable, they were too quick in declaring it illegal and not wise like other countries who are carefully studying and watching its effect on the nation, and from carefully studying it, they have already seen the economic benefits to them, and would try as much as possible to regulate it.

Looking at china,  we all know how much china loves power and to control things, and as powerful as they are, they didn’t declare cryptocurrency as illegal, they are just trying to control it by outing some measures in place for regulation.

Many people think that regulations in bitcoin will just add taxes to bitcoin which is not true. I think we need regulations in crypto currencies so that whales cannot manipulate the prices. The exchanges should be backed up and check thoroughly for security. The ICO should be allowed after proper scrutiny.  All these things will only be possible if there is some governing body who controls the overall crypto market.

Let us be truthful to ourselves, there is no point to keep clinging to cryptocurrency not being regulated, we have already seen the flaw of the system, the anonymity solution it presents has already been hijacked and being used for illegal means, which is already preventing the system from functioning to the fullest.

Regulation doesn’t mean that they will still be able to have full control over it, but to some extent that will make it prevent illegal operations being done through the system, this fraudulent practices the system is being used for is still the reason why some countries banned it and not fully because they want to gave control.

at least with regulations made by the government to minimize anonymous crypto can be minimized. in fact, I hope that cryptocurrency still has a decentralized system, where no one can control it. and I think of course we can find out the person after making a transaction on the local exchange

This is a clear sign of the upcoming victory of when blockchain technology and cryptocurrency would be accepted. Payment with digital currencies are surely the future y'all, stick around for a while and you would see the vision of Satoshi been materialized.
The signal is that most developed countries have legalized bitcoin, you can see in the picture. most of the countries that are green are classified as
developed countries. because they have already realized that blockchain innovation and virtual currency will be a currency option in the future

Illegal and fraudulent use of cryptos was one of the main reasons for its regulations in some countries, the issue of illegal funding of terrorism via cryptocurrencies has to be checkmated else the world will continually become unsafe, some scrupulous individuals will capitalize on its anonymity to perpetuate evil in the name of terrorism.

Sooner or later, those countries that forbids cryptocurrencies will eventually adopt this revolution especially when most of the world's leading economies would adopt it fervently. Time will came that they will realize its great benefits will overshadow its perceived ill effects and these Governments will not be hesitant anymore in embracing it. Of course we might also think that these Governments disapproval of cryptocurrencies might be a result of hidden genda's mostly unknown to us.

The PDF file kept crashing my browser. There were two RED spot on South America but only Bolivia was mentioned. Which is the other one?

Cryptocurrencies are illegal in mostly poor authoritarian countries(Saudi Arabia isn't poor, but it's definitely authoritarian). We don't need the support of such countries(maybe except China) and let's hope that no country form the green area will move to the red area. ;D

Saudi has banned it because their whole economy is based on the petrodollar. Their thinking is probably, "crypto undermines the dollar which undermines the petrodollar which would be bad for saudi".

Kinda isolating themselves. Isn't there an Arab coin and Arab base exchange?

This rating is such a crap. Bitcoin is legal literally everywhere because it could only be considered as illegal if you can be arrested for holding cryptocurrencies. If there is no legal support or someone from the top politicians in the country said something against BTC then it doesn't mean that cryptocurrencies are illegal.

This is true. We tend to not really recognize the law, but we must take in mind that we are legal, as we all know by definition as stated above, it is .ore likely considerable as no laws implemented into it rather that illegal, just like in the autorized casino we have vegas casino you can bet legally which is safe, at the same time much more easy. We need to be smart enough in the decisions we make because not all are legal so be smart in choosing.

If crypto undermines the USD, then the United States should be the first country to ban cryptocurrency. But that is not the case. The problem with Saudi Arabia is something else. They suspect that crypto will be used by the oligarchs such as Al-Waleed bin Talal to move dirty money out of the country. And being a Wahhabist nation, they can also claim that Bitcoin is not halal.

In my country for example there is no law criminalising the use of bitcoins at all and as a result, it's freely being used without any repercussion from the government and it also seems from the list that more and more countries have started to accept bitcoins for it's economic benefits to their country as a whole.

Yes and we don't pay any taxes whatsoever when making purchases with bitcoins or when converting our cryptos into cash as well. From the looks of it, it will be a while before there is any type of regulations when cryptos are concerned.

There is a lot of work to do in Africa yet to make bitcoin recognized (it's not about regulate, it's about discovering crypto), it's the weakest continent in bitcoin usage. Africa is losing time, and time is literally money: money that could be helping the continent to left starvation and poverty.
Bitcoin is the perfect way to bring wealthy from outside to the continent, although there are more important challenges for african people to deal with besides financial needs.

Regulation of cryptocurrency will happen vseravno, or it will simply be banned by the state for circulation on its territory. Moreover, regulation is needed both by the state and the cryptocurrency itself. Regulation is primarily necessary to establish a specific procedure and conditions for the circulation of a cryptocurrency, its legal status, rights and obligations of participants in a cryptocurrency market. We can already see the consequences of the lack of regulation of ICO activities; they are now on the verge of survival due to fraud that has overwhelmed them. This would not have happened if this activity was regulated by the relevant government agencies.

To be honest even in countries with the red sign , brown ones mostly the government is still thinking about it and trading is suspended till further hearing therefore we can still count them in the legal sector because most people still use person to person transactions and the forum's to use the cryptocurrencies.
As it can be seen on the map looks like more than 70% of the countries are accepting it and the remaining 30% wouldn't want to be left behind therefore sooner or later they will make the move and at the end make it legal.
Those 70% will have a good effect on the 30%

Some of these countries that are listed, have not yet declared bitcoin illegal or they haven't made any regulation towards it, so it unsafe to amuse that it is legal, because bitcoin is related to malicious activities like buying and selling drugs on the blackmarket on the dark net, and for that most of the third world countries have considered bitcoin illegal, so if you are caught using it you would be accused of using it for bad activities even if you are not because bitcoin is anonymous and they have no way to trace the transactions and where they are going.

You are right now in those countries that are prohibited, have a good bitcoin usage traffic, now there is a lot of VPN use that they manage to enter without any problem, except for those sites that have very tight SSL to detect it and not let it pass.

In countries of Africa it is very common to use VPN, where people make false profiles, but, I think this is limiting the options of people in the world, if this is a decentralized technology, there is no logic to the prohibition or the payment of taxes, this is not what is sought. Therefore, as a consequence, people always look for ways that are illegal to participate, so if there are limitations in the Crypto world, the ideas to break rules and laws will always be broken, and it will be bigger every day because it is already money with the that people are struggling to get.

Crypto regulation needs to take place, a standard regulation would help for these countries to understands how to regulate and eventually adopt.

We all know that PayPal is way more advanced compared to the blockchain so if everything will become green, the pros are that we the pioneers will benefit with the rises of the coins for a certain time. But once it became stable, we have to accept the cryptocurrency will become PayPal.

Crypto regulation supporting usage is found in very small number of countries. This needs to increase making a big change in the market in terms of adoption and acceptance similar to the tradition fiat. When there is regulation supportive to usage more users who still continue to make their investment on gold will move their investments towards bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

Yes, we have to remain patient because we are the pioneer and we will gain more if the market becomes accepted around the world. we must enforce cryptocurrency regulations throughout the world, because this is also important for the development and progress of cryptocurrency.

crypto can develop and progress with or without regulations but regulations can make or break the momentum because some dislike regulations as they think this brings alot of disadvantages , one xample for that would be taxation for cryptos  while others are willing to embrace regulations because they think that regulations can bring advantages like for example , price stability  .

Especially in that aspect of ICO, government really need to regulate it in order to make crowd funding safe and interesting again, government really needs to see it as a system that creates massive job opportunity for the unemployed, which unemployment is a cancer worm that has affected virtually all countries.

There are so many things that government stand to lose if they fail to regulate the cryptocurrency, since they cannot shut down internet, and since ordinary pronouncement to ban  crypto will not hold much weight on its users, people will continue to use it as a self-destructive tool for one another on their finances, look at the $40 million dollars that was stolen from Binance recently, that must have been transferred from one nation to another one, and probably the owner comes from a nation that is just picking up in its economy.

The only body that would have successfully enforced cryptocurrency around the world are the governments and since cryptocurrency was not created by them or passed through due process in its establishment, we may never get the full support of government that will give crypto adoption around the world full speed to get accepted.

So we might just have to continue with this slow and steady adoption rate we keep getting on daily, monthly and yearly basis, time on its own will make the adoption happen as people keep getting awareness about crypto and using it to their own advantages.

We should not completely rely on government regulation to get us full adoption, is it not the people that are meant to regulate it calling Facebook for questioning as to why he wants to use crypto currency to operate and if it will stop government from monitoring funds, so why do we still rely on regulation from government,.

It is best we just keep using cryptos and spreading the news ourselves till the number of people who would use crypto becomes so high, and by then, government are the ones that will be pushing for regulation and not us, but as it looks now, they might not do anything as regards regulation willingly.

Well, actually, instead of not supporting, I think the best plan of action in that scenario is to promote it even more to shed some good light into it. That way, the countries that are not so supportive of the cause of cryptocurrency would have that new found appreciation for what it is and what it stands for. By doing so, it can build the trust level of those who are doubtful and purge the negative ideas surrounding cryptocurrencies and using it. That's a more sustainable way to make it a worldwide asset that most people using cryptocurrencies want for it to achieve.

I think we seem to have talked too early about regulation in crypto, we are forgetting a question as to what you say, when crypto will be used widely and daily in most countries around the world, the answer to this problem is really essential before we want to discuss the rules. But perhaps no one can be sure and confirm the timing of this problem, many countries still do not want to participate in crypto, the crypto system is still too special and the government still cannot control it, the rules are still too early to say

Of course, they will have no choice than to join too, otherwise, they will seriously lag behind in future when full development hit the cryptocurrency world, that is why I like Facebook, after they have realized the future of crypto and how it will be impossible to really stop it, they had no choice than to join in the race too so they don’t lose relevance.

So most countries that are still quite skeptical about cryptocurrency now will eventually find their way to join late in future, as the large scale industries that really matters to them will find a way to use blockchain technology in running their companies, right now we are beginning to see few like paypal, Samsung. Facebook and others.

Some countries just make it legal and no further step like how to prevent their citizen from falling into a scam or any specific issue. I heard a lot from people in the west, they were scammed but none of them took a legal action. I don't know why, perhaps they don't have a power to do so or just too lazy to fight for their money.

every country in the world has a different view of crypto currencies because of the wider spread of crypto currencies in the world, so almost all the world regulates crypto currencies. for their kindness

Regulation of Cryptocurrency
Around the World

You can find a list of 130 countries in this document.
Regulation of Cryptocurrency
Around the World (https://www.loc.gov/law/help/cryptocurrency/cryptocurrency-world-survey.pdf)

Of course it should be regulated for the security of each country's economic growth. At first, regulation is not be needed but with some people abusing it through scams which leverage on people's money, I believe it should be regulated to minimize those abuse.

I think "illegal" countries are not making it illegal because they think cryptocurrency is bad for the people. Laws are there to protect people so when you ban something and deem it illegal you are not doing it for personal agenda most of the time (or at least you shouldn't) but because you want to protect the people, at least what laws should be about.

The more time passes on bitcoin the more people from the law makers will realize what it is and considering the biggest countries like USA and UK and similar are making it legal I am sure those countries that made bitcoin illegal will watch it closely and see how it works on those countries and then will make it legal for them the same way as well.

It will just take a lot of time because smaller countries usually have very slow paperwork process and it will take years but eventually it will happen for sure.

Actually the implementation and influence of the regulation itself does not have any impact until now, arguably so far the regulation is only a formality for crypto needs in the future. Do we really need it ? I think we just had to say that regulation only can be used in certain country.

Cryptocurrencies are illegal in mostly poor authoritarian countries(Saudi Arabia isn't poor, but it's definitely authoritarian). We don't need the support of such countries(maybe except China) and let's hope that no country form the green area will move to the red area. ;D
This is bound to change governments are still not that worried about cryptocurrencies because they still see it as a from of money with almost no relevance but give it a few decades and they will begin to see the effects on the general population and that is when they will attempt to ban it, at that point two things can happen, people could oppose such a measure and if the opposition is strong enough politicians could be forced to leave crypto alone, this could happen in democratic countries where people appreciate their freedom, but in dictatorial countries there is not going to be opposition, or if it is it will be weak, and you can be sure that in those countries crypto will be banned.

Everything must be created for making it more powerful so I definitely agree the regulation of cryptocurrency will makes the Crypto to reach each and every people in this world but some of them have not been important to access that's why the people will not been taking it as a serious decision.

It's a good idea to establish some rules and regulations to control the activities in the crypto community. This would improve the confidence that other investors would have in the crypto market. Hopefully this would also help reduce all the fraud and scam project in the crypto community.

And.. this is not something that could be done by anyone in crypto community. It depends on the country itself to apply some rules regarding cryptocurrency so every country will be different each others.

I think if all the countries in the world had the same rules to legalize the existence of cryptocurrency, it would make a good situation for crypto
It is very regrettable if in a country the crypto community is very large but the government in that country prohibits it
even if the government can take part like other countries that have legalized tax collection, it will be able to make the country's economy slightly increase

In two years time these countries that marked Bitcoin illegal will become green, these are small countries, not really the powerhouse in terms of economy, they cannot keep up banning Bitcoin, they will soon become pressured by these powerful countries that support Bitcoin.

It’s through regulation that we can fully get the back up of government for crypto currency, we all know that whatever government stands against will always backfire for one, because government are so good at witch-hunting.

One of the reason why we also need regulation is for adoption purpose, we have some industries, some people that goes by government rules a lot before taking action, especially countries that really respect the Rules of law, and since we are talking about internet generally for cryptocurrency, even if the cryptocurrency has an in built defense anonymous mechanism, government will still have a way to trace its user if done without permission.

I hope 2 - 5 years from now, those countries which considered cryptocurrency as illegal will reverse their decision.
Just like facebook reversing its ban on crypto advertising, I think we will be seeing some good improvement in the long run.
Crypto regulation needs to take place, a standard regulation would help for these countries to understands how to regulate and eventually adopt.

Of course, they simply will not have a choice. When most of the world will use cryptocurrency on a daily basis, the rest will be forced to follow their example in order to keep up.

And in that time, the mass adoption will fully be completed because all country in the world decide to use cryptocurrency daily and we will see a whole new era at that time. The regulation in each country will not be the same, and it follows the situations on that country, and I think the government will have time to discuss on what kind of regulation that they will apply for the cryptocurrency.
at this time , much countries already to admit that bitcoin or cryptocurrency were usefull for them in any field.and some of them has soft regulation about cryptocurrency and they allowed merchants in their country accept bitcoin or other crypto.this is will be good start and will bring positive impact to market

Very few countries are allowing their people to start using the cryptocurrency but we don't know whether they are directly allowing the customers for trading the coins. Many countries don't have proper regulation for the cryptocurrency but still, people are showing a lot of interest towards the cryptocurrency.

That is right, we have some retailers in some countries that are crypto friendly already using bitcoin and accepting bitcoin as payment method, this is a great stepping stone and they will set an example to other countries who are yet to adopt it to see that its benefits to them, is far more than what they call threat to them.

I feel most countries that are regulating crypto now are still smaller countries and we really need countries with larger populations and business countries like china to fully adopt and regulate crypto, but I don’t know why china is still fighting cryptocurrency, despite the fact that most of our miners are from their and generating money for china government through mining.

If government is to regulate crypto, I am sure they will jointly encourage more of centralized crypto like XRP or probably create their own currency that will make it easier for them to regulate, so in the end, bitcoin might be the only standing decentralized currency.

The trend will then change t to centralized token, which is why for now, bankers are backing XRP more than other token out there. Imagine each of the countries we have in this world unitedly agree that each of them gets experts in blockchain to write their cryptocurrency code that will enable them to be able to regulate the activities of uses, the system will still run on blockchain but centralized, which I am sure they will enforce it in people.

In my country as well people are using crypto currency to buy and sell goods, we can use crypto currency whenever we need it some are only using it to store for longer for profit some are using it to pay bills and to pay tuitions fee etc, so in short if crypto currency will be regulated it is another achievement for crypto currency users.

There are lots of countries that doesn't have any law that governs cryptocurrency and most of these countries are in the African continent. But one thing I never knew that countries where Bitcoin is legal is as much as this. The green on this map/list is too much, which means that there are lots of countries where Bitcoin is considered legal.

And that means that people are free to make use of it as they would use a real currency. As for places where' it is illegal anyone that makes use of it attracts punishment. Countries that doesn't have laws for cryptocurrency seems like it is not that popular there. So their government is not thinking of setting any laws for it.

indeed, for each transaction it is hard for bitcoiners. when we transact, we don't necessarily get profit, so that the government seems to burden the people wisely. I think maybe every withdrawal to the local currency will be more realistic, tax

in my opinion that is wrong scheme to attract taxes from bitcoin.i could not imagine how much taxes will attract to taxes subjects when they use bitcoin on each transaction.i think this policy will make bitcoin user drop , they prefer to use conventional payment that have no taxes when used.

At one point, they also see it as threat to them until they fully understood the benefit of cryptocurrency to their economy, when bitcoin first became popular in one of the largest country in Africa(Nigeria), I learnt that their Central Bank Raised the issue in senate to ban the use of it , but since they couldn’t, they sponsored lots of propaganda campaigns against it, compared it to Ponzi scheme and many more, despite this, bitcoin as usual, reacted positively to the FUD news by even gaining more attention of their citizens and I learnt that right now, their government already accepted it and pays less attention to its usage.

Well you are right government support will bring good changes in value of bitcoin but it will reduce public profit as when government will involve it will put tax and other things on the use, creating more crypto currency by banking or companies it not possible so they will have to accept the present crypto currency which is going to put huge price gain in system.

I was not aware of all the countries that banned bitcoin, but it looks like religion plays a major role in those countries to ban bitcoin outright as majority of them are Muslim majority countries like Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Qatar and i am not sure whether religious belief has anything to do with the outright ban, majority of the countries does not have any regulation.

This is another path that governments will try to take to kill bitcoin, they will not make it illegal because that will rise questions about the kind of government they want to be but they will try to create so many regulations that it will be impossible for the average person to comply, but that is the weak point in their plan, they believe that this will make people abandon bitcoin but what will really happen is that the people will simply ignore their ridiculous regulations.

Regulations indeed will be the killing side if government will try to control and regulates this industry, anonymity is why investors and traders are here, they wanted to be away from the government controls, but it's also a challenge as bitcoin adoptions will be held from each side of the world then government needs to adopt and allow the system to continue from how it was been created.

In my country bitcoin is legal and people can use it freely for whatever they want as long as it is not something illegal. The only problem I have with my government is that they add unnecessary taxes for trading bitcoin. They ask you for taxes whenever you exchange bitcoin to fiat even if you did not make any profit at all during all you time trading.

As it is not yet regulated but as there are some chances of crypto regulation we are going to see good government support for crypto currency, some countries have decided to make crypto currency as basic currency but some are still waiting for any action from government, I think in coming future crypto currency will be the only currency, but decentralization nature of crypto currency comes across.

It is illogical and I guess this policy was drawn up by some stupid people who don't even know the basics of crypto-currency. Unlike the case with bank accounts or credit cards, there is nothing to link any of the Bitcoin wallets with your identity. The authorities will never be able to prove that a particular Bitcoin wallet was controlled by you, unless there is a fiat linkage somewhere. I don't think that anyone in Brazil is going to follow this stupid law. And no need to worry about it.... the government is not going to imprison hundreds of thousands of people just for using crypto.

Simply we cannot see it is not useful and there will be lots of good and useful ways when the cryptocurrency regulation properly going on that's why it will be implemented by the people who are in good position to make everyone's profit to be increased and I agree everyone will do the the job properly then the field is more useful for everyone.
Don't know about profit yet, regulation might turn the current market norms into a different condition, but I'm sure it would drive an increase of adoption in the market since businesses will be confident to operate and people will be secured here in the space, for now, it's too risky to be here as an investor.

because there is no legal certainty, of course the risk will be greater if we invest in it. and regulation will certainly bring many investors into the market. but this is not easy, because each country has different problems

The regulation will be different between one country to another country, and not all country has already accepted cryptocurrency so far. But if the progress of the cryptocurrency to help people to get a better life, then I think the other country which is not accepting cryptocurrency will start to accept after they search the benefits of cryptocurrency for their people.

It would not take  long time before cryptocurrencies are finally legalized in the world. All we need to do is to have some patience and wait for such moment. Many countries are now opening their doors to the blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies. in no time we shall be able to use cryptocurrencies to make transaction. I am very optimistic about this.

You are very much right about this, for this reason is why most government will not buy into the idea of regulating crypto or legalize it,so we just have to get this idea of regulation out of our mind and continue to use it to the best of our knowledge.

Satoshi didn’t even create the coin for government, he just created a system where people can transfer money to one another without charges or involvement of a third party that makes transaction quite expensive and quite slow. If government is to come up with any form of regulation, it will only end up coming in a centralized way because it is their coin they will be creating.

Of course each country's policies differ, depending on the country's needs for cryotocurrency. Countries that legalize crypto can assume that this digital finance business must be legalized, because it is the right of citizens to conduct business transactions that they want. This policy is widely applied in developed countries.
However, there are also countries that consider that the government must intervene if there is a trade that can harm its citizens, because the government does not want losses to befall those involved in trade. This policy is more in developing countries or countries that are still experiencing political and financial problems.

Considering that there are a lot of countries that don't want anything to do with decentralized currencies, it will really take a long time.

In our country, the government already legalized BTC but I don't think people have an interest in using them since the first problem I am seeing is the capability of a person to use it. We are a third world country and I can see that there is still a huge population of us that can't use technology well. Another thing is that the knowledge about it is so low that it can still be even called a scam. It will not only take a long time for the world to accept it but I think it will also take a while for people to recognize it.

Regulations indeed will be the killing side if government will try to control and regulates this industry, anonymity is why investors and traders are here, they wanted to be away from the government controls, but it's also a challenge as bitcoin adoptions will be held from each side of the world then government needs to adopt and allow the system to continue from how it was been created.
of course what is expected is that the government regulates it but the decentralization system continues. because basically this system is a new breakthrough in the world of technology. I hope there are policies that bridge that problem
One thing I need to get from experts is how government is going to achieve regulating the market and still make it remain decentralized, because it seems to that the problem they have with the cryptocurrency is not the currency itself but because of that decentralized part of it that makes transactions invisible to them and if they are to regulate it, it means they have to find a way to make transactions of users visible to them and the only way would be for them to rewrite the code which is why majority of them will try and come up with their own cryptocurrency for their citizens.

It is an extremely difficult task to regulate cryptocurrencies. I wonder, how the government can do it if the majority of cryptos are decentralized? This is nonsense. Probably, they will offer to add more taxed for BTC and alts.

Regulation of cryptocurrency by the states is, however, too slow. In general, states legalize cryptocurrency very reluctantly, because they cannot control it. However, it will happen anyway. At the G-20 summit to be held next month in Japan, it should be proposed to speed up the legalization of cryptocurrency and the adoption of appropriate legal documents on its regulation. Perhaps soon we will wait for the regulation of ICO activities. In general, this should be very good for the development of cryptocurrency and eliminating fraud in this type of activity, but if there are no separate excesses on the part of some government agencies.

Actually regulation does not mean making bitcoin as money. but the main thing is prior recognition that bitcoin is not illegal in that country. like in my country that has now gained recognition but also does not make bitcoin as money. something like this must be done by every country so that the public is not worried

Well, many countries still resist, only a few countries regulate and accept crypto but their rules are still very rudimentary, these regulations seem to mean only that the government is accepting crypto, taxes will be the next thing the government will provide, except for these problems, I don't see too many good regulations and bring safety to crypto users. So the popularity of crypto is happening, but we will take a long time to see the complete legal rules for crypto, and these regulations need to balance the benefits between us and the government, otherwise, many other problems will come

They do not really have no other choice, they know they cannot destroy it because I am sure they have studied that possibility and they find out it is simply impossible, they could try to regulate cryptocurrencies to the point they are impossible to use but people will simply avoid complying to the government, the best plan of action they have is to eventually accept cryptocurrencies but to release their own and try to deceive people to believe that their crypto is as good or even better.

as we know why we never heard the news because I think if there is positive news it will not be able to be crowded in the media or people's ears, but if there is negative news it will certainly spread widely whether it passes anywhere, the community more pleased to see a negative news and the media who spread will be able to get a high rating.

right. Although the crypto market is bringing happiness to traders and investors, it also brings risks and poverty to some countries.
it is certainly making the GPD of some countries increase but it is still considered a decentralized market and it is reasonable to accept it in some countries.

Most of the problems why some governments won't still legalize cryptocurrency is because of their existing laws that prohibit any additional currency. Legalizing bitcoin in these countries with restrictive may take time and it might take another leader to finally recognize it. Other countries that are not also bitcoin-friendly are resulted to some kind of regulation to monitor and control the flow of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

The best most government would do for now is to keep silent over it and allow the whole system to play out on its own, which is why we are the ones to make this adoption happen by simply explaining the use of cryptocurrency to those who are not aware of it and the benefits they stand to benefit along the line of its usage.

Looking at crypto regulation maps, there are more than 100 countries that legalize digital money, so it can be concluded that crypto currencies have been recognized by many countries in the world.
Of course, each country has its own interests by legalizing crypto, especially to protect its citizens from fraud caused by crypto trafficking or having to earn income from crypto legalization. Because digital currencies occur transactions on the internet, the government must have regulations that can implement the policy.

In the issue of legalization of cryptocurrency can not be in a hurry and in this regard, it is unlikely that you can make a complaint to the states. This is about the finances of each state, and the fate and further development of these states depends on making the right decision. In addition, for any state, cryptocurrency is not only alien, but also no-man financial assets, the prospect of which is still unclear. Therefore, so far everything is going well for the first ten years of the emergence of cryptocurrency.

Dex and dex echange wont be gone  . the decentralization that blockchain wont provides wont also be gone too because all of these can be totally regulated .  only few cryptos are only applicable for that plan  but i dont think that majority of users will agree if half of the exchange and half of the coins are going to be regulated because that will kill the purpose of being anonymous  .

Do you think if this things happen if ever, does the decentralization will be disappear?
Since that blockchain technology was  very popular now, do you think the decentralized exchange will also be gone too?
I hope not. :(
Also hoping that it won't happen, decentralized exchanges should stay as crypto traders will still insist the essence of freely trades without any traces, even centralized exchange will prosper with this kinds of news processing KYC as one of requirements of the rules, but end users choose will also need to take place.

Good news for wider exposures of crypto industry and different countries already acknowledging the existence of crypto community.

many countries that are green do not legalize bitcoin only allow the use of bitcoin and that is something that maybe these countries are doing just to give them time to observe bitcoin so that in the future they can decide whether to legalize or not legalize bitcoin. We have to be happy only on the day that the richest countries of the world legalize bitcoin because with this the poorer countries will follow the same path. Of course we should not expect anything good coming from countries like china, russia, bolivia and vietnam
I thinks its legal, but what ever we thinks its important that there are many big countries used and allow bitcoin. I believe that countries they continuously used btc until other countries will not legalized bitcoin, especially to those who are not yet legal. That remain countries we hoping in the future they realize to make legalize btc.

Regulation of Cryptocurrency
Around the World

You can find a list of 130 countries in this document.
Regulation of Cryptocurrency
Around the World (https://www.loc.gov/law/help/cryptocurrency/cryptocurrency-world-survey.pdf)
You're forgetting to add one country in the list of countries where cryptocurrency is illegal and that country is India. Bitcoin is now illegal in India and their government is jailing anyone that is caught with cryptocurrency for up to ten years time. So it should be on that illegal list. But I don't know if this is true, but I have seen the news a couple of times online, why I'm still confused about it is because I still see some people who are from india that are still making use of cryptocurrency, so I am not sure if that is true or not.

The progress of cryptocurrency cannot be stopped by any centralized body. The governments and other big bodies have no choice than to impose regulations of crypto and accept it because it is gradually becoming the favorite of the people as they get to know its benefits and the power they gain over their own financial transactions.

Cryptocurrency is a challenge for states because of its ambiguity and unpredictability. It provides many benefits to citizens and gives the government a lot of trouble. Now is the time when the states will introduce uniform rules for the circulation of cryptocurrency and this should have a positive impact on its development. It should be recognized that in the future such rules will become tougher, since the states will seek to avoid all sorts of risks in cryptocurrency.

If government wanted to stop cryptocurrency, it would have been better at it’s early stage but right now, it is really so late already for them to be able to do anything about it, because the adoption rate of cryptocurrency has really gone so high and we already have some government that are even adopting it already, although from smaller countries.

The only thing I just implore from government is for them to really regulate it like some countries are doing already, so that some of these cases of scam can be eliminated completely and the true nature of cryptocurrency can manifest.

It was already been discussed here and most of the users had think that regulations will help for cryptocurrency to grow. Others that had been used to without crypto regulations opposes this notions since they had too different stand on crypto regulations.

Well, regulations might do well as we all know that before this cryptocurrency trading there is already stock market exchange trading and being back up by regulations and to which up to now it became a good source for other to trade currency globally around the world. This cryptocurrency will also be much more be like to stock market exchange when put to regulations.

Regulations on cryptocurrency is good only if it wouldn't alter the well decentralized platform built by crypto. Crypto needs regulations to put some flaws on check such as the issue of reported scam projects, hacked exchange sites, errors in transactions which cannot be retrieved etc.

I agree with your opinion. The decentralized system should not be touch by any kind of regulations and this is one of the reasons why cryptocurrencies can't be controlled by governments and central banks. Regulation should aim for protection of users and to prevent criminals and terrorists from using it in their illegal activities.

I think there are still few countries that doesn't care and not aware of bitcoin's existence.
It is not about awareness of the new market, everyone who is literate enough to understand the financial market will know the current trends and bitcoin is the top performer in the financial sector for a few years now and hence everyone is aware of its existence, the problem is that those countries does not understand how to tame an international market and make a law that could be fair for them to tap into the gains earned by its citizens  ;D.

Regulations on cryptocurrency is good only if it wouldn't alter the well decentralized platform built by crypto. Crypto needs regulations to put some flaws on check such as the issue of reported scam projects, hacked exchange sites, errors in transactions which cannot be retrieved etc.
Cryptocurrency market will be decentralized even with all the rules and regulations if you are dealing only with crypto market, once you plan to convert it to fiat currency then do not expect the decentralization as every transaction will be tracked to you. Even with laws you cannot retrieve bitcoin transactions, once the coins leaves your wallet then it is not yours, so be careful not to make those silly mistakes.

Well, the situation is good a lot of green. The main thing is that over time even more countries began to have a green color and not a red one.

In terms of regulations, most countries who have adopted in crypto already have a good regulation and  this also will be improve over time.
Also, some of the countries who are not regulated or some who ban crypto might do a change of heart in the future, they cannot stop bitcoin, there is a risk that's why it's necessary to be regulated and when this regulated well, this will give good benefit's to a certain country's economy.

I became worried if my country also has regulations like India, even though I am very comfortable holding bitcoin. If my country has regulations like this, maybe I will move to Switzerland or Japan, but hopefully this doesn't happen.

There seems to be a lot of countries that accept cryptocurrency and are letting it generate more money in their country. This is also one of the right decisions of countries supporting crypto.
Like the Internet revolution at the beginning of the 20th century, the United States has been at the forefront of this field and they deserve to be the richest country in the world.
we also need to follow such potential markets to enhance our living environment.

I think that we should also take into account the fact that there are quite a lot of abuses on the cryptocurrency market.  There are unscrupulous users who use cryptocurrency in criminal activity.  Right now, the United States of America and other countries that are working together to combat economic crimes, in the field of view of which the cryptocurrency falls.  This has repeatedly got information on this issue.  I think that this situation will not affect the prohibition of cryptocurrencies, but a quick solution to the problem of legalization and control of the cryptocurrency market.

There is no way it will not alter it because both of them are really opposite of each other, how do you expect government to consider any system that we know it’s decentralized nature does not give chance to government to get involved especially in that aspect of transactions, and if government plan anything called regulation, they can only regulate any coin that will come in a decentralized way, and the only way would also be for them to create a digital coin for their citizens. We should just get use to using cryptocurrency without expecting any form of regulation if we still want to use a decentralized system.

It is just a matter of time before the entire world map will be covered in complete green. There will always be early adopters, those are the countries that looked at and studied cryptocurrency, and what it could possible give as benefits to their countries, earlier than others. Those are the countries that accepted crypto for the sake of their people. They are the models from whom other countries will learn a lot.

I am not very sure about it. During the past few months, an increasing number of countries have taken a hostile stance against the cryptocurrency and its users (examples are India, Iran, China.etc). There is no doubt that even at this stage, Bitcoin poses a real challenge for national currencies (especially the manipulated ones such as CNY and INR). So these governments may not be comfortable with the growing usage and acceptability.

As we know, states treat cryptocurrency differently and evaluate its functionality. They will always be wary and even hostile to the impossibility of its control, decentralization, insecurity and high price volatility. Therefore, the states will never actively support the decentralized cryptocurrency, although they will allow its circulation. We need to be prepared for the fact that states will constantly regulate its circulation and such regulation will not always be good for holders of cryptocurrency.

There isn't much of regulatory compliance around the world. Very few countries have regulated the usage of cryptocurrency adding it to the list of commodities as well with gold and as other investments. Majority of the governments stand neutral making continued research for the need of cryptocurrencies while the same time very few countries look for reasons to ban the usage of cryptocurrencies. Hope someday everything will come under a single system believing and accepting cryptocurrency.

Right now, we are already approaching the regulation of cryptocurrency at the international level. On June 21, the Intergovernmental Organization for Financial Action (FATF) issued its recommendations to more than 200 states and obliged them to adopt their national laws within a year, which should stipulate that any person sending a transaction worth more than one thousand dollars will have to pass a KYC check, and if the transaction is worth more than $ 15,000, exchanges will be required to report the transaction to the appropriate government authorities.

In my country before the enactment of crypto-related bans, my country had so many fraudulent projects created and that's why Crypto is banned. However, there are still many investors in my country who continue to invest in Crypto. There are many ways to safely invest in Crypto in the country when Crypto is banned.
Majority of the countries experience such a situation which is mostly due to the scam projects that make the public suffer. When this reaches the respective authorities it'll be an easy thing for them to indicate entire cryptocurrency as a flaw and restrict as well impose ban on usage. In my country government is in continued research whether it needs to be regulated or not. Until now there is no perfect ban for it.

Fraudulent ICOs made to dupe people is one of the many reasons why most countries ended up deciding to ban cryptocurrencies forever, so that their citizens dont lose their money because at the end of it all, they end appealing to the government to help them retrieve their funds. I believe something like this recently happened in South Africa with a crypto ponzi scheme.

In addition, Bitcoin in every country is capable of becoming a searching eye as well as work. Slowly I am convinced that Bitcoin will be mass adopted. The future looks very bright and it would be better if we support the industry by investing.

Many countries have made regulations about crypto. And in my opinion, another country should start utilizing this technology to open the job field. So the unemployment rate can be reduced.

The regulation of cryptocurrencies around the world has a very dubious status. After all, this process is only gaining momentum. Many countries do not know and sometimes do not understand what benefit or harm cryptocurrency can do, so they do not make any serious decisions. Each state in any case will create standards for regulating cryptocurrency in such a manner as it will be convenient for the state and not for people living in it. The regulation of cryptocurrencies should be above the state.

All the countries are aware of the market but they do not understand how to regulate a decentralized global currency and all they know is that the control they have over monetary transaction will be reduced and people will have the ability to store their assets in bitcoin and that will reduce their tax unless they covert the money to fiat currency, so there are many obstacles they have to study before coming up with a regulation and banning will not be a good idea either and all of the top financial nations are aware of that.

I think it's not a big issue that some of those countries are not giving permission for cryptocurrency transaction, but it doesn't matter at all, a lot of people from those countries are still involved and working for the cryptocurrency, but in this area, in public, there is nothing related to the cryptocurrency, but time will change everything and cryptocurrency will be allowed all over the world, but the regulation process will play a positive role in this system, that's why it's mandatory for the current context

The governments of these countries are only afraid about the decentralized nature of Bitcoin which does not allow them to own absolute control over the financial transactions of the people. However, as the adoption keeps increasing yearly, there will be a time these same governments will have no option than to legalize Bitcoin for the people.

Many country not have regulation about bitcoin and altcoin crypto, they look afraid with bitcoin how can stop money in bank for moving to bitcoin. Always make bad rule for bitcoin as payment in some country to keep bank exist and people never joining bitcoin as investment, other side bitcoin could increase your money than bank.
that is one of the reasons why many countries whose governments prohibit bitcoin from becoming a currency that applies to the country's economy and if indeed regulation is needed for positive development between crypto and fiat currencies is likely to occur in good cooperation between the two and become economies going forward and developing in the future

Most of the countries which banned cryptocurrencies are Asian developing countries having weak economies. Hence, we can draw one conclusion that conservative governments with slow economy are more tend to ban bitcoin. This signifies that Bitcoin is a sign of Economic Empowerment. Only those governments which fear that Bitcoin will take over their dominance are banning cryptocurrencies.

it is true that you are conveying legality is important if it can indeed make the country's economic development more advanced and the cryptocurrency also develops as well and if by regulation can make investments with cryptocurrency safe and comfortable and the benefits can be obtained in investing of course

So far, states and their various international organizations are very cautious and even reluctant to approach the general regulation of cryptocurrency circulation. This area of financial relations is so new that states, even after many years of real circulation of cryptocurrency in society, still cannot decide on it and develop a unified policy in relation to it. However, this process is happening and soon we will have common rules for cryptocurrency circulation around the world. The general regulation of cryptocurrency is necessary for everyone - both states and ordinary citizens, and business structures. Without such regulation in the world of cryptocurrencies, chaos and dominance of fraudsters, thieves and various kinds of hackers will continue.

Hope all goes green, for China ban bitcoin, crypto exchange and ICO, in some news they want to make their own digital currency, I'm surprised. Most of those who give a warning because cryptocurrency is at high risk for an investment, bubble risk and several other anonymity. Read regulatory that supports alternative bitcoin payments, it's fun.

Cryptocurrencies are illegal in mostly poor authoritarian countries(Saudi Arabia isn't poor, but it's definitely authoritarian). We don't need the support of such countries(maybe except China) and let's hope that no country form the green area will move to the red area. ;D

Better to let everything be green
Don't rush. that will not happen until all of the major countries declared crypto as a legal payment system or give it a legal framework. Most of the red countries are coming from 3rd countries. They are still feeling worried about the risk in the cryptocurrency. that's fine to see that happen.
They will be changed into the green after almost the whole of countries will be adopting crypto.
Regulation only for accepting bitcoin as legal payment transaction I think is good way how to increase people investment assets, but if regulation by government to control of bitcoin and altcoin price is terrible way have doing by government, bitcoin and altcoin never have power to stop and make price in our hand because depend with how seller and buyer make price with bitcoin.

This was probably a good news for us crypto users because sooner or later all of the country will accept and regulates cryptocurrency and blockchain technology as one of the good assets for the government and country. It would be better if the regulation of the crypto becomes worldwide imagine that we are all using digital currency than paper money, but before this happens all of the country must regulate an good internet consumption and connection so that every person will be have an access in their online wallets to used their digital currency.
