Imho it's not enough. I think that anybody reading this forum knows about the Electrum problems and the basics to stay safe. I think that we should act. I reported at https://www.mywot.com and https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?hl=en This will give a chance to some users that don't come here to still get warned (by the browser). I already reported it to your mentioned websites, but I think it's more effective if we will report it to the registrar of the website just like what I did, reported it to the registrar of the domain.This will give a chance to some users that don't come here to still get warned (by the browser).
