If any kind of suspicious activity is done and your account gets closed, you won't be able to get your funds back until you provide personal info which you won't be able to.
Second, telling people that you're willing to pay the first half before having the account credentials just make people want to scam you. And finally, It's a bitcoin forum and you want to buy something bitcoin-related, no one is going to accept a reversible payment method like PayPal. |
