What's up with the market in these past few days?

Bitcoin is on $6,700 at the moment, I am not hoping that this would be the start of bull run, is there something going on or announcement why bitcoin price is up? :D :D

Why you don't hope that this is the start of the bull run? everyone is getting crazy with speculations that we are already in the bull run. Looking at the news today, there's no exact reason why the market is going on crazy like this.

Majority talks about the end of the bear market and this is just an indication that we're entering or we've actually entered into the bull run.

Not really, there are no announcement so far. I think it's because of bull run that really starting right now.

There is no news by bitcoin price increase so high to $6,700 but whatever, it's already a good one for me as a bitcoin holder and i will wait until the bitcoin price hit $7k.

No news at this moment. No announcements. I believe that the investors are being FOMO'ed at this moment because they are afraid that they can't ride on this continuous rise of Bitcoin. My initial price before I believe that the Bull Run has started is $6800 and will maintain above that price for days or weeks.

Anyway, I'm just happy that the price of Bitcoin is starting to rise. Regarding to the start of the bull run? Until it didn't reach the $6800 and if it will then it must maintain above that level to increase the probability of a bull run.

There is no news that I heard and I think the increase in bitcoin this time is the nature of the market and where everyone tries their luck and competes to start investing in bitcoin because they believe that the bull run will come soon.

It is a big bull run for Bitcoin. Now i expect the turn for altcoins to increase in price compare to Bitcoin. I don't really know how long this can continue. I hope Bitcoin is really going to return to $20000 and more.

Im now sure we are in the bull run, because the price become double since last year 2018 and Im sure also this month will turn the value of the bitcoin around $8000-$10,000 . Now the price is near $6800 and anytime soon possible to the bitcoin reach again $7000 and mayne this day because increasing of the bitcoin is very fast. I did not hear good news about Bitcoin but in the last few days bitcoin has been pumped, I think everyone is trying their luck by buying bitcoin and make the value of bitcoin move up, hopefully bitcoin will continue to move up and altcoin will experience growth.

Bitcoin is on the rise and many are expecting that this can be the start of the bull run though there is a possibility of a retracement soon. The thing is that there have no clear triggers for this upward movement and in fact there were some bad news on the horizon but Bitcoin just ignored them all. This can invite many to come on board and speculate on Bitcoin which in turn makes it go green. Now, this is happening to Bitcoin but the rest of the cryptocurrency market is not reacting that profusely. We are all wishing that the same movement can also push top alts to do the same.

I've read some rumours on social about a possible announcement related to cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin, from a big trading company next week. If this ends up being true, then those with access to insider information are going to make bank since they've been pouring a lot of money into bitcoin over the past few days before the big reveal occurs. I'm still waiting for the "big" correction after going past the 6k barrier to buy more.

Not sure about that but there are news that I've read lately about it but we aren't interested about it anymore. But as long as it fills the market and makes it better, everyone loves to see it being approved.

I have read some post trying to figure if any news is the reason for the way bitcoin is bulling so far but I'm not a news freak for bitcoin because when you expect bitcoin to make an impact because of news that was released, it does not. Therefore, I understand that we are simply going out of bear to bull and I'm looking it to keeping moving.

Just like there was no good reason for bitcoin to drop below $6000 last year, there needs to be no good reason for it to go back above. Plenty of big players like Fidelity, Etrade and others will be opening trading in bitcoin and other top coins in coming weeks so market is turning bullish.

According to the latest survey conducted for Fidelity Investments about Bitcoin, this price increase maybe because of growing adoption. Where they found out that 47% of institutional investors still believe cryptocurrencies are worth investing in, while 22% already own some form of cryptocurrency [https://www.cryptoglobe.com/latest/2019/05/bitcoin-s-price-breaks-critical-resistance-as-crypto-market-cap-surpasses-200-billion/].

In addition, some well known crypto analyst proclaimed that if BTC will hold above the $6400 price level for at least 2 days, it will be regarded as the start of the next bull run. If this maybe the case, then we'll all just have to wait patiently to know and confirm that we're indeed in bull run.
Personally, seeing all this wonderful developments, just makes me happy and hopeful that in time - i maybe will acquire some profits after all.

Not hoping that it would be bull run but as you can see the bull run has started, it jump the price in just a few hours and to think its still not a bull run you might lose a lot if that mentality continues, it still continues and near $7000 let us keep hoping that this kind of run continues we need more like this, the miraculous run that happens 2 years ago might repeated if the momentum continues.

Another reason not to believe cryptanalysts. It would be nice for them to strengthen their knowledge of TA. The 6K4 level existed for two months (Sep-nov 2018). In order to consider this level as a support now, it is necessary that the price be kept for a comparable time (with the specified time).

bitcoin doesn't need any announcement or a hype or anything like that to rise. it is not a pumping altcoin to need any of that. it is the natural rise of bitcoin as the adoption grows. and the fact that it seems a little fast these past couple of days is only because for a couple of months the price has been manipulated and was kept down below $6k level which was the bottom of the bear market.

Its the adaption that makes bitcoin makes even stronger ,like what says bitcoin is the younger version of gold which means there is a lot of room for bitcoin to grow, bitcoin price might hit $100,000 someday.

Something that happens in the market maybe just incident Binance hacked. I don't know if there is a connection between that incident with the rising bitcoin price. what I know is that the moment happened almost simultaneously.

Once it reaches a threshold then it is clear that bitcoin will not collapse. For a few months people didn't know if it was going up to 20k or down to 3k. Confidence is growing that the market will rise again back to the ATH and the FOMO is therefore increasing

It is now $7k, this is beautiful looking at where we started this year, this is what I think will happen, there will be a correction to below $6k, I feel it will touch $5500 region and play with $6k becoming the new support for like 3 month then after the Litecoin halving we will see another leg up

like what the popular phrase say " history repeat itself " therfor we can assume that bitcoin's value can climb again up to 20k usd like what it did before on the 2017 era but i dont think that it can happen easily  because if we look back on the year 2017 , the price of bitcoin start to pump at the mid of november up to the last week of december  , meaning to say the pump this year may only occur on those said date's  .


what happen is a normal recovery of the price due to the demand that bitcoin gets from the public and yes it was a good news to all of us .

There's no certain reason why bitcoin is climbing up and as of writing the price is now $7385 and continously moving. It might be the start of bull run as the price increases drastically but we cant be so sure because the market is high volatile.

I think many investors are buying due to FOMO. Well its good to see the market improving since its been how many months that we are in bearish trend and this price increase is a good time to take profit to those who buy at low price.

I'm sure that on the way to $20k+, the price movements will be more significant towards height related to the increasing number of users or enthusiasts from time to time, moreover it already passed $6k and is now at $7k+, no doubt this is indeed a very well sign.

Bitcoin is bullish for no idea. Probably it tries to find the best price or the highest price of this month before correction. I do believe there will be a correction but not sure it will be deep or not. Just stay awake if you are now playing with altcoin or buying Bitcoin because everything could go wrong at short-time.

The increase isn't based on any news or rumours as far as I'm aware, it's just a natural consequence of a growing consensus that the bear market has ended. Once the bottom of the market has gone, and prices start increasing - which they have been for a couple of months now - then people want to buy in again. Admittedly the price rise has been sudden and dramatic, so will likely be due a bit of a correction... but the trend is still upwards :)

The current increase of bitcoin caused by the negative news that already published by some medias about tether company. People are rushing to convert their money to the bitcoin and again and that created another FOMO. This will continue consider there was a lot of tether left. It's caused by the bad news but it's not a natural thing of bitcoin itself.

It is a very normal move for the market, there will be a following correction but it won't be that much like the past correction since 2018. I think we're getting a support of $6800 but its still on the better track for the past few weeks.

Agree, the correction will definitely occur every time but this time with a strong positive sentiment I'm sure there won't be a big correction, a correction will make the lowest point for further recovery because this year the crypto market looks very positive and still believes the price of bitcoin will have the highest price of all time.

$7500 is the resistance level right now and bitcoin is still good and it can easily break that wall in the coming next pump. I didn’t expect to hit this kind of price easily because of so many negative news before but bitcoin proves me wrong. Yes, Usually the price of Bitcoin rises sharply when it experiences halving Bitcoin, and currently we are in 2019, and will be close to 2020, because in 2020 is the year of halving Bitcoin, and I believe prices will rise sharply at that time.

At the current level of the Bitcoin, there is no strong support for it, neither might there is a possibility that the price of Bitcoin will go down below 6500$. No news no announcement mate, bitcoin has just totally recovered from the bears hand, and has gained the confidence of investors, so this is just a natural increase that is long due, we are not actually supposed to be surprised at this, because bitcoin should have even performed better than this earlier if not for the tight hold of bears on the market

I think that our buddy here was just expecting great future for bitcoin price mate. As stated for unknown market, unpredictability remained conditional while the price range at fluctuations between $6700 to $7100. The roller coaster ride will still be experienced before we see good signs for $20k to be meet. If we expect 2017 of last bull run to regain back people's trust, then we must calm down and hold those valiant holdings that we still have.

I was the opposite of nervous, I was surprised even when it took off above $6500. I was not prepared to see such prices above $6000 for this year to be honest so to see even 7000 plus is a huge bonus. I was sure even 2020 we would be struggling until after the halving. So I would be prepared just in case this is some whale getting ready to offload a lot of BTC.

I would not say that it is a trial of luck, I think people have just build more confidence in bitcoin as many altcoins has disappointed them in the past, even with the system of IEO, it still did not solve the problems that came with IEO, so many investors of these coins are now totally seeing bitcoin has the only reliable coin and would prefer to continue keeping their fund in bitcoin market for future.

I believe from now on, new investors will keep adding their own money to the system, even existing users will still, be making efforts too to accumulate more while industrial players will also be investing heavily too. The market is now on a path of BULLISH market completely.

It i very important for people to stay calm and do not go short at such time else you could just lose a big amount if bull run continues and you short the position. I think, in a day Bitcoin can reach the new height. This is the best sign of a bull run. If this growth continues for at least 10-14 days, the market capitalization would grow tremendously.

What price do you need to see in order to say that we are indeed we are in a bull run? As long as the price keeps increasing at this levels, I will say that we are already in the bullish zone. As far as hitting a new all time high, obviously it will need more time to achieved that. But for now, we have moving away from the bears, more than double the last all-time-low (ATL) and heading to near five digits again.

We've noticed the moved for a while and bitcoin stayed somehow on $6,800 - $7,100 yesterday. And now, it is moving like crazy.

Most likely the reason is that whales have accumulated a sufficient amount of bitcoins now and now they are going to continue pamp btc price higher. For them, the task that they set for themselves at the end of last year has already been completed. Now they with a clear conscience can continue to increase the price of bitoin.
