Title: RASPBERRY PI
Post by: finaleshot2016 on May 12, 2019, 11:01:35 AM
Hey guys!

Do you know a site where can I learn all of the programming codes of Raspberry Pi?
I read an article and it said that Python codes are used there, is that true?

If you have any knowledge about it, you can spoonfeed me, if you want.

Yes, Python is the most convenient language used to start with programming on Raspberry pi. It is not the only language you can use since you have options to choose from C, C++, PHP, Ruby, Java, JavaScript etc..
Below you can find an introductory tutorial on getting started with Raspberry pi which will then lead to advanced tutorials.

Thanks for this, I'll check it later.  ;)

Idk if I can program with the use of other programming languages because I'm not that good. I have a lot of foundation in Python so I'll start learning raspberry pi with the use of it.

Hello, I have not had experience with Raperry but do you consider it better than Arduino? The advantage is that with Arduino I program in C language and I think it is better, Phyton seems to me that it is much more complicated. Algorithms for Rasperry are available in any electronic forum you are looking for, if we take into account that it can be more powerful for an industrial system with control and Instrumentation conditions that need to be programmed to improve a process, I believe that rasperry takes the lead over arduino.

For me, youtube works well as the professional programmers will provide you anything for free and with great video content. In raspberry pi, python will always be the best and I know all of the programmers here will agree or they have already advised this. But this is the truth. You have to learn how programming works before jumping. Languages are easy to be learned to use if you are really dedicated and passionate about it.

Yes, the reason why I choose Raspberry over Arduino because it can manipulate a lot of sensors, Arduino can only control 2-3 sensors I think?
You can also do C+ language on Raspberry, almost all of the programming languages can be done in Raspberry so it's obvious that Raspberry Pi was better than Arduino but more expensive.

I don't know much more about that but I was seen lots of Raspberry Pi motherboards from my friend's shop and it is like mini size and it can make everything like the PC so you can learn this quotes using from the people who are here to help you.

I just purchased a couple of Raspberry Pi 3B+'s myself.  I have been digging into different things that I can do with them.  So far the only thing I have done is make a RetroPi.  Here are some more sites that might help you:

Yes you can learn programming languages like html, CSS, java through online. Infact some websites giving you a certification after completing the course and for that they will charge you little amount which is I think fair. I would recommend you this website https://www.udemy.com/ where you can find all the courses you need to do online.
