Title: System requirements for automatic trading software in crypto Post by: bogdan21_ro on May 13, 2019, 12:00:16 PM I want to develop an algorithm/software platform that automatically implements my trading strategies.
I'm thinking to begin with just one coin and one exchange for the development phase because the strategy is the same of course for every currency. Since I haven't tried a project of this scale - big data analysis in real time, with lots of processing involved - I need to first evaluate what are some reasonable system requirements (CPU, memory etc). If there is anybody involved in such projects, could you please confirm if a standard workstation (e.g. core i7 or core i9) would do the job for the development phase that analyzes the data for one coin and one exchange? You can always use cloud solutions like aws, azure, google.
