Title: Lacklustre level of English in ICO whitepapers.
Post by: TheOnlyFaroe on May 14, 2019, 01:23:30 PM
Maybe this is just me, and maybe it isn't relevant to this sub-forum, but I've been reading various whitepapers for the last two hours - and the the level of English is very poor. Why is this? It seems to me that it is one of the most important documents a group/business/individual will create, and having poor English communicates a bad message.

It's because some ICO just hire someone to write the whitepaper for them. And mind you, they don't f**ing care, as long as there are people who are gullible enough to invest on such scammy ICO with low level English and explanations and diagrams and roadmaps, they will continue to this practice. And there's also the case of copy-and-paste whitepapers. That's why the hype had die down and smart investors are shunning away and moving to the next big thing, IEO's.
