How exactly do you expect to be helped? If you have no private keys, no seed, no wallet files, there is nothing anybody can do. It is as if you don't have any ETH at all. How is even possible to hold such large amounts of money without securing your private key/seed somehow?   

Do you have Keystore File (UTC / JSON)?

If you have the you can restore the wallet as well but you may need encrypted password to decrypt the wallet file before accessing your wallet.

If you have nothing means,you lost your funds permanently.

I'm afraid that money is in limbo. No one will be able to recover those funds. That's what the private key is for.

or really did you lost your keystore file where are stored all the privat keY?

Do you have MetaMask installed and have you ever connected and accessed your account using MetaMask? I a guessing you are talking about MyEtherWallet as it is one of the most widely used wallets for ETH and other tokens.

You should give more details, on what you have now, without details no one can help you.
However, please don't show exactly things (address, figures, something like these) because if someone can access your wallet with such given details, they might steal your money.

Phising sites are around us, so it is why we definitely should use Bookmark feature of browsers. I don't know how to help OP to get money back, but for others, and OP (if OP actually lost money due to visiting phising sites), please spend a few minutes to read my guide, that is basic, but helpful and can play as a preventive security. You just recovered from almost 1 year sleep. Can you prove that this ETH with 1800 ETH is yours ?  :)

I don't want to say that I don't trust you, but from some point of view this looks suspicions. If I had 1800 ETH, I would never forget or lose info about my wallet.

Who knows, maybe after wave of bans on forum you bought this account, found out that previous owner have ETH wallet with +410k$.

This situation is not unique. In marketplace section the wallets with lost passphrase or privkeys are sold sometimes. You can try to make any proposal to open the wallet, dividing 1800 ETH after any success.

if you still have the wallet.dat then you can try this website Wallet Recovery Services (https://walletrecoveryservices.com/) or keychainx (https://keychainx.io/)

If you already lost your private key and other information about eth wallet then nobody can help you. You can search in your computer about the file which is started with UTC... But I would like to suggest every new member that keep safe your private key because once you lost it you lost all your fund.

A year ago, you (or your account) stated that (see re: A wise strategy for your bitcoin (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2109367.msg35956278#msg35956278)):
Eth is currently a third of the value, so in order for the comment to be consistent you would either:
a)   Have manages to amass lots of ETH in a year.
b)   Had a VIP income at the time from your job.

I can help but need more information. What wallet you use ? where you hold you key. You have same PC where wallet was created ?
