Can you name CHEAP exchanges where i can buy ADA using debit card?

Debit card? You mean your bank account or credit card?
There are a lot of exchanges which let you pay with your bank account. If you mention about credit card you can buy from Binance or Kucoin. (Binance has just stopped for a while after hack incident)

A debit card is different from a credit card. A debit card takes money from your banking account and a credit card charges money to your line of credit.
P/S: You can deposit money from your bank account to Coinbase to buy ADA. Do not search for cheap exchanges, chose big exchange sites is the best way to protect your money.

I will tell you one purchase of a credit card with a debit card is already a great achievement for any project and as far as I know that the ADA project is already working on this problem and will soon make an announcement and you can already conduct this operation.

However i do believe somehow debit card is safer for one who sell coin
Because Credit card transaction were reversible or etc because the credit were "future"

If transaction were made, coins receive but credit card got chargeback

I think its most safer to use debit card especially for crypto purchases since it could lessen the risk of fraud and damages and also, debit card purchases if applicable to an exchange, are often being done by security conscious people and often viewed as a good alternative to credit card.

Now most exchanges are partnering with simplex and other FIAT gateways  to enable users buy crypto with FIAT currency like Kucoin and VELIC. Recently you can also buy crypto with FIAT on Binance .

For reputable exchanges with debit card feature , consider checking Kucoin, I bought BTC from there recently but their charge is damn high. If you live in the US, use coinbase.
