The site that you mentioned falls under this category op. Stay away from such sites and don't fall for such traps people.

Don't easily get to be the prey for hyips that were now promoted in the name of ico's. People have a thinking bitcoin or cryptocurrency is an easy money and with this thinking people easily make investments on scams. Please know the reality and make your decisions on any form of cryptocurrency related business.
