Title: Can't find the option to enable messages from "newbies" Post by: ThomasDavis2018 on May 17, 2019, 11:05:23 AM User 'XXXXXX' is a newbie, but your options are set such that you cannot receive PMs from newbies. Therefore, you cannot send PMs to newbies, either.
