You should mention your location, any KYC requirements you expect, and Discord requires the tag and 4 numbers as well, not just the username to work. HE IS FIX SCAMMER. HE SAID WANT BUY 0.2 BTC WITH ME PAYMENT BY WESTERN UNION HE SAID HE WILL GIVE CONFIRMATION THAT MONEY ALREADY SENT BUT WITHOUT MTCN UNTIL I SEND HIM 0.1 BTC AND HE WILL GIVE MTCN + SENDER DETAILS AFTER I SEND 0.1 BTC TO HIM. (THIS IS THE MOST IDIOT REQUIREMENT I EVER SEEN LOL) I asked to use escrow and he said how to do escrow. im sure he know how to do escrow but just too look so innocent to not marked as scammer. but with all his terms asking early release bitcioin is totally scammer action.
