Title: I don't see my BTC receive transaction in Mycelium Bitcoin wallet
Post by: vitaliybwc on May 20, 2019, 07:41:05 PM
Hello, I transferred Bitcoin to my Mycelium wallet BTC address and it got 16 confirmations already and it's still not showing in the list of transactions on Mycelium app. You can see the transaction 0.10375662 BTC to this address 35MmETAreRiS4Ugd83DGcKJ46SmXLAhijn -> https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/35MmETAreRiS4Ugd83DGcKJ46SmXLAhijn  this is my Mycelium wallet address. I transferred many times to this address. But now it's not syncing and not reflecting in my wallet..

What is going on? Is there a problem with Mycelium or with Bitcoin network? Thanks in advance!

The coins are there (35MmETAreRiS4Ugd83DGcKJ46SmXLAhijn)
So if you have the seed/private key of this address then try using Electrum. Restore the wallet using Electrum. I can not say much about Mycelium since I have never used it. May be there are sync issue.

https://electrum.org/#download
Make sure you verify the signature of the downloaded file before installing.

In Mycelium, go to accounts, tap that account, then the 3 dots in the upper right, then reload account. See if that helps.
If not, try posting in the Mycelium suport board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=231.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=231.0)
You will get some help here, but more / better there.

There is no problem with the bitcoin network as it shows your transaction was confirmed and already has 16 confirmations
Your coins are there and are safe as long as you have the seed or the private key for that address.

Maybe tour Mycelium wallet has syncing problem! Try restarting it.
Or as proposed by Pamoldar, import your private key/seed into another wallet software like Electrum.

Just want to add on this
You can find the reload account under "transaction tab"

The reload button looks like below.

Then just wait a few minutes to reload the entire transactions.

Yes reload is there too.
The icon you posted is for refresh (check for new). Reload, starts from the beginning and reloads / re-imports everything.

There is just one button (call it refresh or reload).

But there is no button which re-imports everything (why should it, this doesn't make sense).

You just need one button, to 'refresh' (i.e. check for new transactions related to the addresses inside of the wallet).

@OP
This seems to be a connection issue.
Do you connect via TOR or VPN ? If so, try without.

Sometimes (but rarely) mycelium server are kind of busy, delaying the appearance of new transaction for a few days.

The BUTTON is refresh.

The way I showed the OP to get to it will remove all transactions and re-query the mycelium servers for ALL the transactions on your addresses.
Try it.
With the refresh any new transactions it sees will come in.
With the reload you can actually see all your transactions disappear and come back.
This way if something is compromised with the local database it will fix it.
