You should at least post your thoughts as well and just not posting random links here. Are you the owner of the said blog? Didn't click the link, but here are my thoughts on bitcoin cycles. Of course this market has this sort of cycle runs, bears/bulls because of one important event that happens every four years, that is the bitcoin block halving, so that alone is a cycle in itself.

Agree, OP should've included his thoughts about the article/blog that he posted. I don't click random links. But I agree that the market has a repeated cycle if you will look at the market chart. The halving usually affects thw market demand of bitcoin and this is where the bull-matket starts. After the bull-market there comes the major price correction and massive dump or the bear-market.

I saw the blog's post. The hourly cycles seem don't applicable if you will zoom it out or on the higher time frame.
I agree that it can happen cycle, especially we are watching or base on the historical prices of Bitcoin.

I found this chart on Twitter and look, you can see a cycle on the price and time frames.

I just click the link and I think it was just another promotion of a paid group looking for another subscriber for their signals.
And from the blog anyone who understand the chart could do it .
And the blogger didn't even tell what would be next it just shows the past charts and claims that he/she is right about the prediction.

Do you have a certain question regarding this article, Op?
Or do you just want to share it?
Well, about the article, we can't really conclude that Bitcoin is going on the same path and repeating the same cycle because it isn't stable and is always changing but the capability to exceed the price that it has reached last bull run is still possible.

It is the first time I have seen the graph diagram drawn through one axis without a precise definition of the second axis.
I do not believe in anything named "Bitcoin Cycles" there is news and impact of those news on investors, may change those circumstances, but will not revert to the same changes and any similar gets will be purely coincidental.

Sometimes there is something called psychological barrier which is completely different from cycles.

OK, thanks for saving me some time.  ;D. So obviously the OP is promoting his blog and then probably a paid signal group. Whatever you call it, Bitcoin will have other external factors to say whether we are in a cycle of not.

@hugeblack - yes, there is what we call mental barriers, which can't be equate to cycles. Right now the big barrier is the $8000, we have attempted to breach it, we got 'lucky', the first time however, it is not sustainable.

and that makes sense if we consider the whole of chart bitcoin seems to be a bullish, i used that cycle to determine the direction of the price of bitcoin and if the pattern follow the old pattern that happened in the past and i rush to buy more bitcoin and im so proud because i have sold all of my cars to buy bitcoin when it was around $4180. i got doubled right now. whole chart is really important thing.

I hate it when people always attache bitcoin development from time to time to cycle just because some certain movement have same resemblance. Bitcoin does not always follow circle, for the fact that some events repeated itself does necessarily mean that it is a pattern that it has to follow.

Different time of bitcoin with different event that contributed to either it’s increase or its increase which I believe that whatever played in this system of bitcoin 2016 to 2018 doesn’t have to repeat itself again, this year has its own factor that will affect the price of bitcoin, so we should stay more focus on the things that will have impact on the price of bitcoin this year.

please tell me you don't go all-in and use all of your money to buy bitcoin?
while i'm glad you got profits, but that's risky as hell. i know some people went to kill themselves when bitcoin suddenly crashed to $3k after it reaches ath.

I found this chart on Twitter and look, you can see a cycle on the price and time frames.

the chart looks nice. so the first wave happens for 2 years, and then there are 4 years after crashes to reach new ath. does this mean we'll see new ath after 8 years? that's cool.
