Which coin do you think would have a huge pace of growth in 2019?
Your answer should be backed by data.

This will be a great competition to speed up the their own developments but based on the current state on whats happening with these two. My bet was on BNB, Most of the active tokens on ethereum platform are migrating to Binance Chain and that scenario will have a very bad result from ethereum platform and given that the momentum is on BNB.

I am an avid fan of Vitalik Buterin and his Ethereum and though I believe that Eth will continue on its dominance as the number two to bitcoin, we have to admit that some things are changing...the wind is blowing on the other side and it is BNB. In terms of growth potential, I am siding with BNB. And it would be exciting to see how BNB will grow this year. At the same time, we should see how the Ethereum group will be responding with the many challenges right on their very faces.

BNB's use is limited to Binance exchange and its DEX. Binance in some time in history if failed to keep up with the growth, than the price of BNB would decrease. With a large number of projects building new generation DEX and CEX, the time of binance are limited. But ETH has multiple uses. Even if some other competitor gives in a competition on new market growth, the current market would be enough for ETH to grow definitely.

They can not be compared because one is a matured project and the other just started its new life.
Also, BNB has limited functionalities if compared with ETH.

yes, based on function, of course the BNB still has very limited functions. but, in terms of prices, I think BNB can be a new challenger for ETH. even though it's still quite far away, but the potential in the future I think is quite good. it all depends on the future development of binance.

eth still has the potential to become a coin that has a good growth rate, now eth still shows significant up and down movements, but the ethereum position that has become large in crypto is one of the coins that needs to be calculated as a coin that will grow higher than the BNB

I have voted for BNB. Since you were asking about growth of price so I think BNB  will be more growth in price in this year. BNB already up more than 4x from the price of first in this 2019. On the other hand ETH was not growth like BNB. And I think in the rest of this year BNB will rise more than ETH in xxx.

Supply of BNB is a bit more than ETH at current moment but the price difference is huge.
BNB is decreasing in quantity while ETH is increasing. This would make BNB a rarely token with every burn increasing its importance and price.
The demand of ETH has largely decreased with the failure of ICO model and the ever increasing  supply would not be sustained by the market at current price.

No doubt on this, in terms of price validity, bnb has done very well so far. In fact, I think it is the best performing altcoin as it is now but etheruem still remains a larger platform for me.

I think BNB may surpass ETH, but it will not happen now, but perhaps in the future with the right steps of the creators of the koin, this may happen. BNB is a very promising coin. In its history, BNB has shown that it does not depend on the Bitcoin trend, and can give growth even during the decline of the first currency.

Both coins have very big potentials, Hard to choose which will bring much higher growth as the market supporters are the one who can decide if what projects will bring good outcome for your investment purposes,  the end products is the determined factors if which will have much bigger supports.

both of them but they are also equally risky to invest in because they are both centralized and are only working based on their respective pump and dumps.
BNB is owned and controlled fully by Binance exchange and they decide its price to the extend of their pumping power.
and ETH is owned and controlled by the preminers foundation and similarly they decide its price.

They are both good crypto to hold but I would place my bet on ETH ,
I think it is still the best alt-coin right now for me,
While on the other hand BNB is becoming popular and getting more investor that is why I think both of them are great,
I just like ETH more than BNB.

I also went for binance Coin BNB due to it present stage which is still at it early stage and the team behind it have worked round the clock to make it successful and getting it to a higher level in this year 2019. Am optimistic that one will make great profits in BNB compare to ethereuem at this stage.

For now I would choose BNB, but if Ethereum decide to implement serenity this year which means its blockchain will be pure PoS I would choose ETH for the better price growth. In the size of community, Ethereum is much bigger and better than BNB anyway, so no doubt for Ethereum.

I have no doubts that both of them will show a rapid growth in the next couple of months. ETH is the most popular altcoin and the strongest one in my opinion and Binance coin has a huge perspective for the future.

I will still pick whatever case may happen to BNB, I feel like I am much safer and comfortable with ethereum being the second of choice to Bitcoin whenever I convert my fiat to crypto. I am planning to buy about 5 or more eth later this month just to be sure in case it goes back to 1k USD or beyond.

It's very hard to choose between eth and bnb because i'm a huge fan for both of them.. But i will choose ethereum than bnb, few week ago bnb had a bad news because their wallet has got hacked.

In my opinion, the future of the Binance coin is depend on the development of the Binance DEX.I doubt it will be profitable to invest in the ETH compared to the BNB, obviously the profit/loss ratio hugely depends on the long term investment vision.

I always liked ETH, because this coin has proved itself long ago and it shows good dynamics not the first year, but the token BNB for the first time so grows in the market

for some reason, many were interested in BNB since its first appearance. and currently the BNB is one of the most valuable tokens. even the BNB can beat the parent ETH. binance exchanges are in great demand by crypto users and because of the close linking BNB in binance exchanges making binance tokens becomes versatile and turning on the ecosystem. make BNB prices continue to grow.

well, now of course the BNB token is on the rise,many invest in it and Vert,so I do not udevlyus that it is now more popular than Ethereum, but the project itself is very strong fundamentally,so I think that Ethereum itself in the long term is much more solid and stable than BNB

I see both of these coins on coinmarketcap sites both have good growth but if you speak who is the fastest, I think BNB will grow faster than ETH even though enthusiasts are already big on the market.

For now its good to stick to ETH. Its just because of the popularity and reliability and no issues of security breach like what we have seen with Binance.

Ethereum, not because I think it will be more profitable, but because Binance has already made enormous gains this year. Therefore, by this metric (as well as the ETH/D/BNB.D chart), I'd say ETH has a better chance of beating BNB. Who knows, BNB could get hacked again during a less bullish market which could heavily effect the price long-term.

ETH and BNB currently have excellent growth. I focus more on Ethereum price hike. Almost all the coins I invested to use the Ethereum platform. This coin is expected in this year can recover again and able to reach $1000. If this is able to achieve I suppose all the altcoins can pump up very high and the ICO project will be back successfully.

In my opinion, the comparison of these tokens is inappropriate since their type of activity and sector in which they work are very different, for example, BNB is a stock exchange and a high token and because it is a means of paying for exchange services and ETH is a full cryptocurrency.

Put the both coins in a basket and I’ll take both. But I believe more not in the market value like most people find relevant, but in the potential of both project in solving life problems. Both CEO of binance and Ethereum have been very active and have soon a keen interest in using these blockchain.

I voted for Binance. They started their very own DEX on their very own blockchain called the Binance Chain.

The recent hack didn't even stop its operations and immediately responded to its customers and also the traditional bounty hunting for the hackers. CZ would be really upset if something happens to Binance and its customers. One of the few exchanges willing to show its patrons it can and will do something to those bad people who intend to harm everybody using their platform.

ETH on the other hand is still useful perse on their very own smart contract kind of blockchain. The DAPPs are still reproducing and more of them are really good. Plus they have these great update 17 hrs ago about their three section network development worth 30Million USD

Both coins are great alternative coins in cryptocurrency but ethereum will still remain the father of altcoins. There's no way BNB can replace or be better than ethereum because ethereum has large support.

Some strange voting as well. Yes, Binance develops by giant steps and their energy can turn the market from bearish to bullish finally. But by DYOR ETH has more ways for application than BNB on the long timeframes. ETH is a whole ecosystem with different options and dApps. BNB will apply on Binance as fee only and nothing more. How to compare?

The two coins are coins with a very noticeable increase in recent months, so surely they will be targeted by many investors. But if you have to choose one of the two then I am more interested in Ethereum.

Both have great potentials. We should stop making comparisons like this, not so healthy for this space. CZ already made it clear that Binance chain doesn't have smart contract features like Ethereum and they ain't in any competition, respect to that speech. both of these altcoins have great potential in the future, but for now I'm more meyaikini with ethereum. there are many advantages that Altcoin ethereum has so that the opportunities are also quite large, on the one hand the BNB also has good development and even has its own exchange.

Looks like Binance coins will be one of the great competitors this year, a few days ago I sold Bitcoin SV and moved to Binance coins. Maybe my analysis is a little right, because I have observed Binance coins for weeks. Not that I doubt the growth of Ethereum is also starting to improve. I choose Ethereum, because despite the great successes of the BNB, it remains the number one coin in the blockchain of which most often new projects appear. The BNB has prospects to circumvent the Ethereum, but this will not happen in 2019. And maybe not even in 2020.

I think both will go up. this time may not be visible, but later in the next few months there will be changes for these two coins. ethereum prices are quite stable now and so are BnB. My ethereum predictions will go up to 400 $ and the BNB will rise to 50 $, even if the market is pumped very strongly I'm sure the increase in these two coins will be higher than my prediction.

I pick BNB over ETH.

The main reason for my choice is that Binance has a considerable number of loyal customers.

When it comes to Ethereum, it seems that developers are migrating from Ethereum to other blockchains such as Tron, EOS, IOST. You can see it yourself through Dapp Radar website. The main reason for this migration is the transaction speed. All those competitor blockchains have better TPS than ETH. So I don't expect a significant upward movement for Ethereum.

If you take BNB, the BNB price went up even after the recent Binance hack. This shows that the users trust Binance trading platform despite of hacks. It is predicted that IEOs will be more attractive than the traditional ICOs that accept ETH which means Ethereum will get less ICOs because most of start ups will choose IEOs to raise funds. Binance can get this advantage as well. Therefore, I believe that BNB price will gain significantly within this year.

The highest peak price of ETH is still quite far from the current price so even though ETH rises high I don't think it's growth but only a price return, so in my opinion if you ask about growth, the BNB will have more potential

I think both coins are very perspective. BNB is one of the most stable coins nowadays. Even when all coins were going down and down, BNB was growing. I will definitely hold this coin.

BNB is still not as big as ETH, therefore if the big growth this year is of course BNB because in the future it will not stay in place. Surely there will be a lot of BNB growth in 2019. Because ETH is already a big altcoin. They have grown earlier and are bigger.

I choose both because ethereum and bnb will have the same opportunities to increase. Ethereum has big fans and community, and I am sure that the project still running until now. That will be the same as BNB, and BNB itself have an exchange to trade with many coins. But still, I don't know which coins that will have a huge price this year.

Ethereum has proven us a lot. It has grown so fast and has reached the best value last bull run so I guess, as the value of Bitcoin rises this year, it still has the capability to go with it.
I have no doubt that Ethereum could rise beyond our expectations because of its capability and potential.

The question is, are there any development on the side of ETH, I know they have constantinople, but so far the hype had down down.

And BNB has been hyping in recent months and dev's are very busy. And then we have the Binance Chain mainnet, which is more of a threat to ETH itself.

But as far as price goes, ETH is still taking over the altcoin market's dominance and I don't think that BNB could simply surpass it.

Bnb's developments are continuous yet Ethereum is actively increasing as well. We have seen how Ethereum could go but Bnb is surprising as well. It isn't possible for BNB to surpass it because it is active and still improving each day. However, Bnb would never be a threat because they both could reach a good price.

for my own estimation, maybe Bnb will continue to advance this year because at Binance itself this coin is widely used and continues to grow in volume in its market.

Right now BNB is on a tear and is solidifying itself as one of the top crytos. I personally am more partial to ETH due to its smart contract capabilities and partnerships, but I don't think BNB will be going away any time soon. We need to give some credit to Chanpeng Zhao for cleverly managing Binance.

BNB is on the rise but i don't think that it will surpass ETH as BNB is only use for the Binance exchange and if something wrong happen to Binance in the future, i am sure that BNB will nosedive thus leaving investors at rekt. If you want data you may research it yourself.

Both coin has their own potential, ETH got first mover advantage because it's an older coin while if I'm wrong BNB start their own chain last year. Both coin can create an asset on the blockchain, BNB however will develop a decentralized exchange that may allow the token that migrate to BNB chain get listed. If I have to choose which to one to invest, I would probably go to BNB

I see from Coinmarketcap and the cryptocurrency monitor smartphone application that the growth of BNB is the biggest since the beginning of 2019.
BNB increases + 478% in the past 6 months
Ethereum only increases + 102% in the last 6 months

so for this year, I chose BNB as a coin that has the fastest increase in 2019.

My bet is on Ethereum, we have proven that Ethereum has provided us the best smart contract or token creation software we have seen and the majority of tokens in the market are using Ethereum, and I like the fee very small for a very large amount and the transactions are still fast.

for now, Ethereum is still superior to Binance, but when Binance Chain is actually used and there are many people or companies that use Binance Chain, I am sure at the time Ethereum will lose with Binance, because as we see Binance prices start to increase slowly while the price of Ethereum has not grow in this week, so I'm sure when Binance Chain is really used by many people, then Binance will definitely defeat Ethereum.

this is an interesting thing to discuss because ETH and BNB try to be the best in crypto. all right, for now I still see Ethereum much better than Binance and these two coins together experience attractive price growth. BNB coin has released Mainchain! If interested, its ecosystem grows then it will be equivalent to ETH in terms of technology!

As I earlier mentioned in one of my article, BNB may have realize a huge pump this year since lots of IEO will be held now which will push BNB price like as ETH in 2017. However, it's risky to invest much though.

Both ethereum and BNB will have a good run in this year. BNB backed by their success on IEOs on binance exchange, also other development like binance DEX, 2.0 and more else. Ethereum is doing good to so far in this year, as you can see the price is really good and i think the price will go up more.

Ethereum will have a very good rate in the year 2019. And it proves that now the price also follows the pumping. But very interesting if Ethereum is in comparison with Binance coin. Although BNB performance continues to be positive but I prefer ETH because I will make it for a long-term investment, especially most of my crypto assets are based on ethereum so it is feasible to keep ETH in large quantities.

BNB has gone also good because of its strong community back pand working project which is the BINANCE EXCHANGE. I know that BNB coin can do good with it but when compared to ETH, I am more comfortable with it because ETH is widely use its platform from the ICO Projects that has been collecting huge money from real investors of the project. Formerly I would have gone for ETH without any taught but now with recent happenings and the strong backing BNB is receiving from community, I will prefer BNB any day. The Binance exchange is growing and gaining popularity each passing day and it's expansion and exposure is a direct benefit to BNB

If you are referring for just this year only then I'll bet for BNB but for the long term its eth. Its seldom to see projects who are most successful in pricegrowth than its been using platform itself. BNB is just a token which is just using ETH platform right? Yes I have done vote ethereum, because ethereum is the second volume king in the Cryptocurrency market. But BNB will next good one after ethereum. BNB good development coin because this coin take maintain binance exchange own team.

the centralization of BNB is more serious than ETH and while that is a bad thing but in case of investment people care about their short term profit and as long as they are pumping it, this can be a good thing for them.
at the same time ETH's survival depends on ICOs and as ICOs are dying these days  this token is also having a lot of trouble staying alive.

I think Ethereum would reach high in terms of value more than Binance coin. Currently Ethereum has a largeer marketcap than Binance and Ethereum recorded a very high value back in 2017 bull run (so i read) Who knows the next all time high value it would reach if the bull run comes again this year.

Hard to choose on both of these coin because they are doing good in terms of new development, but since I have more ETH compre to BNB, so ETH should go beyond other altcoins this year.  :D

BTC and ETH will stay on that, its hard to challenge a coin with a good technology, i will keep my eye open for this giant coin because they satisfy my needs.

Yes, Ethereum coins are the best coins after Bitcoin, because these coins have many communities, so I think prices will continue to increase over time. Because if compared to BNB Coins, it's still very far from the trading volume.

If we talk about 2019, the advantage on the side of the BNB coin has already broken all records for growth rates and at the same time retains further potential. As supporting facts, it is worth noting that soon there will be margin trading on Binance

It would be very difficult for eth to be overthrown even if projects with more features are being created for the creation of smart contracts and deployment of dapps to the blockchain, we should know that without the existence of eth, this idea might not have come to be and this respect will always be given to the coin, this is the same reason why bitcoin cannot be taken off as the king in the crypto market despite the fact that a lot of good project that claimed to have even much more features than bitcoin had where launched.

In my opinion, ETH is more likely to grow because BNB has already grown much more than there is demand for it. At the beginning of the year, the market was under the influence of bears and in connection with many upcoming events, investors began to invest in Itia But the growth can not be constant and now it's time for a more technological coin, and this ETH, the rewards for mined blocks in the Ethereum network have decreased and the value of the coin has increased, so we can count on an increase in value.

BNB coin is highly dependent on the Binance exchange. These are big risks. I would not keep a lot of BNB. I do preference ETH. In the bull market, ETH will easily show many X's. And this coin is safer than BNB due to its wider use.

Obviously, it will be BNB. I am sure of this, because the IEO Binance platform has revived the cryptocurrency market, investors have become active again, the exchange is actively developing and making its token more valuable. I think that Binance Coin is a new Ethereum and it can be a replacement for it.

im still believe in eth, no matter how many coin or altcoin ahow up, im still choosing etherium for invest my money.

For the overall performance, i will still go for ETH. But undoubtedly, BNB showed how competitive and potentiwlly coin it is this year. BNB's performance is really great this 2019 compwre with ethereum. Though, they have different strength but BNB eventually had a chance to beat ethereum as well with regards to the price.

In terms of the product development, BNB are ahead right now but maybe after the some improvements with ETH it will also be great. I will not choose for this two since I know they have both the potential to pump, I'd rather invest on BNB and ETH than to miss one of the best pump this year. Based on the current situation, I think BNB will have a bigger growth.
BNB has greatly increased in the first half of 2019. Moreover, Binance is creating a huge position as a leading exchange of crypto.
They are creating many games to stimulate BNB growth.

In my opinion ETH and BNB has almost equal chances to grow. Here's why: BNB belongs to the best-performing binance, but it's growth is backed by IEOs. Once the era of IEOs comes to an end, BNB can experience a very big bear market, because it's value for reducing trading fees is getting worse over time (at least exchange's BNB model says so). As for Ethereum, it's have a bigger market cap, more decetralized (BNB isn't decentralized at all), but it's not used up to this date as it was designed to be used. So both coins have pluses and minuses, as well as their models are very different. It's hard to choose, as it's not choosing in between two competitors or same ideas. These coins are from two different worlds.

I made BNB as the second investment after bitcoin, the trend of course changed and we have to change strategies to be able to get big profits, the development of the awesome BNB is certainly my reason that BNB invests are a profitable thing.

in my opinion the price increase occurred more strikingly at the BNB, the bnb coin experienced a wild increase which even continued to increase until now and what amazed me was the increase in coin bnb which continued to occur without being affected by hacking binance markets.

I like both of them and really believe that both will get up in price , question is when ? :) Im not BNB Holder , but would really like to hold some if i had spare money to invest . Binance coin is great in terms of updates / usecase and most important community support . The funny thing would be if Binance coin would get more marketcap than Ether , but i guess it never will happen :) Imagine ERC-20 token got bigger marketcap than ETH himself lol

so far BNB and ETH have shown potential prices, I cannot compare between these two altcoins but I am sure that BNB and ETH have great potential in the future. on the other hand they are now a promising investment tool for the long term.

Its true that we can not compare bettween both coin because both coin are good project and top 10 in coinmarketcap. Ethereum and BNB Coin have different advantages but if we are looking on the price, i think its good to invest on BNB Coin

Honestly the rate in which Binance Coin is rising these few days is becoming confusing to me, I has rise above its highest price as at 2017 bull run. However, Ethereum is still leading.

Do you know trend MLM is coming back? Although knowing there is a risk, it brings a high profit so everyone will FOMO. Most MLM projects use BTC and ETH as the main currency when trade. And I think that's why ETH will still be a much more developed currency than BNB in this 2019. Wait for good things to happen.

The deal is if BNB continues to be awesome as it is right now and if ETH keeps getting more and more rivals like right now then the more likely outcome is not only BNB will have a bigger growth but it may even beat ETH on the marketcap place as well. As of right now there is no reason why BNB shouldn't be the second biggest coin in the world, bitcoin is always the first we know that but ETH and XRP are not any better than BNB.

With the eos and tron and other coins capability of creating DAPPS there is no longer ETH hegemony over dapp world and with IEO the bnb coins are getting more and more important then ETH because ICO is not loved that much anymore. I am favoring BNB in this fight over ETH not only on growth but also on marketcap as well since it will be definitely more valuable to own BNB then ETH in the long term.

I am an ardent fan of Ethereum, but now I have transferred 2/3 of my Deposit to BNB. It is not so much jumps in price, also gives a chance to participate in IEO, which is usually profitable on binance.

About 80 % of coins listed on Binance which BNB is derived are ERC tokens. It means Ether growth will directly affect the prices of the coins listed on Binance which will in turn make BNB more valuable. To me, both ETH and BNB are great coins but Ethereum has more future prospect than Binance Coin.

Of course Ethereum is currently the most popular coin with the ability to create smart contracts. However, BNB has an excellent competitive advantage in the form of two exchanges, one of which is Binance, the other is BinanceDex. In the future, more and more projects will be created on the basis of the BNB if a free listing on BinanceDex is promised for them.

Ethereum remains to lead among the Altcoins.  I think that this is a worthy candidate.  I believe in him and I think that for good reason.

Comparing the performances of both coins from the beginning of this year 2019, am very optimistic that BNB will performance wonderfully this year. Even when all other coins were still in the bear, BNB still managed to rise. I hold both coins though and expecting them all to rise.

I prefer ETH. I think that isn't correct to compare the growth rates of these two coins-BNB vs ETH . Eth has long been held on the 2nd position after Bitcoin, completely following for it. The BNB is new coin, and the fact that it is gaining popularity is a plus. But the ETH is still ahead.

For me if we compare ETH and BNB,I would like to go with ETH.
At the moment I still see Etherium is the leader of projects coming to blockchain technology. There are projects building their own blockchain, but I haven't seen projects to other onown existing blockchain ( at least I don't know). Etherium blockchain is much scalabe to adapt decentralized large scale applications.
Etherium is working agresively towards scaling solutions to increase adaptation by dapps. Also concentrating deeply on sharding techniques which will increase transactions per second to a great extent.
Launch of web 3.0, d apps store will definitely bring Etherium to new highs in future, no doubt on that.
On the other hand, BNB is in the development stage at the moment and in terms of market capitalization, far behind the ETH.

I have both at the moment and the percentage in my portfolio was equal when I bought. Even the performance of BNB is far better than ETH nowadays because of Launchpad hype, I think ETH is better than BNB.
BNB is nothing more than a big bubble.

I see almost all coins following the prices of ethereum and bitcoin. If the two coins price increases, then the price of other coins also increases. I assume that all coins depend on bitcoin and ethereum. So of course ethereum will have a greater rate than the BNB. Except Tether. Tether follows the price of the USD, they have stable prices compared to others. So I am of the opinion that 2019 Ethereum will rise, like last 2017. But this is only an estimate, not necessarily true or false. But I prefer holding Ethereum compared to BNB.

Eth vs Bnb shouldn't be a comparison,  eth is a smart contract,  though the market is not stable. The othet hand  bnb is stable, the bnb has got a lot of potential and the pump was a bit impressive.  I don't tend to leave eth for bnb or vice versa.

Binance attracts clients from different platforms including Ethereum so the price of ETH may go down because of lack of users.

ethereum will not lack of users.this coins and platform used by much projects in this crypto market.moreover eth developers team already improved its scalability.eth and bnb will be great coins in market.

both are good, ethereum is the biggest altcoin and BNB is a token of the best exchange. recently we also saw BNB reaching the new ATH. ethereum also began to increase. so both are good to hold now.

I agree that in the future BNB may be a new challenger to ethereum seen from its potential development in the future,
but for 2019 certainly ethereum which will have a greater growth rate, BNB is still too early to be able to match ethereum

Both ETH and BNB have chances for big increase in 2019 as both  are doing active development on their own platforms. Personally I vote for ETH as it has to reach some development milestones in 2019.

if they have both, that is a good opportunity because the growth of both is good.
if there are many choices to stay on Ethereum because they may have had it for a long time and they trust Ethereum so they still hold Ethereum.

I think most of token sale buyer/investor will move their money into BNB too. IEO is really popular right now and IEO investor will always buy BNB to participate in IEO. Eth is doing good but BNB is on the good track right now, i'm sure many traders will buy BNB for now to get a good profit later.

BNB is indeed a coin that is really considered at this time. The potential of the BNB to achieve high prices will surely be detected by investors. seeing this, I think, it's natural for them to exchange assets that they have with the BNB. there is a big possibility that the BNB can reach a price of $ 50 or more this year.

I agree. Though BNB is gaining quick value in the market right now, there is geometric rate rise in the market value of ETH when there is a rise. In addition, ETH is considered a more secure asset because of its high market cap and its popularity since it has been a kind of paired up with Bitcoin lately. So yeah, for now, ETH and BNB for long term.

Eth because it is one of the best smart contract creation platform also it’s not recently pumped binance coin is pumping becaus of their own exchange people has to understand that.

we don't know the potential under the BNB in the future, but the development of ETH has been guaranteed for a long time. well, maybe now there are so many people who are interested in BNB because until now binance is still the best exchange place. as long as it is still controlled by binance, the BNB will continue to grow. but, I still choose ETH for now.

ETH and BNB is the best Altcoin i have and i hold it with same value.

I think both of these tokens are potential tokens, but if you see that in the middle of this year BNB growth rate is faster than price movements compared to ETH, I hope that ETH will do something to make prices grow in 2019.

Both of the coins have a long history and have a huge potential for further development in the cryptocurrency market. Nevertheless, I have voted for BNB, and there're a few reasons for this.

Firstly, the BNB coin now acts like BTC on Binance with a limited sphere of influence. Whatever you do on Binance - trading, participating in IEO, inviting referrals - everything is tied to BNB, which is the token of the largest exchange. BNB is second to none when it comes to debating and comparison of BNB/BTC/ETH . ICO, as a phenomenon, has gone away almost completely.

Binance has really established lots of project and one of it is the IEO you mentioned, if IEO alone has the capacity to make them stay on top, then not to talk of other projects that will join IEO to further make their product demand high and push for greater value.

For me, BNB is currently experiencing spectacular growth since the market began to recover. At present, its value with USDT is the highest of all time. And ETH is still very far from its peak.
Moreover, Binance's team always has new strategies to help people pay attention to Binance and invest in BNB. therefore I believe BNB will grow faster than ETH in the future and this year  :D

If Binance faced any legal issues, technical issues or whatever, BNB is gone.

Agree, BNB Coin show us good development for future and the team behing BNB Coin very impressive and dedicated. With backup from big exchangers in market, i am believe BNB Coin can compete with ethereum in the future and could be game changer in cryptomarket

Some people here are making their choice based on which of these coins has been around for a long time, has the largest market cap and the market price. Well they might be right because ETH is the second best cryptocurrency there is. But talking of which one of these two is going to be profitable in this year (2019), I think the answer is Binance Coin and my reason for saying that can be seen on walletinvetsor.com, if you compare the both of them on that site based on their performance you will see that ETH is just a runner up while BNB takes the win. But it's still up to you, and there is nothing wrong if you invest in the both of them, that would even be the best thing to do.

ETH is my choice if OP wants to compare the potential of the specified coins. Changing the investing strategy may change the invested coins but BNB always will be a good choice among the cheap altcoins.

i am prefer to choose bnb.there are alot of thing that could binance developers team to do.so if they could improve their product and adoption their coins in market investors will be glad to collect bnb coins.

This is a more realistic comparison between coins (at least not being compared with Bitcoin) but I think ETH will continue to rise more than BNB. The reason being of ETH's advantage of contract by other projects using the platform coupled with it being a payment option like BNB.

BNB is not a cheap altcoinz if you consider the price, anyway if we consider the coin itself, it is a cheap coin. And I see high risk now to invest in BNB because in anytime it may lose price.

Of course both promise investment in the future, I see the development of two altcoins very impressive, on the other hand the fact that ethereum is still an altcoin leader in the market, BNB still needs evaluation to equalize ETH, but that does not mean that the BNB is not worth investing.

Well i think also both has potential and can grow, but always we should maybe wait more and i wish that both coins to grow and people to start supporting both and start doing trade and use both, but this year maybe Binance wiil grow more.

For now I prefer BNB than ETH, after becoming a coin BNB is now a threat to other ethereum and altcoins, especially Binance is a large exchange and is used for the IEO so that the BNB will continue to be bought and become expensive.

Probably, BNB will be the better gainer this year, but if we talk about the long-term investment, it is better to buy Ethereum. It might be not growing so fast, but it will be stable growth. Suppose, it will reach 500$ this winter.

Personally it seems to me that BNB will grow in price, but in time will not overtake the etherium, because the growth of the price of BNB in many respects depends on the popularity of IEO, as in its time grew ETH due to the popularity of ICO
