just another masternode project rushing to sell they coins to 'investors'.  Rushing so fast that can not update whitepaper, it says everything should be done in 2018!

There is a proof

Why not look at us seriously before you start with the fud? What is wrong with people that they have to go on the attack straight away??
For your information the bit where it says post topic to bitcointalk 2018 was for our original ann. which WAS posted in 2018. This is a new ann to annouince our masternodes

If you took the time to scroll down and actually read the roadmap, you would see a "Current" marker on that bright white line showing the project is indeed on track. Also there is a big difference between roadmap and whitepaper, you seem to use the 2 interchangeably

Here are some stats for the kind of staking rewards you guys can expect if you run a node on helios protocol.  The amount of staking reward you receive is based on 1) The percentage of uptime of your node, 2) the number of failed requests, 3) The transaction latency of your node. These plots show the relationship between those three variables and the percentage of the maximum staking reward you will receive. This incentive structure is designed to keep nodes processing power within the range needed to maintain sub-second transactions across the entire network.
