Raffleception I is open!

As there are two tables, how are you going to pick a winner? I have done the ceptions before, but confused on the two tables?

Questions are always good!

Raffleception works as a normal 16 ticket raffle, the main raffle goes like: "The next to last character in these blocks determines which table will win while the last character in the hash will determine the winning ticket". :)

Right now I'm leaning towards cancelling but have to figure out, together with you, how to handle the refunds. Considering we've rolled 2 ceptions it would seem unfair to just give refunds straight up but perhaps it would be unfair to do it any other way too..

Can you guys make it worth while to you for 1 board vs 2 on the main? If that was the case, I would by more ceptions. 2 boards shrink your odds on the main.

Since the slots are empty, could I get 1 in table 1, and C in table 2 on the mains? Thanks

Alright here's my thought process.

We end this raffle and I give refunds to all main ticket holders, this means that the previous raffleceptions weren't for nothing and would also make things easier.

I'll launch a new Tenth Trifecta raffle and you could convert tickets to there if you'd like (otherwise refund).

I'll take everyone that participated in this and put in a free raffle for the 5oz round that was an added extra to the raffleceptions, as an apology that I didn't manage to fill this up.

Please let me know your thoughts!

8 came from the inceptions.

32 inception spots = .128 btc
7 inception spots that never filled = .028 btc
3 main raffle spots = 0.03225

Total btc collected: 0.18825 btc
Total amount you said you will refund. 0.11825 btc ( 11 main raffle spots X entry price of 0.01075 )

If you do this, than you made btc off of a canceld auction

Alright I see where your math is off now, you've assumed I wouldn't refund the current ception tickets for raffleception III (obviously I will, even though I know I said I'll refund main raffle tickets). But unfinished raffleception = refund, obviously.

If you do that, than it brings the total btc to a negative

I think theres gotta be a better way to do refunds so you don't lose btc from an auction that doesnt fill. lol.

However there is only 0.1055 btc in the address in the OP. which I did not check before I did my numbers. Even if you just refunded the 11 spots from the main raffle that leaves you in the negative ???

Your refund method is wrong if you lose btc or gain btc.

Considering I made a couple of deals I'd have to pay out of pocket for refunds as it currently stands otherwise. I'll do that if you think it's necessary but the above would be the easiest for me and then we can just move on from this trainwreck of a raffle...... let me know.

Just to confirm, do we have the option of transferring our mains to the next tenth auction rather than getting a refund? I would rather go that route, even if you can’t get to it right away.
