This would really be confusing to the gamblers or user of your site and the bitcoincasino.com (https://bitcoincasino.com) .
But regarding to your site I think it's kind a cute and more lively than the other one .
It is more attractive and I really like your design.

Hi!

If you mean the 25 sign-up free spins, they are mostly added in Fire Lightning slot, x10 wager for free spin result.
The support crew will ask you to verify your account by uploading the required docs.
Thanks for your question!

Does it mean that you require Kyc? Do you have a withdrawal limit before passing the Kyc or is everyone really required to pass it? By the way, it's a good thing that you're open for suggestions and reviews. At least it would be easy for most users to reach out on you.

Does this means that we will get 25 free spins if we verify our accounts through kyc ? Is there any requirement of deposits for using these free spins ? and can we withdraw the profit too without any special conditions ?

You have a lot of games to play and lots of bonuses and promos. I'm just a bit confused with the deposit promo that you're offering. It's just confusing because your game site sounds almost the same as other sites. I think you have to work on the uniqueness of it so players would remember the game site because it's really an important thing.

Yes, right, KYC is required in most cases if a player asks for a withdrawal. :)

No, 25 free spins are added automatically as soon as a player creates an account unless they are from restricted countries (the full list can be found here: https://www.bitcoincasino.io/terms-and-conditions (https://www.bitcoincasino.io/terms-and-conditions), part 3. Who can play). You will most probably need to make a deposit to be able to unblock the payment system in your account. As soon as a deposit is made, the payment system from which you deposited becomes active, and you can require a withdrawal. The support crew will ask for KYC, and as soon as it is done, your withdrawal will be processed.

Yes, right, KYC is required in most cases if a player asks for a withdrawal. :)

This will be one of the disadvantages of your casino. If you are preferring to attract bitcoin gamblers, you should remove this rule. Otherwise, many bitcoin gamblers wont play on your site because most of them are against KYC.

Nothing is confusing if you have some experiences in gambling. Absolutely the games are the sames as other sites because they are providing the games from the game providers. Uniqueness does not guarantee that players will remember the game, it is not the most important thing as well.

I think it's a bit misleading not only because of bitcoincasino.com but also because of bitcasino.io (https://bitcasino.io/). These casinos both have some similarities in terms of the name with this new one, and I am not sure this counts as fair competition, but I guess it does since the similarities are not that significant.

Okay, now it's pretty confusing since you shared the review of Bitcasino.io, not BitcoinCasino.io. I am not 100% sure, of course, but I believe these are different casinos. They have different websites, different designs, different logos...

Op, could you clarify this point? Is Bitcoincasino.io related to Bitcasino.io?

So far KYC has been an important tool for many casinos, and we are not an exception... Btw, we are offering not only cryptocurrency gambling, but also fiat currencies can be used.

I don't think with KYC applied, you will get many customers to play gambling with cryptocurrency because when we use cryptocurrency, I think we don't have to fill KYC.
That will be different if the gambling site uses fiat for gambling because I think that will be related to the regulations of the country.
The site looks interested with so many games that we can play but like I said, to have KYC inside the gambling website is not a good idea.
But if you still want to use KYC, then it's not a problem.

KYC procedures indeed will make a gamblers think twice before joining especially that we are inside the crypto space, but like what the OP was mentioned they are not only catering crypto but also Fiat, chances that what you have said regarding to countries requirements will apply, maybe this things will also be considered as crypto gamblers mostly love playing anonymously.

Yeah, that is where the problem lies. Most casinos only ask for the KYC policies when someone wins big or requests a high volume withdrawal. This is like they don't want a good amount of money to go out of the website and hence they introduce a number of policies so the member gives up in frustration. There should be only standard cases where a KYC will be asked for and both casino and the player must abide by those rules.

He already clarified about this matter earlier where i do have the same thoughts that they might just the same and also i do have that same impressions on seeing
a new gambling site ANN thread with having a plain text on just telling people to ask if have questions.  ;D
Different story on most ANN threads that do have some catchy images on their site and they should have consider on putting up some effots showing fancy-catchy features about their site not just plain text.
This is just a suggestion though yet im not really get used to on seeing such simple ANN just like this one.

Actually, I don't like comparing a platform with others. Because each platform has a unique feature.
Btw, your web design is nice and makes it easy for new users to register and play the game (but I can't tell this about the KYC to get free spin).
In the home tab, I think it's too noisy with some pictures.

If possible to remove KYC?
When a casino requires KYC it won't get removed in their terms and conditions.

Basically that means yes they would need a KYC in order to get their free spin,

OP only said yes because the user who asked the question mentioned withdrawing and on their terms and conditions it's required once the user request a withdrawal. On the first page he made a reply saying free spins are added after registration, as long as you're not making any withdraws then you don't have to go through their KYC.

12. WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
The Casino reserves the right to check your identity prior to processing payouts and to hold withdrawals for the time needed to check your identity. In case you provide false Personal Data, the withdrawal can be refused and the Player Account terminated, of which you will be informed by email.

Is there any chance to play or withdraw fiat? Seems like any website that applied KYC is providing fiat deposit/withdrawal in order to prevent money laundering (always be the main reason for every KYC implementation).

Unfortunately there is no free BTC at the moment. Usually a new site like this will offer something like free spins on registration or a no deposit bonus as the launching promotions. Lets see and wait if they are going to offer free spins or no deposit bonus for bitcointalk users, but to be honest I do not think that it will attract users even if they offer such bonuses without depositing because of the KYC. It wont worth the risk to submit our ID just for free spins or no deposit bonus.

Yes, right, KYC is required in most cases if a player asks for a withdrawal. :)
Is there any chance to play or withdraw fiat? Seems like any website that applied KYC is providing fiat deposit/withdrawal in order to prevent money laundering (always be the main reason for every KYC implementation).

Yes, the following fiat currencies are supported: EUR, USD, NOK, CAD, AUD, RUB, CNY, and JPY

Provable fair section is about to be added to the web site.

This is nice to hear and gamblers would like it more. I like your design already and the withdraw from spin. Nice innovative gesture you have on the site, do keep it up.

Ok, so we have 25 free spins at the beginning. Great.

you get 25 free spins at  one of the slots with the wagering requirement , plus you will have to go through KYC if you happen to win ,
I don't think it is worth sending your documents to a new online casino just to withdraw 20$ you potentially make from the free spins
but you can always try the games for free , unless there is no demo mode for some of the slots

I really like the design of the site, feels genuinely like a casino site should be.

I'm going to try out the 25 free spins & report back here! Thanks!

Note: For those who are asking, it's fairly obvious once you sign-up where the 25+ free spins are. There's a promo on your dashboard in the top left saying "YOUR LATEST BONUS_ 25 FREE SPINS", just click "GO GET EM'", enter KYC info & wait.

BitcoinCasino.com and BitcoinCasino.io, they have nearly same name, and very easy to misremember them with we don't notice when typing. Therefore, to avoid any kind of mistakes later, I suggest users of BitcoinCasino.io to bookmark the site address for later use. Of course, it does not make sense too much because real users actually know which UI each site has, so they might fastly realize which site is what they want to visit and recognise nearly immediately when they visit the wrong one. However, bookmark will save our time.

Tested it out, games were great. Actually got somewhat lucky w/ the free spins & got 0.00715 BTC, and then played a bit more after the free spins to receive 0.00720000 BTC.

However, now when I try to cash out it says I must pass the wager requirement? Can you explain. Does that mean I simply have to add x10 of bonus to the system (and then I can withdraw) or do I actually have to game/risk w/ it?

Edit:

Just a quick overview. So the way this works, is essentially, with the free spins, whatever you win, you HAVE to wager 10x that amount in order to get that money. And the amount you wager has to be YOUR OWN money, not any of the funds won. So with the 25 free spins, I won 0.00715 BTC, I had to wager 0.00715x10 in order to get that money (with my own funds). After adding around 0.001 BTC, I made the attempt thinking in my mind that I would stop myself at my funds added amount (and of course, even w/ many bonuses/free spin wins & some luck, failed, because x10 is kind of a large amount to wager against the house edge).

This may be easy if you don't win much on the free spins, but if you do pretty well, it's pretty tough to get that money out.

To clarify, you aren't able to just simply remove the funds you win from the free spins (even if you add your own money, and then immediately withdraw)

A few points + @OP:

1. Some games don't seem to add to wager. It only seems to be the bonus game you started with. I tried playing blackjack (thinking the spread wouldn't be as bad), lost quite a bit, but the amount waged didn't seem to rise. I can't prove this, but it definitely did seem true when the percentage wasn't rising as I was wagering generally larger amounts of money in blackjack (min 50 bet)
2. If you put in your own money, you are only able to take out 50% of it if you go back to that original amount. I deposited exactly 0.001 BTC (not including fee), but right now I'm only able to take out 0.0005 BTC. This should be fixed, otherwise the "free" spins aren't exactly "free" if you attempt to get your winnings.

@OP, is it possible to have point 2 confirmed. I would like to take out 0.001 BTC (my current balance on the site) so I'm at-least not down money for trying out the site.

Otherwise, I really liked the games & it was fun. The casino is good, just withdrawal should probably be a lot less limited, otherwise these promotions will probably turn some sad faces instead of happy ones and they're going to do more harm than good.

I hope this helps some folks figure out how this works!

Cheers!

PS: Also, I'm sad because I won so much at first - luck of the draw I guess :P

Edit #2 (2. has been solved by support)

Right, after you use your free spins, the win shall be wagered x10. However, not all the games add to wager:
Table games – Baccarat, Blackjack, Hi-Lo – 5% (except for games with a live dealer)
Videopoker – 5%
Roulette, Poker – 5% (except for games with a live dealer)
Slots – 100% (except for the games listed below) (see 'Bonus Terms & Conditions)

If you deposit your own money, the deposit shall be wagered x3 times, in case with table games - x10 times.

And thanks for your feedback! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

KYC is something I am very against as well but some companies have to do it to apply with the official licenses and all that so I understand it.
Don't get me wrong as long as there are places that do not require KYC then I am going to keep playing there and not prefer the ones with KYC personally, but that doesn't mean I do not understand it.

I get that some companies want to become way more legit and run the casino like a professional place instead of just some crypto place which means you will have to register with the authorities which will ask you to implement KYC and that is why some places have that. Not all places have KYC so they can "not pay" some people who decline it and all that shady business, so some of them are just too professional to not ask for it. Its totally acceptable.

We are in a crypto forum here and almost all of us play mainly with crypto because of its anonymous nature and the fact that up to a certain decent amount we can withdraw without any KYC.Of course on huge amounts KYC is asked on crypto casinos too in order to confirm the identity of the winner.

You willl not have any success here if you say in most cases we will ask KYC.

HI,

Where i can play 25 free spin? And what are requirement for withdraw? I can't find info about!

Surely you have to wage your winnings 10 to 20x times before able to withdraw in the site. That's should be one of the basic rules in the majority of Online casinos.

I think that rule is not a good one as it turn off many gamblers. If the casino offers 25 free spins and no questions asked if you win they will still win in the long run as the gambler will surely return there. This is something that marketing departments of online casinos are failing to understand.

I think the KYC should be mandatory on any casino website, otherwise, the number of scammers will gradually increase and it will be difficult to identify the right people. Your Bitcoincasino.io website is really very attractive to see. But as far as I can remember, it takes enough time for the website to load up your web site so that it is too high, and not only that the browser that is open from the browser also becomes very slow. Without it, I do not think your website has any further problems. There are so many such features in a website that so many games are found in very casino websites.

There is no way people want to play on site which is having KYC on their terms. It is not like they do not want to play there but by getting KYC, they will have all of the personal information reveal for them. We never know what will they use for, but preventing it must be a better way instead of cure it. And btw what is the point of having this bitcoin from the start if every site offer KYC as their main thing on their site?

I have to say that the design of the site is good. I have now joined, do we need a kyc for the draw?

For withdrawal of the winnings from sign-up freespins - yes, you'll be asked for KYC, in other cases - each case will be considered individually.

I am not sure that it will attract more gambler to come to your site because many of us don't like KYC and they are staying away from the gambling site which use KYC to withdraw.
I think that is not fair for the gambler because the gambler applies the KYC, but the gambling website doesn't apply KYC, and the gambler doesn't know who was behind on the site and who was the owner of the site.
That will be good if we know each other if the gambling website wants to use KYC for their members.

What's with this live gambling almost many famous casinos have implemented this and I can see that almost everywhere I see the same thing. Are you guys using some API like someone is providing you there live gambling feature? If that's so then you don't have to worry about the bankroll for those but also considering the fact that the return of the winnings is also not in your hand. Anyway, I see your website has good graphics almost similar to Clash Royals game.

I am here for some feedbacks of this gambling website. I just notice that the website is really good in buffing, there are no more than 5 seconds to buff all the features of the website which is good. In terms of organizing there is a little bit conflict for me because of the way that the announcements are in the bottom and not on the top which makes me confused. But, overall I still have a great experience in this gambling web.
I also try to open it in my tablet and it is very adaptable in the environment (tablet) which is also thumbs up to me.

It is always recommended to read the full terms of the site you are going to play so you know whether KYC is required or not in advance.
A bit clue to make it easier than reading the terms, check the available payment methods.
If the site also accepts fiat payment method, high possibility that you'll be asked for KYC.
Good that you play with small amount only, but I wonder how if you win huge with that small amount? Will you do the KYC?

It is exactly what I wrote in my thread ToS, do you read it before using new platforms? (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5180514.0). To save time, people can go to Terms of service, or FAQs and use some key words that they want to find out, such as KYC, withdrawals, etc. ToS is long to read it all but FAQs is shorter and you can spend less time to read all contents in FAQs.

I am/was an affiliate for Bitcoincasino.io and while at one time they were honest, , fair and one of the best crypto casinos out there as of the past few months they have become increasingly worse.

They don’t pay withdrawals within 5 minutes or less as they claim, and frankly I have never been paid out that fast while cashing out from there. Over the past few months when I have waited over an hour for my withdrawal and go talk to live support about the status they give me a canned reply stating, “We draw your attention to the increased amount of withdrawal requests we get during these times caused by the pandemic. Therefore the waiting time of your cashout in the queue could be longer than usual. Despite this, we process all your requests carefully by turn order as before. Unfortunately, I can’t provide you with any approximate time frames , because I do not want to misinform you. Thanks for understanding!”

It’s so incredibly ridiculous, they make excuse after excuse and the worst part is their support staff blames it on management but when you ask to talk to management they say they can’t do that and to, “Continue being patient”
(CHAT WITH REP JULY 2019 AFTER THEY DETECTED DUPE ACCOUNT) : https://imgur.com/b0C5czV (https://imgur.com/b0C5czV)

This week is what sealed their fate for me, one of my referrals through the affiliate program requested a cashout, he has withdrawn previously and had no issues aside from the long wait for receiving funds.

He had requested a cashout of £200 using BTC 07/14/2020 which was the same currency he deposited in. They continued to delay his deposit for over 12 hours, which is when he contacted me to see if I have ever had to wait that long for a cashout. I told him no and followed up by speaking with the affiliate manager, after about 24 hours I received a reply and she said she would check it.

She informed me that the player had a duplicate account and that they will be requesting documents from him, he had not been informed of this yet, and so when I told him he was surprised to hear this, although he did inform me that when he signed up in July of 2019 he was informed by the chat that the detected multiple accounts and his account would not be eligible for bonuses. But in that same chat log he asked many pertinent question, one of them being,”Will this affect my ability to withdraw?” Which the chat representative replied, “No” I also asked the affiliate manager, why they decided to ask for KYC for this withdraw rather than the said the second account was started in July, I told her, “Yes, July of 2019 as seen in the chat transcript above.” She had no reply for that.

Fast forward to now, he has submitted his KYC documents and has had them approved, only to then have them denied shortly after and now they remain in a pending status and is being given the runaround by every chat representative. I find this absolutely ridiculous that they are not providing any answers, they are lying to myself as I have gone and spoke to them myself demandding answers. He has been trying all day to receive his £200 in btc cashout, now that he has fully complied with KYC, and no one gives a straight answer.

I STRONGLY URGE PLAYERS NOT TO PLAY OR DEPOSIT AT BITCOINCASINO.IO DUE TO THESE SKETCHY ROGUEISH BEHAVIORS THE LAST COUPLE MONTHS!!!

Hey Everyone,

I was recently a victim of fraud by this casino & lost well over 7.5k CAD. I have a post on bitcointalk scam accusations which you can directly find by viewing my profile. They used to be a legit casino prior to march before they started preforming an exit scam with glitchy/malfunctioning/rigged games, bad support & longer cashouts. They don't have a compensation fund for players effected by malfunction from the provider & will just steal your deposits and avoid any type of compensation. They used to care about their VIP players but they are 100% fraudsters now & you will lose your money if you play here. Avoid these scammers.

Thanks,
Elton Gashi
