With sportsbet.io there are no withdrawal fee. Minimum withdrawal is 2mBTC, minimum deposit is 1mBTC. The only thing is that before making the withdrawal you will need to wait for the deposit to have at-least three confirmation since they are allowing you to bet with the coin even before confirming once you deposit.

The two sites are known. There are lots of bettors using that either of the two coming from other sites that doesn't have the feature that the sportsbet.io or cloudbet has. I suggest to bet on sportsbet if I were to choose what site is the most convenient for betting sports like soccer.

I personally prefer nitrogensports and they are the best I have played so far but there are some other places that are not so bad neither.

You should check peeps place's topic, he has a whole list of it and he ranks them according to some criteria and it looks legit so you may get some good ideas there.
