This is a bad idea for the person that will take the job. Sorry for your bad experience but you should secure the payment for the taker. The solution for this is to secure the payment through an escrow service. The sequence would be, you send the fund to the escrow, you will wait for the job done until 100%, you will signal the escrow that you are satisfied and it's okay now to send the payment to the hired person. The escrow will send the payment to the taker, this is much more secure than your condition. I think my capabilities are higher to help in your project but one thing that I want to clear I think it is not fair for those who campaign and promote your project because we couldn't get our payment if the project failed. I think it is better to pay at least a half of their/my works to make sure that every works are worth it. They are not willing to pay upfront, not even a half. Also, I don't think they need telegram moderator. Mods are not really needed for small group, unless it get crowded by people's questions. It seems they need more like promotor to generate more members to telegram group or channel.I think it is better to pay at least a half of their/my works to make sure that every works are worth it.
